Rhythm - Transformation - Inversion

My QIP this week seeks to raise questions within synaesthesia, VJ-ing and sensory-substitution by creating a short audio-visual clip. While my intention was to create a visual, I did it by focussing on the audio process. Due to the way I set things up as a parametrically malleable circular process, the visual arises as a side-effect.

we often hear of audio-reactive visuals. Is it possible to invert this and create visual-reactive audio?

what might sound look like to audio, and audio look like to sound?

other than using beats/time, how else might we correlate visual to audio? How about visual texture to audio timbre?

To create/generate this clip I used:

The vOICe sensory substitution device(https://www.seeingwithsound.com/), a medical-aid for the blind to see with audio that works by inducing artificial synaesthesia.
