Summary: Cap and Bucky meet and Bucky has taken drastic measures to finally get his attention.
Since this is very sketchy and bucky's legs just wouldn't behave. I decided to add a little story.
Steve couldn't figure out what was going on in Bucky's head when he put on that outfit. It was insanely distracting. Who was he trying to impress?
The more Steve thought about it, the more he frowned. He always longed for the day that he could finally reveal his feelings. It was always Bucky for him. .
Bucky no matter who he was with at the time, it came back to Bucky.
"Steve, you're staring, Pal." Bucky tried hard to keep a serious expression.
Steve put the Shield on his back. "Yeah, well, so were you."
"You gonna do something about it, tough guy?" Bucky smirked. "I'd rather not wait another century, if you don't mind."
"Well, if that's how you feel..." Steve slowly took Bucky's hand and tugged him into his arms for a kiss.
"Huh, Nat was right." Bucky chuckles, "This was the smart choice of outfit to wear. I've been wanting this for such a long time, Steve."
"She always is." Steve smiled fondly, "well, better late than never?"
"Come here, Jackass," Bucky demanded a deeper kiss.
"Language..." Steve snickered as he let himself be manhandled back to the Tower.

Writing, writing, writing 🖊🎃
@hogwartstoalexandria inspired and encouraged me to do this, I really like those kind of posts (*looks into @aelaer‘s direction*), and since I’m actively trying to work through my block and sharing plans helps me... long story short - here are my writing plans for October:
Kinktober after @golden-asp‘s list. Day 1 and Day 2 are done and posted, Day 3 (Corset!) is being written right now and after that I don’t know. I’m pretty sure I won’t manage all but a few more should be doable. I’ll put them up on AO3 over the next few days.
Write at least one of the remaining two squares for my @stephenstrangebingo card. “Movie Night” - I have a vague plan but I don’t know yet if it’s going to be Stephen & Wong, Stephen/Wong or Tony/Stephen/Wong. As soon as I have figured that out I can start. The last square is “Mordo” and I’m still ??? about that. But I have until the end of November. Something will come up, I’m sure of that.
Write the last few remaining Cuddle Prompts, so that I can throw all 30 of them up at AO3.
Post the two Bingofills I managed to finish over the last few weeks. One is Drepperony, the other cracky Ironstrange. (”Flashback” for BTHB and “Loki” for the Stephen Bingo, respectively.)
Finish “The Light the Dead See”, a fill for “Pinned Down by Wreckage” on my BTHB card. It’s a not quite 3.5k right now and should not get longer than 5 or 6k, I think. My inner drama and angst queen is having a field day with that one and poor Stephen suffers, suffers, suffers and Tony suffers right along with him.
Whatever else catches my interest.
(This makes it look like I wrote all the time, despite complaining that I’m blocked. Fact is that I wrote nothing in August, then the short cuddle prompts in September and nothing else. Everything else on that list got written since the last weekend, after two months of almost nothing. I just wrote enough before that to post regularly during that time. But the kink list seems to have revived my muse, for better or for worse.)

LET’S PLAY THE BUCKET LIST BINGO
FILL UP YOUR CARD, FIVE PEOPLE PER COMPANY, TEN COMPANIES.
First we learned about the recruiters and their work. Put yourself in their shoes. Then all the career tools before you start to work on the recruiter magnet strategy, it works and be prepared. And now we know how to have them come to you.
“Bucket List Bingo”: create a bingo card, do a 5x5 or 10x5 but do a grid. Identify 10 people at each company that you are going to reach out. Only when you connect with someone you are going to fill the box. The goal is to start to build the network in these organizations.
The time is not when they have a job opening. If you reach out only because there is a job opening, then you are behind the ball. If you are between jobs. If you are looking for a job then you can be more strategically. Expand your network where you want to work. It doesn’t happen overnight. Raise awareness and keep in touch. When there is an opportunity that opens up, you can reach out and say you want it and ask for their feedback. Or they may send a recruiter to you.
If you want recruiters to reach out to you, then you have to put the feelers where you want to be contacted not just any 9 to 5 shitty job. When there is no job and reach out to people, takes the pressure out. Just connect because we share common interests. Even a hobby not just professional. Just connect, I saw your background, saw this, and just build it.
Best when you are not on desperation mode. So who do you want to connect with? Not just people who are above you, but it is personally fine to identify peers and lower in the food chain. Check people’s date of employment, just saw you got a job there, congratulations. Will like to hear how you got there. Do not rule out anything. Even an intern. Anyone working there you want to connect and get to know. Not just the department you are working on. You are on marketing and want to reach out to finance. Someone from your same college. Same nationality or same city.
Not everyone is going to connect with. It make take 20 tries to connect with five people, only then you will fill up the bingo card. Referrals are key to these connections, ask someone to refer to you to connect. Who do you want to connect with based on what you are doing.
Same college? How did you get the job and how are things going. Anyone you find some type of commonality. Bing says you have to get five people, so until you get it you cannot fill up the chart.
Girl with an anthropology degree and wanted to be part of ESPN. Connected with them while she was in school. Closer to the date of graduation, asked someone to introduce her to another. Who will be the next person, and also who would you like to talk to? New business opportunities at an $80 million dollar company: got one for you. One person to connect with you, then connect to someone else. Do the exercise and connections. Out of the blue she got a call, an opening, he emailed any new candidate. Three people email me your name. She had already interviewed with the organization, people knew her.
At the end is connecting within the organization.
People in your geographic location, but also those who live far from you. Different levels in the organization.
You see, we are not reaching out to recruiters or HR. So going to them they are assuming you are not a fit. For this, do not reach out to recruiters. What you want is to be referred to HR. They will feel you are going around them, and they will introduce you to a recruiter. But for this game, this is not “job searching” but connecting professionally with them.
Just because someone works at a bucket list company, it doesn’t mean you are going to work as such company but may work with that person in some capacity. Hey, maybe you reach out to 10 people in a bucket list company and realized these are a bunch of unmotivated pieces of shit milking a 9 - 5 and perhaps these are not people you want to connect with and maybe not work in such environment, right?
