A/N: Absolutely! I'm one of the unlucky women who has it really bad before their period as well as on so I'm going to write it almost as if they're taking care of me because I want the comfort. Also I'm assuming by poly you mean Rooster x Bob x Hangman x reader. Sorry it's a little short but let me tell you, the container thing I mention, I seriously recommend it. I have never run low since I was 14 because of this, I can buy when I need it but I'm also not having to run out constantly. Also, Bob 100% has a period tracker

You were on the couch curled up under a fluffy blanket. You were in a bad mood and you knew the reason. It was a day before your period was supposed to begin and you were already beginning to bloat and cramps were starting. You turned the t.v. on and went to Netflix, just turning on your comfort show. Little did you know, your boyfriends were being the best boyfriends ever right now. Robert had gotten a period tracker for his phone and managed to get your information. They all knew you got bad periods for the first few days so they wanted to help out as much as possible. Bradley had called you saying they would be home late, they needed to get a couple things from the store and you didn’t think much of it.
By the time they had gotten home, you were fast asleep on the couch. They brought everything into the kitchen quietly while Jake picked you up carefully and carried you to bed. He made sure you stayed asleep before he went back to Rooster and Bob to help. They then got to work in the kitchen, making you a ‘period basket’ and set up a large container with shelves. They knew what your favorite pads, tampons, and liners were so they decided to get you a big place to store them. This would be able to fit in the lining closet so you can get them whenever and restock your bathroom supplies. They had a little container for under the sink but they knew you preferred to have extras on hand at all times. With their container, you would have less worries about when you were running low and know when you needed more of a certain type.
Just like clockwork, the next day you woke up and slipped into the bathroom to try not to wake your boyfriends up. Last night you wore a thin pad just in case and there it was, stained with blood. You put your head in your hands, sighing loudly. You did what you normally would but came out to find none of the guys in bed. You put a hand on your stomach as it cramped so hard you felt like vomiting. You didn't question their absence, they woke up early a lot and they also tended to hear you no matter what you did.
You threw on one of Jake's hoodies and Roberts sweatpants before making your way to the kitchen slowly. You saw them working together to make you a light breakfast and had a cup of hot chocolate waiting. You grinned and came up behind the closet on, Bradley, and wrapped your arms around him, kissing his back. "Whatever you're making smells amazing" you murmured. Bradley turned and placed a kiss to your forehead, "I'm glad. We've been planning this." He said, making you look at them confused. Bob quickly continued "We know you have bad periods so we wanted to make it a little easier on you" he said, pulling out the little basket. Inside was Motrin, a new heating pad, all your favorite snacks, a new pair of fluffy socks, and a couple of your favorite drinks/drink mixes. You started crying and Jake looked panicked "Did we do something wrong?" He asked quickly. You shook your head with a smile "This is literally the sweetest thing ever, you didn't have to!" You said. They all relaxed and hugged you "You deserve it, you shouldn't suffer because your body has to change" Bradley told you.
A few hours later, you were laying on the couch with them, back against Roberts chest with his hands on the heating pad. You were starting to drift as you watched whatever action movie they had on at the time. You couldn't have asked for better boyfriends because they always came prepared.

Do you have any weight loss tips?
I actually do!
Regardless of what anyone else says, weight loss is calories in, calories out (CICO) -- you have to burn more calories than you take in through the amount of calories you consume and the activity that burns calories. It takes a deficit of roughly 3500 calories to lose 1 lb -- if you have a 500 calorie deficit each day through diet and exercise, you will lose 1 lb per week.
You can calculate your total daily energy expenditure here to give you an idea of how many calories are necessary to maintain your weight, and base your CICO on that number.
There's no special diet that will make you lose more weight in and of itself -- just eat less and move more.
As far as how I've been doing it, I've been on the keto diet since the beginning of January, which I 100% DON'T recommend to anyone. It's very restrictive and requires a lot of sacrifice. It's just the only thing that gets my ridiculous hunger levels under control. I allow myself one cheat meal per month to keep my sanity intact.
I, however, do recommend getting a Fitbit or other fitness tracker. You don't need a fancy and expensive model. I have the cheapest one that I got a couple years ago.
I don't take the calories burned seriously because they can be very off, but it does help me get my steps in from walking and other activity, and I also like to track my sleep.
A warning on the steps, though -- if you're pushing a grocery cart or doing anything that prevents your arm from slightly swinging as it does when you walk without carrying anything, it won't track the steps.
I just spent 45 minutes going around the grocery store pushing a grocery cart and repeatedly forgetting things and having to go back and forth across the store because I'm absentminded, but it said I walked like 200 steps between going into the store and back to my car. It was 100% much more than that.

NSV (Round 3) 2024 List
May 4th- healthy meal prepped. Getting back on the wagon after seeing my friend has lost 40lbs!
May 5th- Debby bought black bear family breakfast with out asking. I used a small plate and did not eat the giant bisquits and the pancakes. I also stopped myself from making country gravy. Speed walked my mile. Had an orange, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, and shrimp as my late night tv watching snack instead of unhealthy binging (body LOVED THIS).
May 6th- Completely 100% kicked my sugar in coffee habit. I never need it again. Just a splash of milk in fine for me.
May 9th- Found healthier options at fast food. Got an egg mcmuffin and iced latte for 400 cal. instead of a carmel frappe with two sausage mcmuffins that equal 1,308 cal. Smarter choices not necessarily the best choices :) Small portions of the costco mac and cheese MIL made at dinner time.
May 10th- super prepped breakfasts and snacks to limit food waste and didn't want to go shopping today.
May 11th- Only bought healthy things at Costco
May 12th- Did not drink the peets drink debby got me (with out me asking) because it had 53g of sugar in it.
May 14th- prepped pumped up chicken salad because I knew I would be busy for the next few days. MIL ordered pizza, fried ravioli, giant garlic knots for dinner and... I didn't have any of it.
May 15th- Realizing that my body needs a lot of water to not be constipated with this extra fiber. Realizing that big dinners is not real 'weight' on the scale but may take days for it to reflect that on the scale. Small plates really trick the brain.
May 16th- Did my final even though my hubby drank and started a fight with me
May 17th- Even though I had nations hot dog and fries debby bought I was under 1600 cal of the day.
May 19th- Did not eat the donuts MIL brought home. Drank a lot of water :)
May 25th- Added notes to weight spikes for data collecting instead of discouragement. Weeded my front yard for an hour. Went out with friends that included food and drinks but lived a little, Enjoying life and my accomplishments.
May 26th- Let my kiddo 'train' me. Jogged the first time in YEARS.
May 28th- Joined a gym :) Beat my last round of being focused! Walked with a friend.
May 29th- Found my fitness watch! First day at the gym. Met with a personal trainer and found out where I am, previous pit falls, and my current goals. Did everything he told me to do even though it was difficult. prepped egg white bites. Made a tea drawer. MIL bought Chinese food for dinner and I made a healthy veggy side and used a small plate.
May 30th- First work out class at the gym. Legs convulsing/ twitching
May 31st- Got A's in both of my college classes :D Went to the beach to celebrate because I wanted to celebrate in a way that didn't involve food or alcohol.
June 1st- DnD night. Got my house scrubbed down for it. Had spaghetti but portion controlled it. Had daves bread instead of garlic bread. Tracked everything. Got a compliment from Heather that my face looks thinner, that Claire pointed it out to her on Tuesday. I motivated her to download the cronometer app and lose weight with me :D
June 2nd- Didnt gain weight after DnD night. Went to the gym :) Went and bought healthy salad dressing to replace my high calorie blue cheese addiction
June 3rd- Finding healthier options to satisfy hubbys french fry craving. Air-fried french fries are a win! Worked out with my friends at the gym
June 4th- Packed healthy snacks to the beach. Pretracked taco bell, but even though it fit into my calories for the day, I didn't get it and I dug deeper into why I feel the 'tradition' of food and why I was for a second going to let the calorie tracker be in control of me when I am in control of it. Also realizing that my super fat healthy sandwich left me stuffed for HOURS when two tacobell soft tacos wouldn't of done the same.
June 5th- Wanted to get multiple fast food and desserts after getting bad news and took a weed gummy. Instead had taco bell but it was in my calorie range.
June 6th- Went to the gym and did a 30-minute ability class instead of crawling into a depression hole. My legs twitched and convulsed less than last week!
June 7th- Went home and had a super healthy volume dinner for under 500 calories after getting high at my mom's house instead of staying over there and having pizza. Got a compliment from my uncle that it looked like I was losing weight- shared some tips with him.

Chapter 9
Chapter Nine – Jasper
I so cannot wait to read several pages of him wangsting about not being able to be with Vail, while simultaneously calling her a slut. /prediction
“Don’t like that, do you? Well, you have a choice, Alpha. Push for the trackers, and I offer her the claiming mark. Let it go, and I’ll do the same.” 
I knew my eyes must have been burning like the fucking sun, because my wolf was half-ready to push a shift and tear that smirk off his face. But I swallowed back his howl and shook my head. “She hates you almost as much as she hates me. She won’t go for it.”
My favourite part about this is how they’re having this discussion in a room full of omegas. Like they are literally right there. There’s no way that they can’t hear all of this. 
Edit from the future: Vail claimed that she had no idea what had happened at the start of the next chapter. But she also continues to shove her head in the sand in regards towards literally everything, so I’m not quite sure that I trust her narration. 
“Get your shit under control, Alpha. A pack is only as strong as its weakest link.”
Chapter 9 summary: Well, the chapter did start off with Jasper moping about Vail. But this is quickly overtaken by the other alphas getting angry and implying that Jasper wants to tag all of the omegas, like dogs. 
However, it’s Reed who points out that none of the other omegas are actually at risk; this is 100% about Vail. That this is simply a measure to control all of the pack.
Here, Jasper pauses briefly to tell the readers about the inter-pack politics he’s been dealing with the past week, since he killed his dad. 3 different wolves challenged him, but then backed down when they realised that they would follow Jasper’s dad into an early grave. He banished 2, and sent one to do paperwork in the arctic. (IDK why this is relevant, but sure.) Also, the lab was shut down, pending investigation. If they would have tortured Vail, who knows what other bullshit is going on in there. 
Reed then says that if Jasper wants to put the tracker into Vail, then he can. But Reed will also put a claiming mark on Vail, so that HE can know where she is at all times, too. This pisses Jasper off enough, and he realises that he can’t win this one. He tells all of the omegas to leave. 
Chapter 10
“Anything you want to discuss, you come to one of us and we’ll help. But you’ll probably get the best feel for it all tomorrow, at the dinner dance.”
 I blinked at her. “Excuse me?”
 “The annual Alpha and Omega Dinner Dance is tomorrow.”
JFC, it’s barely been a week since the last dance!
Tomorrow I’ll be a good Marshall omega. But tonight, I’m just going to bury my head under a pillow and pretend I’m Vail Chance, and a million miles away from Hunter Moon Academy.
Chapter 10 summary: As the omegas leave the auditorium, Reed finds Vail and says that Penny told him that some of the other alphas were basically saying rude things about Vail’s bio parents. That he wants to make a statement by having Vail sit with him at dinner. Vail thinks about how the alphas all sit up at a fancy high table, and she’s like “No thanks.” However, Reed accepts her excuse of wanting to fit in with the other omegas, and lets it slide… for now. 
The girls go back to Jasmine’s dorm, where Vail finally asks about Mr. Wentworth. They tell her that he went back across the pond. Vail is hurt by this, and thought that he was on her side. 
They then start talking about Jasper’s new role. However, Vail is a bit out of the loop, and they have to spell out for her that Jasper killed his father. Because she straight-up doesn’t understand. But hearing what Jasper needed to do in order to try and keep Vail safe makes her feel physically ill, and she leaves to go lie down for a bit. 
She sleeps through lunch and the start of afternoon classes before she mopes around for a while. Eventually, she decides that the best course of action is to 100% avoid Jasper from here on out, and to strengthen her ties to the Marshall clan. She finds Penny on her way to dinner, and asks for help in learning what it means to be an omega. Penny gives her a huge binder, and tells her that it’s always an adjustment. But that being part of a clan is more instinct than anything. Vail says she doesn’t feel well, so she skips out on dinner.
