sajnálatos módon

lemaradtam a galaxisok lemezbemutatóról, a most jövő spiritualizedról és persze magyar péter tüntetéséről is, viszont láttam a bar italiát, amivel kapcsolatban eddig kicsit ambivalens érzéseim voltak, még ha pár szám elég rendszeresen is lejátszási listámra került. sőt, a koncert elején még majdnem odáig is jutottam magamban, hogy magyar péterhez hasonlítsam, mármint annyiban, hogy értem, hogy miféle igényt elégít ki, még talán arra is van magyarázat, hogy miért most lett ekkora dolog, de azért kicsit mesterkélt és túlmisztifikált (a politika és a gitárzene messiásvárása úgy látszik egészen hasonló is lehet). magyar péterről nem tudok nyilatkozni, a bar italia viszont élőben teljesen megvett, főleg onnantól, hogy tényleg berobbant a koncert, nem tudom ez kifejezetten az amerikai (san franciscói) közönségnek volt köszönhető, de hajlok rá, hogy mindenhol ennyire megcsinálják a bulit. és a végére a "nem mondunk semmit a közönségnek, nem reagálunk egyáltalán" misztikum is oldódott, volt néhány mosoly a közönség reakcióira, még egy-két köszönetnyilvánítás is a végére - remélhetőleg ebbe az irányba mennek tovább, az energia megvan, sőt élőben sokkal inkább átjön, mint albumról.

ez jó lezárása is lett a hétnek, de most ennyi volt itt, a következő kb 30 óra jelentős részét repülőtereken és repülőkön fogom tölteni

when you don't know what to say or sing or write but you do to anyway sometimes you look back the next day and its shit but sometimes.....

ITS PURE GOLD

I found this album when it came out due to a post made by ergot records (shoutout Adrian and that crew) and was immediately drawn to to it. The spaced out airy vocals feel like a winters breeze. The album has this weird melancholy about it that doesn’t bring you down with it but simply leaves you in peace. Maybe the best thing of the year. I love Joanne Robertson so much
