The season is already open, fresh fruits. Another issue to deal. I know that Hashimoto and hyperthyroidism are considered as not that important disease but when you at the dr they blame everything on thyroid problems. The point is the thyroid issues cause all these f… annoying and painful symptoms, cause other diseases and make you feel like you’re psychotic. I never complain, never say a word that something is bothering me so before somebody makes comment should maybe first make a research or simply ask me. Would be nice to hear but honestly how are you coping with this? I do not, I do live with all of these. Past few weeks were very intense, stressful and put me trough situations do not wish anyone to experience. My allergy reaction reactivated my asthma, my asthma pulled other strings. It was not the worst my lovely thyroid diseases do not collaborate so I got new think ha ha - life is beautiful- it is unfortunately the one made me think about STOPPING to be for everyone around and please others. Sorry I am planning to be selfish not bitchy or rude, just selfish. I do continue my living the way I finally want to. This time I had some super soft bananas so I puréed them in the food processor and put them into ice cube trays.
