GROUNDING

I have been reading about this type of therapy recently. Earthing or Grounding sounds like something old that’s new again. It’s one of the many things that we have forgotten how to do. If it wasn’t the middle of winter right now, I’d run outside in my bare feet and spend some time absorbing all the free flowing electrons.

Interestingly, over the Christmas holiday, I had a whole bowl of dried balsam fir needles and I used to run my fingers through them continuously. It just felt right. Maybe it’s a similar way of grounding. I just know I really enjoyed it and I regret throwing them out.

So Little Curvy Boi has become a little curvier. I finally took the plunge and decided to bonsai the little guy! Another 3-4 months we'll see how he's doing! Also, another 2 years before he needs a new pot. Growing plants means never knowing completion.

Last show: I rarely watch shows but the last one was probably Arcane (rewatched too)

Currently watching: I usually watch YouTube vids/twitch stream... sooo video game playthroughs and various composer videos (interviews, song breakdowns, etc), making of video game soundtracks- things of that nature.
