I don't think yall realize thay what you say effects people. Positive and negative.
Bc I was having a full blown mental breakdown the other day, and this person DM'ed me, and they might see this but whatever, they just absentmindedly reassured me that I DIDNT need to reassure them and that it's okay, bc I was saying sory a lot.
And like, I dont think people even realize that them being a decent person can be crazy to other people. Bc I fully broke down again. Bc this random person online reassured me that my boundaries where okay to have.
And they where probably just having a normal Wednesday, while their words broke me bc no one has ever said anything like that to me before.
So this is just your reminder that what you say to random people online matters, a lot. Bc you don't know if they are gonna cry themselves to sleep bc you insulted their apperence, or cry bc your the only person to ever be that nice to them.
So that's your lesson for today. And remeber to love yourself and that you are awesome <3
