The Positive Side of Vaping. Vaping Over Smoking!
We all know smoking is extremely hazardous and has leads to severe health issues. It is also a very difficult habit to quit once someone starts smoking. That is because the body becomes accustomed to the constant intake of the nicotine in the cigarette and it creates extreme cravings.  Majority of the people think, e-cigarettes are just an equally hazardous substitute for smoking normal cigarettes. However it’s untrue and Vaping or e-cigarettes are by far, much healthier as compared to smoking.
Here are some of the top advantages of Vaping, rather than Smoking
1. Its Way better for your health
E-cigarettes are proven to have fewer chemicals compared to cigarettes smoke and it do not stay in the body for long such as tar. Moreover, Vaping is estimated to be 95% better for your health than smoking, and its effectiveness as a quitting aid means you’re more likely to succeed in cutting down or quitting, which is the biggest benefit of all.
2. Much Cheaper than Smoking
Smokers, usually smoke a lot of cigarettes everyday. It is estimated that in 2015, an average smoker in UK smoked 113 cigarettes daily, and spent around  $1700 per year. This cost varies by the type of smoker, and the type of cigarettes used obviously. However, vaping has only upfront cost in form of the apparatus required to vape. E-liquids can be purchased for as low as  $1, which makes them super cheap as compared to cigarettes. 
3. Passive Vape Smoke, is less dangerous than Passive Cigarette smoke
Research has shown that the smoke from tobacco products, contains more than 7000 chemicals and over 70 known carcinogens. This not only makes the  cigarette smoke harmful for the smoker, but also for the person inhaling it passively, and can lead to conditions such as respiratory infections like bronchitis and pneumonia in children, heart disease and lung cancer in adults.
On the other hand, in light of current evidence and research, vaping is considered to have negligible impact upon the health of the person passively inhaling the vapor. The research shows that since the vapor evaporates very quickly, it is very less likely for it to have any impact on the inhaler. However, to be on the safe side, it is advisable to not vape in-front of children or pregnant women.
4. Multiple Vape Flavors Unlike Tobacco
In May 2020, the EU banned several flavored tobacco products, which has left the smoking community with even fewer options. whereas, there is literally no limit to flavors when it comes to vaping providing the vapers a better overall experience. 
5. Vaping is Easier to Quit
The e-liquids comes in different ranges of nicotine level. You can change or vary your nicotine intake as you like over time, and can move towards quitting unlike in cigarettes where there is no option to control the nicotine level. Reducing the nicotine bit by bit is the way to go about quitting, for which, vaping is a real helper.
