Lavinia: "I'm sorry, I don't believe I understand what you're trying to say. Do you mean to imply that...."

Ashlin: "I don't know shit about that, so quit asking."

Squish: The slug chirped inquisitively and cocked her head. She looked confused, if such a thing were possible for a slug.

Avidra: "That's a dangerous question to be asking... If I were you, I'd be careful who you ask it to." They don't even look up as they say it, merely continue picking their fingernails with a knife. "You wouldn't want to end up like our dear Lord Kelton, would you?"

I have been reading @gotmebymysoultosqueeze story on Ao3, called AVIDRA: Animal Flow.

The story is really good and I recommend reading it. I can't wait for what next to happen in it. The way he slowly changes into the form is cool and adds more since it brings more attention to Lips by the band. Also, the part where Lips punch Teeth and Teeth giggling after made me laugh. The story is good in my opinion.

Recently, they post Lips' form design, and I like it.

The design kind of reminds me of the werewolf from Project Metal Beast 1995. The design is cool and neat.

I drew the design in my style

The spikes that are mildly venomous remind me of the small spikes on fins of deep sea fish or the ghost shark. The markings are cool and wonder to look at. This design is amazing.

Hi! How are you?? I hope you had a lovely holiday, if you celebrate, and hopefully had some time off from work or school.

I've made a tiny, tiny bit of progress on my newest WIP idea, in that I know the names of two characters, and I have an inciting incident planned. But that's about it. I literally know nothing else about this WIP, other than just general vibes. But that's fine, that's fine, right??

The two characters are Asra (she/her) and Avidra (Avi, they/them). Avi is an assassin who has left their former guild following some certain spoilery events, and is hunting for a specific item for personal reasons. Asra is a thief who just so happens to snatch the item before Avi can get it.

Oh, and I decided that the whole story is narrated by a raven in the service of the goddess of death, known as the Raven Queen. Said raven is had been following the party in the story since the inciting incident out of personal curiosity (a bit like Death in The Book Thief), and is now narrating this story to the Raven Queen herself in the far future.

So, now I have to figure out how to make a third omniscient narrator work and sound cool... Maybe I need to go back and reread some Lemony Snicket...

Hi! I’m fine, thanks for asking! Just a bit sad that Christmas is over now (I’m a big fan). But the holidays were lovely so I’m glad! I hope you had a nice holiday/weekend too!

Even the tiniest bit of progress is good! And character names and a plot point are a whole lot already, I think! It’s a good first step

Asra and Avidra (nice names btw!) sound cool! So does the bit with the raven. I’m a bit obsessed with ravens/crows so I might be biased but that’s a very great and unique idea you had to let a raven be narrator

Narrative views are always a bit tricky but I’m sure you’ll figure it out!

SWITCH INSULIN

Seorang pasien Tn. T , harus menjalani prosedure Critical Ill ( nanti kita bahas).

Jadi, caranya

dihitung total drip insulin yg sudah di drip 6 jam terakhir. Pada Tn. T, jumlah insulin 6 jam terakhir adalah 4 + 3,5 + 2+aff+2+2 = 14 Unit.

RUMUSnya adalah Total insulin 6 jam x 14 = 72 Unit

Dari total 72 unit kita ambil 80% nya jadi 57,6 atau 58 unit.

Kemudian kita bagi 50:50 untuk prandial dan basal insulin , sekita 29 unit.

Jadi untuk prandial kita bagi 3 injeksi Rapid acting Insulin ( biasanya Novorapid atau Avidra ) dan basal 1x injeksi biasanya pada malam hari dengan long acting insulin ( biasanya Levemir).

Jadi begitulan injeksi insulin s.c yang harus d dapat pasien.

Tambahan, saat SWITCH INSULIN dari drip ke injeksi subkutan, pertama kita inj. sc Basal insulin tadi dengan masih terpasang drip terakhir,lalu baru di aff 2 jam kemudian.

A Beginning

transcript:

It all started with a body. Before Lord Kelton's Body had even hit the ground, Avi was already backing away, wiping the bloody dagger on their black trousers. Carefully, they slid the blade back into the sheath in their boot. Clenching their fists to steady their shaking hands, Avi forced themselves to take a breath. For the first time in what has surely been hours, air filled their lungs.
