Anyone else’s earliest gainer memory of Tim Allen in the Santa Clause? The way he farted and then stretched his gut out when he first woke up was so hot. He really gives off a nice ex jock look with the first gif during his early signs of weight gain. His all grey sweats look with his clean shaved face felt not nearly as sexy in comparison. His ultra tight white shirt and beard looked really nice .

Him jiggling his fat gut at the doctor’s office was also very hot, but it was a slight turnoff how they made him look like Santa so much already. I wish we had more in the in-between weight gain stage.

I just watched the first 2 episodes of the new Disney+ original and Santa isn’t nearly as attractive in it anymore, they just make him look fake fat like they did with Thor in Endgame.

However, it was hot how he was “getting in shape” and trying to eat more fatty things to gain weight and be more lazy. They try to find a replacement for Santa in it, and originally he tried getting his older son to replace him. But… I am really hoping that his younger son replaces him because he’s such a stud. He seems like the perfect type to be an ex-jock.

I did a quick morph with his face on his dads body from the first film, getting ideas for a fanfic I’ll try posting soon. Excuse the low quality, the first film came out when they didn’t really have HD, so all the other morphs I tried didn’t go well. Will try more soon with non-movie images though.

Disney just released the trailer for The Santa Clauses S2 and I'm sobbing. I can't believe that after 17 years we're getting the return of The Council of Legendary Figures (both Michael Dorn and Kevin Pollak are seen in the teaser reprising their roles as Sandman and Cupid, the new actor for Easter Bunny is also shown). I'm hoping for a Jack Frost return as well, but I think Martin Short might've been busy with OMitB. Looks like we're also getting a "Crazy Santa" played by Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet and his sidekick will be played by Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias. I'm also going to trust Disney to bring back David Krumholtz as Bernard (and possibly Spencer Breslin as Curtis and Liliana Mumy as Lucy but I'm not gonna hold my breath on those). All in all, the teaser for this season looks really good and I'm hoping for another great season with Scott and the Calvins.

Austin Kane: “Amo meu trabalho e não o trocaria por nada!”

Quando o assunto é natal, Meu Papai é Noel é a franquia Disney mais icônica do gênero. Por isso, a chegada do spin-off no Disney Plus tornou-se um prato cheio para amantes das aventuras de Scott Calvin como Papai Noel. Dessa vez, a história é contada através de Meu Papai (Ainda) é Noel, série limitada que além de expandir o universo natalino, introduz personagens novos como Calvin Claus, o filho do meio do Noel que é interpretado por Austin Kane.

Natural de Colorado, nos Estados Unidos, Austin tem 20 anos e divide seu tempo entre atuar e estudar para a faculdade. Conhecido pelo seu timing impecável em cenas de comédia (especialmente físicas), o ator – que já atuou em séries como Henry Danger, Bizaardvark e Sam & Cat – diz que entrou no ramo por influência de seus pais. “Eles são atores e coaches de atuação, então me colocaram no meio desde cedo”, conta. “É a única coisa que sei fazer, amo meu trabalho e não o trocaria por nada. No entanto, acho que se não fosse ator, já que amo história e esportes, gostaria de ser comentarista esportivo!”

Sua audição para Meu Papai (Ainda) é Noel foi feita em seu dormitório da faculdade: “gravei um vídeo e, logo em seguida, fui chamado para um call-back que incluía uma leitura de texto com Tim Allen”. O ator, que dá vida ao Papai Noel, é um dos favoritos de Austin – uma de suas memórias preferidas da infância é ver o filme Zoom: Academia de Super Heróis em seu DVD player!

“Fiquei incrédulo, e na audição foi muito divertido poder improvisar e interpretar algumas das cenas mais divertidas, como a do trenó”, conta. Num fim de semana, enquanto lavava roupas, Austin recebeu uma ligação dizendo que o papel era dele. “Depois de ficar um tempo sem trabalhar devido a Covid-19, foi como se um peso tivesse saído de meus ombros”.

Embora tenha trabalhado antes com a Disney, Austin garante que não teve nenhum tratamento especial no processo de seleção. “Fazia muito tempo desde meu último trabalho com eles, e participei de mais audições na Disney do que consigo lembrar. Fazer parte desta série, no entanto, foi um grande sonho” – afinal, o ator é gente como a gente: cresceu assistindo os filmes todo natal. “Entrar para uma franquia como essa foi intimidador, não posso negar. Descobrir que você vai fazer parte de um projeto que por toda sua vida foi uma grande tradição natalina lhe motiva a colocar dez vezes mais esforço no trabalho”.

Tanto esforço e amor pelo trabalho valeu muito a pena: “a recepção das pessoas tem sido ótima! Tenho amigos e familiares que nunca pensei que assistiriam a série – ainda mais amá-la. Mas ninguém me reconheceu ainda pela série e não sei como reagiria. Acho que me sentiria estranho, mas bastante grato”, diz.

Estudar e trabalhar como ator, para ele, não é tão estressante – pelo menos até aqui. “Estou em processo de audição para algumas coisas agora, e fica bem complicado estudar roteiros e conteúdo para avaliações... às vezes ainda gravo vídeos de audição antes das aulas. Tem dias em que me estresso, porém lembro que meu pai trabalhava numa usina de aço quando tinha 18 anos, então não posso reclamar”, reflete.

O reconhecimento de sua rotina atípica veio mais uma vez: ele foi convidado para gravar com a Dreamworks no último verão. “Não posso falar muito sobre isso ainda, mas é um thriller animado que vai demorar um pouquinho para ser lançado”, conta.

Quando não está estudando ou trabalhando, o rapaz faz o possível para se manter ativo. “Gosto de caminhar e me exercitar a partir de atividades como boxe”. Além disso, gosta muito de acompanhar esportes na televisão – “essa última copa foi bastante agitada”, opina – e adora ouvir bandas de rock como Rolling Stones, Oasis, Black Sabbath, System of a Down e Stevie Ray Vaughan.

“Também gosto muito de filmes e séries, então estou sempre assistindo algo. Ultimamente estou assistindo (e amando) Sons of Anarchy, e mal posso esperar para assistir a nova série de Percy Jackson da Disney. Sou um grande fã dos livros e quero muito ver como eles fizeram a adaptação”, conta. Pergunto se ele gostaria de participar de alguma série em específica. “Sendo bem sincero, estou disposto a participar de qualquer série”, comenta entre risos.

Austin conta que ama os fãs brasileiros e tem se divertido bastante com a reação do pessoal daqui a seu trabalho na série. “Amo o Brasil e espero visitá-lo um dia. Saber que alcançamos pessoas de vários países é surpreendente, e considero uma bênção. Obrigado”, finaliza. A série Meu Papai (Ainda) é Noel já está com todos os episódios disponíveis no Disney Plus!
