कुछ यूँ होगा उत्तम स्वास्थ्य तथा खुशहाली का सबब : अतुल मलिकराम (Political Analyst)

जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं, हमारा देश '2030 के भारत' की तरफ तेजी से बढ़ रहा है, जिसके अंतर्गत भारत सरकार द्वारा सभी 17 लक्ष्यों को हासिल किया जाना तय है। दरअसल इन लक्ष्यों के अंतर्गत ऐसे विषयों का समागम किया गया है, जिनकी कमी लिए हमारा देश लम्बे समय से गुजर-बसर कर रहा है। इन महत्वपूर्ण विषयों में से एक है उत्तम स्वास्थ्य तथा खुशहाली, जो कहीं न कहीं हमारे स्वस्थ जीवन को लेकर बेहद महत्वपूर्ण लक्ष्य है। भारत सरकार की इस बेमिसाल पहल का सबब यह है कि जनता का सहयोग इसमें प्रखर है। सिर्फ और सिर्फ सरकार द्वार�� की जाने वाली तमाम कोशिशें तब तक निरर्थक हैं, जब तक जनता इसमें मजबूती से सहयोग न करे। इसलिए इस लक्ष्य को हासिल करने के लिए देश को सख्त नियम तथा कानून बनाने होंगे और साथ ही इनका सख्ती से पालन भी करना होगा।

राजनितिक विश्लेषक अतुल मलिकराम कहते हैं कि यह लक्ष्य सीधे तौर पर आज के समय में चल रहे विकट संकट का बखान करता है। समूचा विश्व कोरोना महामारी से जूझ रहा है। आज तकनीकी और प्रौद्योगिकी की असीमित तरक्की भी इस पर पूरी तरह काबू नहीं पा सकी है। पूरी तरह तकनीकी पर निर्भर होने के बजाए इस संकट काल में यदि कोई सबसे बड़ा हथियार है, तो वह है हमारा मनोबल। हमारा मस्तिष्क इतना शक्तिशाली है कि यह चाहे तो हमारे शरीर को किसी विशेष बीमारी से ग्रसित भी कर सकता है, और यह चाहे तो गंभीर से गंभीर बीमारी को जड़ से खत्म भी कर सकता है। यदि इसे मरहम के रूप में उपयोग किया जाए, तो 2030 से पहले ही उत्तम स्वास्थ्य तथा खुशहाली लक्ष्य को हासिल किया जा सकता है। इसलिए धन से न सही, मन से जरूर लोगों के लिए कार्य करें, उनका मनोबल बढ़ाएं और सकारात्मकता फैलाएं। अधिक से अधिक समय अपनों के साथ व्यतीत करें और जरूरतमंदों की सहायता के लिए सदैव तत्पर रहें।

जो व्यक्ति उत्तम स्वास्थ्य का आनंद लेता है, वास्तव में वह अमीर तथा समृद्ध होता है। अच्छा स्वास्थ्य न सिर्फ जीने के लिए जरुरी है, बल्कि यह आर्थिक वृद्धि तथा सम्पन्नता को भी बल देता है, जो खुशहाल जीवन का परिणाम है। सभी के लिए उचित स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना, निरापद, असरदार, उत्तम और किफायती दवाएँ तथा टीके उपलब्ध कराना आदि स्वास्थ्य संबंधी कार्यों के लिए हम सभी का सहयोग इसे सार्थक बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसलिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करें, अपनी बारी आने पर जरुरी दवाएं तथा टीकें जरूर लें। हानिकारक रसायनों के उपयोग को कम करने में योगदान दें, जिससे कि वातावरण सुरक्षित रहे। अपने-अपने स्तर पर प्रदुषण को कम करने में सहयोग दें। वाहनों का कम से कम उपयोग करके साइकलिंग को बढ़ावा दें। योग तथा व्यायाम को अपनी दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाएं। सात्विक भोजन अपनाएं। देश से कुपोषण को जड़ से खत्म करने के लिए उचित समाधान निकाले जाएं। जगह-जगह पर स्वास्थ्य संबंधी बूथ बनाए जाएं, जहाँ से व्यक्ति बेहतर स्वास्थ्य के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकें। एक निश्चित समय अंतराल के दौरान उचित जाँचें आदि कराने का प्रावधान हो। आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर नागरिकों को कम शुल्क या निःशुल्क इलाज तथा उचित दवाइयाँ प्राप्त हों। बेहतर चिकित्सा को लेकर देश के हर कोने में ठोस नियम बनाएं जाएं। तब जाकर देश का हर नागरिक उत्तम स्वास्थ्य तथा खुशहाली से फलीभूत हो सकेगा और हमारा भारत तब जाकर बन सकेगा स्वस्थ भारत।

Being mean is not only a bad habit but a curse to making however living in the society we exist today and the competition with ‘Survival of the fittest’ is the soul motive. However, brutal but true this is that today’s humans exist human beings don’t.

The generation today is factor of their individual soul, thinking of what’s right/wrong is their own choice with limited thought process is the reality that is faced by today’s generation. On the other hand, if we talk about having faith, humans today are neither true nor trustworthy.

Today if you go to seek individual opinions a person would rather believe an unknown than their own family/friends/relatives. This is surprising but true, that today’s generation want to stay away from everyone, however there is no restriction or problem of love and care but still living on someone’s guidelines is always difficult specially when a person has a stand for himself and is self-sufficient.

Whenever a celebrity promotes a product or service, people are eager to buy it. But when a relative or friend of ours starts a new business, how often do we think in taking his product or service, we research it, judge it, and finally ensure not being a regular customer for it. Taking out negatives is easier than saying ‘yes, you can do it’.

One question that keeps popping up my mind, all the times, I’d like to put out here, Why we blindly believe in people whom we have never met, whom we do not even know well, who are already living a life full of amenities vis-à-vis people who live the same life as us or say that we have millions of reasons for not supporting our loved ones. Actually if we go out and measure reality these are mere excuses, yes! Just excuses. Why don’t we for once question ourselves what are we doing? Why don’t we understand that we are pushing our own people backwards? How can we trust a stranger more than our loved ones? Why are we not able to make this belief towards our loved ones?

Think, about it… when you have some time for self-analysis The Vocal for Local Campaign launched by the Prime Minister contains all the answers to these questions. We must go ahead and promote this initiative and do something good for bringing back the flavor of oneness and humanity amongst our people. When someone starts a new job, weaves thousands of dreams, the affection from their loved ones doubles but with the urge to work.

This is the time when your oneness and companionship works to boost their courage, and they find a way to touch new heights. Even if you do not need that product or service at that very point in time, but it is always advisible to extend a hand of support to other people to maintain humanity and goodwill. India is an agrarian country with most of its population depending directly or indirectly on the farmers for livelihood and food consumption. However, this sector has been experiencing a lot of crisis since the past few decades, most of which include the increasing rate of farmer’s suicide in the country. Farming in India is a profession filled with many financial uncertainties. Most of the farmers in India do not have enough money to run their livelihood or send their children to schools. To meet the basic needs of their families, they have to take loans from the banks. Even after producing food for the country, farmers find themselves in huge debts. They need money to service their loans, fund the next agricultural season, and support their family. Hence, they take fresh loans. The debt cycle continues. Loan recovery processes may be initiated, and these are often unethically aggressive, even bordering on the criminal. Without any hope or a way out, farmers commit suicide to end their problems and pain. Most farmers in India commit suicide due to increasing debt, lack of irrigation and farming facilities, profit failure in cultivation, high input cost, climate change, and other factors leading to the ruin of crops. According to statistics, since 1995, 2, 96,438 farmers have committed suicide. Significantly, since 2013, the government has been collecting the statistics of farmers' suicides. According to this, every year, 12 thousand farmers end their lives. Neck deep in debts, they are unable to bear the agriculture losses. According to the government, in 2015, a total of 12,602 people, directly or indirectly related to agriculture committed suicide. Of these, 8,007 were farmers while 4,595 people were working as agricultural laborers. Out of the total 1, 33,623 suicide cases in India in 2015, 9.4 percent were the farmers who killed themselves. In 2015, Maharashtra recorded the highest number of suicides by 4,291 farmers, while Karnataka stood second with 1,569 suicides. It is followed by Telangana (1400), Madhya Pradesh (1,290), Chhattisgarh (954), Andhra Pradesh (916), Tamil Nadu (606). The number of farmers who committed suicide in 2013 was 11,772 and in 2014 were 12,360. The data given here clearly shows the situations the food giver of the country is facing. The people and the country need to wake up and support them to ease their problems.
