Ok sooo Astro boy Phantom of the Opera (kinda) au ✨

SO. Since 03 Tenma pretty much IS the Phantom (and I started shipping the old men real bad) I started cooking this

The story is that Ochan is a medic and Tenma a cientist. They're old friends, but then Tobio dies (as he does) and Tenma isolates himself and makes a pact (with a demon or spirit ig?) to trade half of his soul to bring his son back (which leaves some scars or stuff hence the mask)

The half soul is used to make a new soul for Tobio's body, restored with mechanical prosthetics by his father. But the new soul isn't Tobio. It's a new life, a new person, who just carries his memories. Tenma acts overprotective and possessive of him, hiding them from the world, so the kid eventually runs away and finds Ochanomizu, seeking help. Ochan names him "Astro" since he loves the sky and stars so much and cares for the kid.

Anyway cut to Ochan spending like 80k words knocking some sense on his problematic boyfriend's head, Tenma ruins everything then learns to value his son's life etc etc and I hope they all become a happy family the end

So AU where Megaman and Astro boy both live in the same universe and Megaman was inspired by Astro boy IN UNIVERSE.

And so when Mega man and Astro boy find out about this Megaman starts having an identity crisis because he doesn’t feel like his own person anymore and he starts seeing himself as just a cheap copy of Astro boy and nothing else

But Astro boy is just like “OMG WHERE SO MUCH ALIKE CAN WE BE FRIENDS? PLEASE???”

Don’t mind me being horrendously cringe for a moment here but I’ve been watching MHA again and the interest reignited RAAAGH So !! I did what any person with a special interest would do and I made an Astro Boy x MHA crossover !!

For this AU, I’m basically just taking the premise of MHA and inserting Atom into the story by making him a student at UA (in class 1A of course). The plot would for the AU would be similar to the main story of MHA at the beginning but then shift when the story starts to get rolling in order to make the events of the story more Astro Boy-centred rather than stick to the MHA canon.

Atom’s hero name is “Astro” and got into the School through recommendation. He skipped the entrance exams because in this AU, Professor Ochanomizu and the Ministry of Science sponsors a lot of courses at UA, especially business and robotics courses.

This interpretation of Atom is a bit of a mashup between various aspects of both the 2009 Movie (like making his age closer to Astro’s from the film as he’s around 14 there) and the 2003 Anime (taking pieces like Ochanomizu being Atom and Uran’s sole carer, Atlas from the 03 show will also be a fairly big character in this AU)

I should stop making so many dumb au concepts but. Montblanc and Epsilon as educational kids show hosts. Literally every kid loves them and wants to be on the show cause they're legit the sweetest guys who absolutely LOVE their job and put everything into the episodes.

Heck get the others into this. Gesicht playing a detective character who helps kids learn problem solving through gathering clues and solving mysteries like Blue's Clues. North encourages you to do your chores and be organized. Hercules and Brando teaching simple exercises to get you active. They've all suffered war trauma and just want to make the world a bit brighter.

I imagine Uran would watch it constantly, to the point where Ochanomizu and Atom get kinda annoyed by it, but they still think it's cute.

Alright so here’s a little bit more info about my Mega man and Astro boy AU thing since I didn’t really go into to much detail about it in my first post talking about it

(If you haven’t seen it yet I’ll link it at the end of this post)

So after Dr. Light’s first robo son left him (Protoman) he started to become really fucking depressed. And started to question if he should even continue with his robot science stuff considering his first ever human like robot was an complete and utter disaster. He thought that even a beginner scientist in robotics couldn’t make such an awful mistake with there creations like he did.

That is, until one day. Dr Light was watching the morning news as usual, when a particularly story caught his eye.

A story about a little robot child with red boots and weird hair saving the city from a terrible disaster with his ability to fly from the rockets on his boots and being freakishly strong for a robot so small. It was incredible!

And seeing this gave Dr. Light the inspiration he needed to begin building robots again.

He created another robot boy, this time around the same age as the robot he saw on the news (he legit just guessed what age range they where in lmao) and with some of the same personality traits as them to, but also giving him a lot of different personality traits so that he would still be unique.

And learning from his passed mistakes with blues, he also created a sibling for the robot boy so they wouldn’t feel alone

And that’s the first part of the AU! I hope you enjoyed listening to me ramble lmao

This dragon adventure got a little too real

Another screenshot redraw! Astro and his friends went on an adventure to find a legendary dragon that, according to legend, lives in the kingdom of Mayura. Well they accidently wandered a little too far and actually stumbled upon a "real" dragon, needless to say they weren't expecting that!

Now as this question will probably be asked, I'm gonna give a run down of the friend group's dog breeds!

Kenichi - Blue german shepherd

Reno - Red and white jack retriever (Red golden retriever and jack russell mix)

Astro - Akita

Tamao - Basenji

Shibugaki - Golden tibetan mastiff

Princess Kaaya and her little sibling: Papillons
