My art reward from @nateybeak's (Twitch and Twitter) Party-Thon. Thank you so much for this! I've always wanted to get art of Ai in Natey's style. They look amazing!

No joke, NateyBeak is what inspired me to redo Ai's ref sheet to match my irl body. They were the first artist I followed who drew beautiful ocs with a variety of body types. I've always wanted to get art of Ai by Natey, but never could due to their commissions rarely opening. So this is lowkey a dream come true!

Hi friends, I did something I never expected to do and entered my illustration series "Places I Have Lived" into ArtPrize this year. The eleven framed illustrations will be displayed at Harmony Brewing Company for the duration of the exhibition! For a variety of reasons, I'm genuinely excited to have been connected with this venue.

However, the illustrations are not printed or framed yet (the image above is just a mockup I made for my entry), and the cost of eleven high quality custom frames will end up being quite expensive (my initial goal for this fundraiser is just a portion of the projected cost!). M&C Saatchi Group i Saatchi Gallery ogłosiły sześciu regionalnych zwycięzców konkursu Art for Change. 

Celem konkursu jest zainicjowanie dialogu wokół sztuk wizualnych jako medium pozytywnych zmian globalnych i społecznych oraz promocja obiecujących artystów z całego świata.

Do konkursu zaproszono obiecujących artystów z całego świata, by zmierzyli się z zaproponowanym przez kuratorów tematem “równość”.

Spośród 2 500 zgłoszeń ze 130 krajów jury, w skład którego weszli przedstawiciele agencji kreatywnej M&C Saatchi Group oraz zaproszeni goście, wybrało zwycięzców regionalnych:

Jarosław Lisicki (1990 r.) urodził się w Elblągu, tworzy w duchu figuratywizmu ekspresyjnego. Zajmuje się malarstwem sztalugowym oraz rysunkiem, ukończył Akademię Sztuk Pięknych im. Matejki w Krakowie na wydziale malarstwa. Obecnie mieszka i pracuje we Wrocławiu.

Główny zwycięzca nagrody Art for Change zostanie ogłoszony 7 grudnia 2022 r.

Wystawę w Saatchi Gallery można oglądać od 8 grudnia do 6 stycznia.
