Bear daddy hot KNIGHT with a deep raspy voice and a heart of Gold on the inside and a thick emotional wall (also the wall being his Name amongst people) who lost so much and found some peace in the end.

PLAGUE TALE: REQUIEM SPOILERS BELOW

The whole cutting hair to symbolize change thing is really overdone to me. Like I get the idea behind it but I see it EVERYWHERE, give me something unique.

The Plague Tale: Requiem epilogue is the best example of this. I fully understand that Amicia cutting her hair off is supposed to symbolize the feeling of losing part of herself with Hugo’s death. But I feel like a better option would be to let her have long hair.

This is a girl who’s been fighting and surviving for months, never getting a chance to relax and never really getting a chance at peace. We NEVER see her with her hair down, it’s always in a braid or up in some fashion. Always up and out of the way so she can fight and survive. So at an ending, that finally gives her some semblance of peace, let her put her hair down. Let her hair grow and be impractical. Let her hair symbolize the peace and freedom she finally got now that all the threats are gone.

By no means do I think she should miraculously be over Hugo’s death only a year later. But give me something more intense and interesting than cut hair to symbolize her pain. Give me an Amicia De Rune who decorates her long hair with flowers and feathers to honor her lost brother. Give me an Amicia De Rune who works tirelessly to keep her hair clean while at sea despite Sophia’s teasing. And give me an Amicia De Rune who puts her hair up when she finds the next macula carrier, because she knows that a battle approaches.

Watching many gameplays recently made me realize that:

a lot of players didn't identify that the "Arnaud" at the beginning of chapter 7 was the same warrior who attacked them at the end of chapter 5.

the excuse most of them used for that was that in their fight scene his face was not shown properly.

The thing is, I don't think it was ever the developers' intention for players to figure out who he was through his face. His shield was the actual hint:

With this I officially surpass the amount of other fanfics for other fandoms I have written lol (Top was Danganronpa with 5 fics dayum) Anyways, thing is... This is the beginning of what I would've liked to have seen of Béatrice if she had survived. You'll obviously see more of our favorite siblings, more of best boy and apprentice and friend, more of our favorite knight, and of course our favorite pirate queen. Expect action in this one, badass mofos on the making for sure. Not gonna say too much, I'm gonna let you enjoy this first part on your own, I'm already working on the second and last chapter so you have something to look forward to.

Think about them moving up the mountains. Think about sophia and arnaud visiting all the time. Think about arnaud teaching them how to fight better and them quietly teaching him how to be more gentle and how to love again. Let sophia show and tell amicia about woman loving woman. Let them be friends. Let arnaud and sophia take hugo on Trips and let amicia become her own person not having to worry about hugo all the time. Hugo gets to grow up a normal kid. Sophia finds a steady home while still going to sea often. Let them talk about their Traumas. Let them heal. Think about them all living in peace being so full of each other. Think about that and dont tell me thats not what should have been
