My friend @repurposedsoul shared the second pic and it hit me at a time I was going thru A LOT of transitions and at the very beginning of taking those VERY SCARY “first steps”. .. .. The steps you never thought you’d find. Yet here they were, and every waking day was filled with something that scared you and you had a choice, do what scares you or don’t. .. .. I can’t say I have “proceeded to win” & days are no longer filled with “scary things”. They are! I miss my boys. I’m doing things I’m not comfortable doing like trying to figure out how to make the repurposed bowling alley floors fit on the cabinets when they don’t just “pop right on in” like they’re suppose to. And that long grass you see here in the foreground, well it’s cause I’ve never operated a tractor before let alone a bush hog and I’m too scared to just hop on and hope for the best! I feel that just wouldn’t be wise. 💁‍♀️ So till I get help coordinated with a sunny day, I’ll have long grass & pray ticks don’t hear of this and migrate on over in droves.😬 .. .. I believe that Norwex is not just about making a difference inside our homes but also in the state of our planet. I’ve been with this company for almost 8 years. In that time I’ve been looked at like I have three heads! Just because I’m promoting non toxic products while reducing plastic and toxic pollution. I don't consider this sales but a teaching opportunity. I’m happy to say this is finally starting to get national attention! Popular and respected news station are finally reporting the dire state of our planet and emphasizing we need to make changes in our lifestyles to make improvements. A little back ground... I was a single mom for many years and as a single parent I was too busy working. Too busy with keeping a roof over our heads, food on the table and clothes on our backs. I didn’t have time nor the financial means for anything extra. So I feel I dropped the ball when they needed me the most. Now that they're adults I worry about their future and want them to have an amazing life with families of their own. With out the threat of a dying planet! This is exactly why I’m a Norwex consultant. I believe with all my heart that we can turn things around. We did it in the 80’s with banning aerosols to help the holes in the ozone. If the world was able to ban together then, we can do it again!!! This is something I'm passionate about. But I'm busy!!! I don’t sit around all day twirling my thumbs. I have a busy life just like everyone else. But in that busy life there are pockets of time where I can work my business to reach more and more people to teach them Norwex solutions. We stand in lines, we wait at dr offices, heck we even go potty at least once a day!! We wait for our dinner to be served when we eat out. We constantly have little pockets of time we can take advantage of or with family support we can carve out at least ten minutes a day to reach out and share the Norwex mission.
