ROTTMNT: Snack
Michael knocks on Donnie’s lab door before entering.
“Anyone order a late night snack~?”
Mikey chirps, though the only response he gets are the clicks of Don’s keyboard.
“Uh huh. Yep.” Donnie mutters in thought.
Now standing next to his brother, he notices Donatello’s dark bags under his eyes. “Ya sure you don’t need some Z’s, D?”
“I can’t. I’m too close to something..” Almost drifting off, Donnie catches himself. “BIG! Something big!”
“Well.. okay.” Putting down the plate and drink next to the soft shell, Mikey adds: “Don’t stay up all night though.”
“With this energy snack I will most definitely make the break through very soon.” Blinking with one eye at a time, Donnie’s focus goes back to the screen.
As the box shell makes his leave, he glances at the cherry and banana milkshake and healthy rice balls he made.
“I hope it does more than that.” Michael whispers before closing the door behind him.
If you’re confused, read the tags.

I've always had long hair.. At least in my older years, not as a child just because my mother never wanted me to have long hair which may be I only prefer having long hair now. But my hair is very long. I think that my hair is past my waste, down to my ass now, but my hair just never grows past that though. I'm way too emotionally attached to my hair.
Ever since my maternal grandmother died since she was the one who owned her own hair salon (and gave up her shop before she died), I've been going to my mom's friend who is also a hairdresser. She's okay... I have nothing against her. But she's too afraid to style my hair, or she just doesn't like to. Since she never does whatever I'd ask her to do.
I never liked people playing with my hair. And it makes it worse when someone does play with my hair, that always makes me sleepy every time that happens. I always get so sleepy whenever I am at the salon.
My family.. That depends. Half of my family is overly affectionate with people, and the other half of my family is not affectionate at all either.
Apparently, as a sign of Asperger's, I'm not fond of being touched but I have never liked being touched. Way before I even knew about many of my diagnoses. I don't know if that's because of my autism. Or not.
But, either way, I have never been comfortable with being touched.
That's why I brought it up! You see Ryu standing in the VIP balcony of the club, he is really standing by himself drinking while he is watching the concert. Like he is standing by himself, and instead of sitting with Sarah at the bar. So he is not sitting with someone he would consider as a friend, especially if Sarah might be Ice's love interest (based a lot of the comments in those mangas). And Ryu is definitely introverted.
Actually... If I'd ever went to a club like Club Heaven, I would be sitting with Rocky and the White Rascals up in the main area where they are. Nothing against Club Heaven, but I hate clubs. I have rarely danced in my life, I have the grace of baby deers. Let's not forget sweaty people grinding against each other. The germaphobe in me is so skived out.
And when I go to concerts, I don't sing or dance either. I'm even more interested in watching the musicians performing. But that's just me.
I'm not really a fun person in crowded places.
~
I know, I know.. That was a stupid reason to want them be related. I'm always thinking of things that most people don't care about, so which is why I'm always trying to find abstract ways to connect any details.
You already know that Pearl's one of the few background Warriors I've actually liked. Not including Jesse and Ice. So if I did have connection between Orange and Pearl.. I could try attempting to give him a story, possibly some drama for this story too. I'm not completely sure yet.
~
Exactly.. Koo's caring after Rocky and the Rascals, managing multiple businesses at a time, beating up creepy men, and even fighting other gangs too. Koo has more important things to worry about that isn't a dramatic situation involving Kizzy. And Kizzy's just having her drama.
Kaito's definitely the relaxed friend who is very accepting of everyone.
~
Ice cream floats, root beer floats if you mix it with root beer soda.. I've never been a fan of root beer soda. But I've had ice cream floats a few times in my life. I've had cherry ice cream mixed with cherry soda but that cherry ice cream doesn't exist anymore.. They'd stopped making that ice cream. But I never really had many ice cream floats though.
I do like fruit.. I don't think there is a fruit that I don't like, that I would know of anyway. And I do enjoy real cherries. But real cherries are too difficult to eat, messy too, so I don't eat real cherries that often either.
I don't know about you. But I love bananas and banana flavors. But as always, there's rarely any banana flavored snacks. Every yellow flavor.. Is either lemon or pineapple. Not really many banana flavored snacks.
~
Before I forget! Have you watched the movie Ballerina? But I'm asking maybe that movie could give you inspiration for Hinami since you did want her as a ballerina.. All I know is that the movie is a Korean action movie, a revenge plot type of action movie too. But I haven't watch it.
Well.. I don't know about undercover cops. But, if someone is coming at the cop with the intention to harm them - especially with weapons, the cop has every right to shoot them. I know this because there have been a lot of people in my family who are now retired police officers.
So much drama happening. And a lot of betrayals too. Mafia boss did become friends with the cop without knowing who he is, which could be a lot of drama for them. There are going to be so many betrayals.
I do love when a character is multilingual. And I mean.. Well. That can be sexual and non-sexual for me. But, in general, I'd find it fascinating to hear people speak in other languages. I love the multilingualisms.
So not only is he being played by the cop but he's being played by the wife at the same time. So this man is thinking with his dick too much. He needs to start thinking with his brain, not his dick. What the fuck.
I can't say anything about the actress who is the wife. But... I do enjoy the actor of the cop though. Because I'd seen him as an actor before.
Definitely tell me when you watch more Vincenzo episodes. And even other shows or movies.. When you do. That would be something to be talking about. Seriously. So that would be another topic to talk about.
~
I sent that video to you for a reason. The period episode. That was the old cartoon I used to enjoy.. The female characters are menstruating.
But I've been menstruating. I'm on my rag, but I think my cycle is very close to being done now.. But I only have a couple days left though.
my hair was short for a long time, then i started to try growing it out, but i’ve got this stress issue combined with medication i’m on that’s causing my hair to fall out. i’ve had it checked out and tested, i have healthy hair, the stress and stuff is just making it fall out and i’ve got all this short regrowth that makes my hair look uneven and a lil frizzy. also i’ve got grey strands poking through, but i think they’re cool so i don’t pull them out.
my aunty used to be my hairdresser but she quit because she developed pretty bad arthritis or carpal tunnel. so now i have to waste literal hundreds of dollars at actual hairdressers.
kind of unrelated but i realised it while i was at work. i don’t usually think about the other rude boys unless it’s takeshi or some times smokey, but! did nikaido did he choose the location for the drug den!? did he manipulate shion into dealing drugs?!!? DID HE KNOW WHY SMOKEY WAS SICK?!? FOR HOW LONG?!!???
ryu is a total introvert surrounded by extrovert. he got friend adopted like every other introvert who meets an extrovert. he’s up on the balcony to drink by himself and listen to music and support his bestie ice.
i’m also not a big club person. i’m not good at dancing, i don’t like having my eardrums blown out by music i don’t really like, i don’t like wasting my money on drinks. i’d maybe like to go to a queer club, but i don’t know of any in my area and i don’t really know any other queer people irl. i’ve never been to a concert actually. my dad and brother have, but not me. i don’t know any artists i’d like to see in concert tho anyway.
~
koo is busy being helpful around club heaven, kizzy isn’t. kizzy is having her dramas, but also she’s probably the cause of half the situations anyway. or the situation isn’t that bad and kizzy is just blowing it out of proportion. kaito is being mildly helpful, like he’ll help if asked but he’s not taking the initiative like koo.
~
i haven’t watched ballerina yet. but it’s on my netflix watchlist! it’s got my girl jun jong seo in it! i loved her in the call!
i don’t know that he killed any of them with the gun shots, but injured definitely. iirc the cop asked one of gang guys about the guys that had attacked them and apparently they’d all survived but were in hospital. so. he hasn’t killed anyone yet.
the boss is going to be betrayed and i’m so sad for him. he’s having his heart manipulated from all sides, since the wife is a girl he’s crushed on for years and the cop is pretending to be related to his best friend who died in front of him.
he’s absolutely thinking with his dick. he’s so into this chick he can’t even see how she’s playing him, even when his friends are like ‘this is a horrible idea, she’s a cop’. and he’s still like ‘…….i’m gonna go see her anyway’. A FOOL!! A BEAUTIFUL IDIOT!!

This is a fruit salad! Save it till last and awssr all the questions you have not been sent ehehe
Well, turnabout’s fair play, ha!
Raspberry: favorite flower?
Stargazer Lillies, or Kate Jasmines (I think most people call them Gardenias…)
Lemon: do you have any pets? what are their names?
Sadly, not anymore. But I have a dream of getting a white stoat and naming it Anderson Cooper. Look up white stoats and tell me there’s not a resemblance.
Mango: what is your trademark?
My weird laugh, probably. Or just making it awkward in general. Or using a lot of fucking curse words.
Strawberry: favorite desserts?
To make: madelienes, and lemon polenta cupcakes with mascarpone icing topped with fresh fruit. To eat: probably something decadently chocolate or citrus flavored.
Cherry: can you play any musical instruments or can you sing?
For a while I taught myself piano but apparently I’m a rather boring teacher. But I can sing. If you’re around me for more than five minutes, I WILL sing.
Banana: favorite horror movie?
None of them. Unless Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow counts?
Cantaloupe: what are your parents’ names?
James and Patsy.
Guava: dark & dramatic makeup or natural makeup?
Personal preference? Super natural. Like mascara and that’s it. Most makeup gives me a weird headache so even though I enjoy how I look, I can’t wear it often or for long periods of time. Before this weird allergy appeared, I used to do a lot of weird, fun stuff with makeup.
Tangelo: if you could be any mythical creature, which would you be?
A dragon. My life would probably be short-lived, but I would get to fly and to roast people’s outfits (quite literally). So yeah, a dragon.
Coconut: favorite perfume?
Pacifica Tahitian Gardenia. It works really well with my body chemistry and is light and wonderful smelling.
Lychee: satin or lace?
To wear? Well, in general: satin. As underwear: lace, all day erryday.
Blueberry: what do you want to dress up as for Halloween?
Not sure yet but there will be at least 3 costumes. We’re going to Comic Con in July and all my costume focus in on that–Arya Stark, Darkcissa (a very edgy version of Narcissa I do), Loki, River Song (two outfits: Day of the Moon green dress and Let’s Kill Hitler transformation outfit), and possibly Lady Stoneheart or the Silk Spectre OG version or Helena from Orphan Black. Also a really fun one that I’m keeping under wraps for now.
Apple: what do you use more, tumblr or twitter?
Tumblr, for sure. Twitter just makes me anxious and angry these days.
Watermelon: do you have a job? if so, what is your job title?
I’m a nanny. *cue literally any Mary Poppins song* These days I tend to work with children who have spectrum behaviors or similar needs, from nonverbal autism with global apraxia to severe ADHD (we’re talking debilitating inability to focus) to Oppositional Defiant Disorder. A lot of times I help parents connect with services such as cognitive behavioral therapists and neuropsychologists, to help them learn how to parent in a NNT style.
Cranberry: favorite time of the day: morning, afternoon, dusk, or night?
Um all of them? I just really like being alive. Morning is the best time for writing, afternoon is the best time for naps and artwork, dusk is the best time for walks and adventures, and night is just dark and so full of possibility, anything can happen.
Nectarine: would you consider yourself an emotional person?
*wipes back tears* no, why would you ask that? Seriously, though. Yes. I cry a lot. Happy tears, sad tears, empathetic tears. I experience joy very easily, and inexplicable sadness more often than is strictly comfortable. I feel my life and that is extremely important to me. Also, I’m a Cancer so…typical.
Orange: do you have long eyelashes?
Yes. But my sister’s are longer. Ugh. I hate her for it.
Apricot: what do you do when you’re sad?
I sit with my sadness, usually. If I don’t really know where it’s coming from, I self-psychoanalyze until I figure it out. Not to sound overdramatic, but I have experienced a lot of grief and death in my life, so sadness happens quite a lot. She’s not quite an old friend, but more like a cat that has adopted me. She’ll stop by the house sometimes and I’ll let her keep me company until she drifts away.
If it’s actual depression, usually I sit in the dark and watch reruns of Fraiser until my roomie finds me and reminds me to have food. And I tell myself this too shall pass, as it did before, and I wait. There’s not much else you can do.
Star Fruit: favorite sea creature?
NOT FISH, that’s for certain. I find just about any type of whale pretty fascinating. WAIT DO SEA OTTERS COUNT BECAUSE IF SO DEFINITELY SEA OTTERS.
Dragonfruit: do you drink alcohol?
Oh, the stories my liver could tell you. Nowadays I don’t drink much because I don’t like how blah my body feels afterwards and how it affects my skin. I’ve only been white-girl wasted once in my life and lemme tell you, once was enough.

Late Night Snack
Sahuna written by @mygardenofmuses !
It was quiet in the flat. Everyone was sleeping or away, or, well lost. Only in the kitchen were dim lights burning now, while the chopping of a kitchen knife cut through the silence in small intervalls. Chop, chop, chop, chop ... Bruce made food. This happened often, but never just for him and never at this time. This night was different: Hunger pains had woken him up and comfortable as he was, resting with Jaal, forced him to get up eventually. He could always take the food and eat in bed, Bruce thought, as he added a pile of cut cherries to the bowl where banana, apple and grapes lay already. How he'd missed all the fruit while he was on Andromeda. Focused on his work, he noticed just late that someone got closer. Did he wake Damien? Bruce looked up.
Sahuna rubbed her eyes. She was very sleepy, and given the gravity difference between the two planets, she still put her hands on the wall for support. She blinked in surprise when she heard noises. Who could be cooking at these hours of the night? Jess had been kind enough to tell her than bat people like Bruce was often nocturnal, but she didn't expected she'd get to witness it. "H-Hello?"
No burglar. "Sahuna" Bruce recognized, his ears lowering again which had raised up in alert. "Why are you up?" he wondered. Jaal was sleepy. So she should be sleepy, too, right? Oh, how glad he was now that he had clothes on: they were not used to female guests and therefore quite free on the dressing code at night. But since it got a little chilly, Bruce wore a black dressing gown over his underwear. He fixed that up just to make sure and regret it a second later: his hands were still dirty from cutting. Bruce  headed to the sink to wash his hands - as much as he disliked it.
"I heard a noise and I thought I had to defend Jaal and you from a burglar..." She chuckled, rubbing her cheek.  "Jess told me batpeople are nocturnal. I guess this is daytime for you, uh?"
"Uhh, technically" Bruce affirmed, washing his hands. "There is no schedule right now. I sleep when Jaal does. And when we manage, we go out at night when the moon's out." Goodness, that sounded like he dragged Jaal out for no reason. "I ... need some moonlight now and then or my healing doesn't work. I also need, well, food" he added, pointing to the bowl before he turned off the tap and grabbed a kitchen towel to dry off his hands. "I was hungry so I got up to fetch some. That's all."
"Aw." Sahuna gave a look to all the ingredients. She picked up the knife and analised it. "What a small dagger. Something like this could come in handy in battle. Or cooking, which I think it is its main purpose." The Angaran woman turned to look at him. "Can I help somehow? Given I'm already here, and all, I am the guest, so I want to do my best to submit to the customs of Earth. Please tell me if there is anything I must do or avoid."
Ohh. No. Bruce' ears lowered. "There is nothing you gotta do" he assured, raising his hands defensively. "Just be yourself. I was actually about to be done." Folding his hands, Bruce looked at the bowl and then again to Sahuna. "But - Do you want something? Jaal likes fruit and almond milk."
"Almond milk?" Sahuna blinked in surprise. "Ryder mentioned it once but I never had a chance to drink it myself. Can I?", she requested, a hint of shyness in her voice.
Bruce actually smiled. "Of course." He walked over to the fridge, took the bottle Jaal stored the milk in. As he turned, he shut the door with his wing and fetched a mug from the cupboard for her. He filled it with just a little bit of milk. Sahuna should try it; not feel obligated to drink all too much when it was not to her liking. "I could warm this up for you. Warm milk is what you give people when they can't sleep" he explained as he passed her the mug.
"That is a lovely custom." Sahuna smiled and sat on one of the chairs. "I'd love to drink warm milk. It reminds me of a thing my father used to do for me when I was younger. He used to brew essence of najamuka and give it to me and the rest of my 25 siblings. We made a queue to get our cup and a good night kiss."
How cute. But 25 was too close to 27. Which was the number of all the kids that he couldn't have anytime soon. Bruce shook the thought off, but it took him a moment. "I'm sorry." Where were they? Milk! "Uh, I could add some spices, too." He turned to the shelf in question and grabbed vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder ... and just for the heck of it, chili flakes, too. He was curious how she'd react to these. "I hear that when it smells nice, it tends to taste good, too." He pushed the little closed jars over the counter, towards Sahuna.
"Thank you very much. You are very kind. Is there any protocol I must follow with this drink? Ryder told me that there's a drink called tea, that you have to sip it..." Sahuna struggled, but managed to raise her pinky. "And apparently it's important to drink it with this finger up. That is the "proper etiquette" to do so, and that some 'Queen of England'? would get mad if the tea gets spilt. Does this apply to almond milk too, or it is just the tea?"
"It's just the tea" Bruce promised. Then, thinking of it: "No, it's - it's nothing. No one will get mad, and no one would mind." Well, maybe the Queen of England. "I certainly won't" he assured. Damn, Sahuna ... "Just ... act naturally" Bruce requested. He took a glance at the fruit bowl, picked a pear from it and showed it Sahuna. "Tell me if that's friend- or love-shaped, for example." He truly wasn't sure and didn't want Jaal to get offended when he offered him some.
"I am not sure if I know how to 'act naturally'. Everything back home is regulated by protocols, so when I travel first thing I do is to ask about those. I don't want to disrespectful by accident." She explained and smiled. "You are a kind soul, Bruce. I like that of you." She looked down at the fruit and giggled. "Jaal told you about the friend-shaped and the love shaped fruits too?" She inquired. "That was one of the first things his real father taught him. He loved Jaal so much. Always did things so carefully." She brought a hand to her chest. "I miss him."
So that was where Jaal got it from. Bruce had to wonder how he looked like when he was young. "He died in the war, right?" Bruce guessed. He placed the pear on the table and twirled it a bit.
"Yeah. He was on the regular day at work when our enemies attacked. Some of his friends told me he died shielding some of the youngest coworkers." Sahuna smiled weakly. "He was so peaceful, and kind. He didn't deserve to die like that."
So he was no soldier. "Yeah" Bruce agreed. "I'm sorry." He didn't mean to wake bad memories; he'd just been so curious. Figuring Sahuna should like almond milk well enough, Bruce filled the mug up with the liquid. "I'll warm that up for you" he announced. Sahuna didn't smell the spices, but they could be always added later.
"Yes, please. I'd like that very much." Sahuna handed him the mug. "Maybe you can add those... species too?"
"Yeah, but ... which?" Bruce wondered. "All together will be weird" he warned. "You could smell, or ... maybe try to see what you like. wait ... " He opened a drawer and took out a teaspoon, then gave it to her. "Maye try a little, little bit. And be careful with this," He pointed to the chili one. "It's hot for me. I dunno if it's good for you, though. Our taste buds are different."
"Jaal told me that hot things in this planet are actually sweet for us. I'll try that." She picked up the chili, then added a spoonful of it to her mug. "I love sweet drinks." She commented, mixing it all.
This ... better work. "Alright" Bruce said, watching, with some horror, as Sahuna stirred the mixture. "Then let's try that." Once she stopped stirring, he took the mug and put it in the microwave, which started to hum as he turned it on. You could see the mug circle within; illuminated by the microwave's light. Another sting of pain let Bruce remember why he was in the kitchen in the first place. He took a glance at the bowl with the cut fruit in it, and, after consideration, opened one of the lower drawers - stuffed with candy. He'd sprinkle homemade marshmallows on it and then add some honey, too.
Sahuna was looking at the mug, fascinated by the movement of the microwave. "I've heard of these... microweeebs... a long time ago. But this ie the first time I see one."
"A microwave?" Bruce figured, looking at it. "Yeah, they're great. Remind me to make you popcorn before we go ... " back to Andromeda. Bruce flinched at the mere thought of it. Wasn't there something they could do to .... procrastinate on that ... - ? "Didn't you want to see Fawn?" Bruce remembered, looking back at Sahuna and adding more and more sweets to the bowl on the side.
"Yes, that!" Sahuna clapped her hands. "And thanks. I'd love to see her, but it's in the middle of the night, I don't want to bother her parents."
"I was rather thinking of, uh, tomorrow" Bruce replied. He took the bottle with honey and squeezed some on his 'fruit' bowl. And then some. And then some ...
"What are you doing with that bottle?" She asked curiosly. The microwave dinged and Sahuna took out her mug.
"Careful with that" Bruce warned. He didn't want Sahuna to burn her hands on the hot mug. "It's just honey. It's sticky, so it comes in a special container." Caught now, Bruce stopped to add honey. As he stirred everything, all was still coated, though. It was fine.
"Can I try a bit of honey? Jaal told me to be careful with it, that is very spicy." Sahuna put down the mug on the table.
"Honey's my favorite. Well, next to ... a few other things." Blood, definitely blood. But he didn't have to say that out loud, had he. "It's sweet for me. And it tastes different, depending where it's from and what kind of flowers were blooming at the time it was made. This is from the Netherlands; a place with tons of flowers. It's really, really good. I think." Bruce dripped a few drops on the spoon Sahuna's been using. Chances were low she'd like it much, but he was still hopeful.
"I like flowers. They're beautiful." Sahuna smiled and licked carefully the bit of honey. Her eyes went wide right away. "Oh my stars! This is hot, hot, super hot!"
Oh, too bad ... ! "You should try some milk" Bruce suggested. He heard that drinking water was of no use to get rid of the taste of something hot again. "I'm sorry" he apologized. Sure she asked for it, but he should have known better.
"It's OK, I asked for it, hahahaha!" Sahuna laughed and picked up the warm mug. She drank a good sip, and her expression relaxed right away. "Mmmmh oh myyyy... this is heavenly. I haven't tasted anything so sweet in a long time."
Ah. So hot ans sweet were simply reversed, was all. "I'm glad you like it" Bruce gave back, smiling. Now, cooking for Jaal should be a whole lot easier. "You know ... Angaran 'sweets' taste hot for me. I can't eat them. So ... Angaran food was hard" he had her know. Bruce took his bowl and ate a bite from it. This, yes, was very sweet, and very good. The first sweet dish he had in three days!
"Oh you poor thing... I had no idea. And here I was trying to give you sweet foods and... they were spicy for you. I'm so  sorry." Sahuna bit her bottom lip,  then looked down at her mug. "We've got a lot to learn from each other."
"It's alright." Bruce waved it off. "Jaal took care of me. He stole all the food in the fridge and I liked some of it." The blood, yes, and the algae sticks.
"I noticed. I had to go shopping." The woman chuckled, then she drank another sip. "I should go back to bed. This drink is making me very sleepy."
Bruce nodded. He picked his bowl up since there was no use to eat here once Sahuna got going. "It's still a few hours until the sun will go up. I'll go keep Jaal company" he announced.
"That's a great plan. He doesn't like to sleep alone." Sahuna smiled and walked to the door. "Thanks for everything, Bruce. Good night."
"Good night." Bruce lifted a wing to wave her goodbye; his hands being busy holding bowl and spoon. He felt sorry for Sahuna. He had someone to return to now, but he still remembered vividly what it was like to wake up without. He dimmed the lights even more and then went to return to their room; eating a mouthful of fruit now and then.

I was tagged by @prussianwitchdoktor :D
Rules: Answer the 20 questions and then tag 20 people to get to know them better.
1. Name: Jennifer
2. Nicknames: Silent
3. Zodiac sign: Sun in Pisces, Moon in Aquarius, Capricorn Rising
4. Height: 5′3″
5. Orientation: Panromantic demisexual
6. Nationality + Ethnicity: Canadian. As for ethnicity, I’m not 100% sure on all the details, it’d be interesting to have a DNA test done someday. I know for sure that I’m mostly Irish, French (my last name is French), British, German, Scottish and have an Indigenous great-grandfather, but I don’t know which tribe specifically (based on location my educated guess would be Mi’kmaq). Other than that, who knows.
7. Favorite fruit: All of them except bananas. Mostly kiwis, mangoes, peaches and pomegranate.
8. Favorite season: Well, overall I’d say Fall, but honestly it stays cold where I live for so long that I’m usually the least depressed in the Summer. Only bad part is all the insects. So I’ll say that grace period right before Fall before it gets cold/snows, but after the insects are all dead and it’s not sweltering. I like a happy medium, but unfortunately, we usually just experience extreme weather.
9. Favorite book: The Silmarillion, hands down. It can be a bit of a bear to read if you like more personal and subjective stories, but for a narrative much in the form of a history book despite being fictional, it is amazing. It is reminiscent of a religious text like the Bible only a million times better because relates to my favorite thing in life, Lord Of The Rings.
10. Favorite flower: Orchids. Though I’m not knowledgeable about flowers so much, and don’t really care for them.
11. Favorite scent: I don’t like strong floral scents, I prefer sugary things. All my perfumes, soap and hand santizers etc are all secnted with sugary things, some of my favorites are vanilla, cotton candy, marshmallow, fruit punch, black cherry, peach and brown sugar. I also really get satisfied by smelling porcelain, especially the inside of porcelain figurines, or a new elevator that has ceramic tiles. Don’t ask why.
12. Favorite color: Purple! I forget exactly which shade, but mostly dark purples with a reddish tinge like plum, mardi gras and patriarch purple. I also love cyan, but honestly my enjoyment of colors comes mostly from creating combinations of them together. I really like creating color palettes, I have a large collection of pencil crayons/markers/etc and I also makes survival equipment at the city market for a friend of mine’s booth (I specialize in the bracelets, but also have some experience with belts, necklaces, “grenades”, leashes, decorations and even someone requested a bikini once xD), and I have all kinds of paracord colors to choose from :3
13. Favorite animal: Cats. Sloths. Penguins. Platypus. Lemurs. Small rodents. Emerald tree boas. I’m sure there’s many more.
14. Coffee, Tea or Hot Cocoa: Eh, none really. I don’t drink coffee or tea (I hate the taste of coffee, and can’t drink caffeine without becoming dizzy/nauseous/having a panic attack, so I only drink de-caffeinated tea occasionally, usually fruit teas. I had many good variations in China when I visited a tea factory.) I also hate chocolate, but can tolerate some products tasting like it, so hot chocolate isn’t my first choice, but I can stand it.
15. Sleep hours: I need at least 12, but usually my sleep schedule screws it up so that I only get around 10. I think it is because of mental health issues, physical issues, the fact that I don’t sleep peacefully, and my past with anti-psychotic sedatives medication and other drugs that have made me perma-sleepy. e.e
16. Cats or dogs: Cats, but I like dogs just fine, especially small ones. I’ve just grown up with only many cats all my life because I lived in apartments where we can’t have dogs. I would like to someday have a brown little miniature pinscher :>
17. Number of blankets I sleep with: Currently, none (it’s too hot, and my apartment is like a box that radiates heat with no air circulation, even with the AC, it’s just too small). In the winter I sleep with two fuzzy ones and a large comforter. Any other time 1-2.
18. Dream trip: Outer space. Ideally a planet, and options are fairly limited so I’ll say Mars, because it is the only terrestrial planet that won’t immediately kill you, Mercury is too close to the sun and has no atmosphere so I’d get fried by radiation, venus is the hottest planet and actually hell incarnate, and pluto be an ice-cold bitch (but still a planet in my book). Anywhere else is too far. But on Earth? I’d love to go back to China. Or really anywhere. I like travelling.
19. When did you make this blog?: Had to go to my archive to sleuth this one out, lol. Apparently my first post was on December 30th 2016, but this is only my back-up blog I made after Tumblr locked me out of my first one and I stopped using my roleplay accounts. I’ve been on Tumblr as myself since June 29th 2012 under the account name silentfckinhill, which I changed the name to kylos-cummies before now sadly becoming inactive.
20. Number of followers: 117 on this account. I’ve been meaning to go through my old mutuals and stuff to notify them of my new account, but I’ve been lazy. I have around 700 on my rp account, and who knows on my old personal one (around 300-400 when I last had access).
I don’t really feel like tagging people other than my usual victims @schwanemanntheartist  and @jcmorrigan because I’m lazy and selfish but feel free to consider yourself tagged whoever you are :T

The Long, Long Road to Vienna
Thursday.  May 24, 2018.
The morning was cold and sleepy, the type that makes you want to curl back up and never move, but 6:30am rolled around I was awake once more.  Breakfast was incredible once again – seriously, you haven’t truly had breakfast until you’ve had one in Europe, there’s no going back.  We packed up and were on the road to see some final sights in Salzburg.  Our very first stop was the Hellbrunn Palace — the place where they filmed most of the Sound of Music!  The yellow gates and walls were unmistakable as we walked down the long gravel lane towards the palace terrace.  As the gravel crunched softly under my trusty Birkenstocks, I could hear a faint echo floating across the grounds of children laughing and singing the iconic “Do Re Mi”. After snapping enough pictures to fill a mural, we headed across the expansive grounds to see what we could find. Lakes and ponds covered the tree-lined landscape; fountains and bridges stretched as far as the eye could see, a gentle mist covering my glasses.
Tumblr media
As we rounded another foggy, foliage-lined lane we came upon the hidden gem of the entire palace grounds.  THE gazebo from The Sound of Music!  We were standing right where Liesl and Rolph danced in from the rain, waxing on about their teenage years.  I couldn’t believe my eyes!  One of my favorite childhood movies was standing right in front of me.  We twirled right and left, wishing with all my heart that I could have gone inside the gazebo and jumped from bench to bench, performing the iconic choreography myself.  But alas, the monument to Rogers and Hammerstein was protected by several locks.
Tumblr media
After one final longing glance, we loaded back on the bus and soon arrived at St. Michael’s in Mondsee, Austria — the church where the Captain married Maria in the movie adaptation.  It was breathtakingly beautiful but so heartbreaking to think of all the lost souls who have worshipped there.  After wandering around and remembering that iconic wedding scene, we bought souvenirs for friends and loved-ones and continued down the house-lined row for lunch on-the-go.  We munched on ham and cheese sandwiches on freshly baked baguette and wandered back down the idyllic road.  After just one more excursion into a shop on the way back to the van, we were swiftly back on the road once more.
Tumblr media
Our next stop was Melk Abbey — a famous sight and gorgeous remainder of the Hapsburg empire.  As the rain began to pour more steadily, we entered the large grounds with only 30 minutes to make it through the entire Abbey.  But honestly, it was completely worth it despite the time constraint.  Even if you have just a short amount of time, this is a must-see while in Austria!  We breezed through exhibits and traipsed across terraces, winding up and down staircases through the goldenrod palace.  We read history on the Abbey and the bishops and popes that served there until we laid eyes on the most beautiful library I have ever seen.  We stood surrounded by some of the greatest books in history, in awe of the history that filled the halls we walked through.  Through the windows of the stunning library, we were graced with a perfect view of the Danube River as it wound through the Austrian countryside.  We wandered outside, taking in the beautiful view and breathing in the fresh air. Following another set of stairs, we descended into the main worship sanctuary.  WOW!  I have never seen anything like it in my entire life.  Straight out of the Baroque era, the ceilings and walls were gilded with the most ornate paintings and architecture, reaching seemingly into the heavens they were trying to worship.  We trod carefully through the room as worshippers prayed quietly around us.  I stood still in awe of the beauty before me — my own worship being silently lifted to the God of the heavens.  Somehow, our time had run out, so I solemnly took one more stroll through the main terrace before booking it up the stairs and out to our van, but not before I snapped some perhaps less than legal pictures of the stunning sights.
Tumblr media
As we left Melk Abbey most of us fell into a deep slumber, unable to keep our eyes open...that is until we were awoken on the side of the road after being pulled over by the European version of highway patrol. Apparently, we were not informed that driving through Austria in a vehicle of more than ten people necessitates a special pass that works similar to an American toll tag.  So, after much discussion, Michael found out that we would need to pay a 500 Euro fine and then travel to a nearby gas station to pay an additional fine in order to load our ‘toll tag’.  We followed the highway patrol off of the Audubon and arrived at the nearest gas station to pay our subsequent fines.  As we sat and waited for the pass to be loaded, we ventured into the gas station to use the restroom and purchase some snacks — for which we were assessed a 50-cent euro fine to use the facilities.  Our first, but certainly not last pay-to-go establishment we would encounter.  And yes, you read that correctly.  Europe is infamous for requiring payment to use the restrooms.  And needless to say, they aren’t the nicest about it all. Fair warning my friends; Bring lots of change.  And learn to plan your liquid consumption strategically.  I promise you’ll thank me later.
After our brief detour, we finally got back on the road and continued on to Vienna.  Many hours and another nap later, we finally made it to Vienna — four hours later than planned.  But as my father says “the world is round.  You’ll get there when you get there.”  Because of the delays we incurred along the way, we missed meeting up with an alum of TMU that had taken the train down to meet us and instead spent roughly twenty minutes driving around in circles trying to find a different local alum that lives just outside the city.  We finally located and picked up Eric (the aforementioned alum) and headed on to our hotel for the evening.
After we checked into our hotel, we walked a few kilometers from our hotel and found the perfect little Austrian restaurant.   Das Chadim was the ideal location for a relaxing, traditional Viennese supper after a long and tiring day. The entire meal was to die for, but the proverbial cherry on the top was the chocolate mousse we had for dessert — the best dessert I’ve had in my entire life.  The creamy, fluffy concoction was topped with something akin to magic shell and provided a dark chocolate bowl for the amazing dessert when flipped upside down.  Accompanied by fresh whipped cream, brûléed bananas, and fresh strawberries, I never wanted to forget the smooth taste of the cooling dessert that almost instantaneously melted as soon as you brought the spoon to your mouth.  We finally settled in for the night after a short walk through a gentle rain with the promise of another early morning ahead of us.

Late Night Snack
Sahuna written by @mygardenofmuses ^-^
"Maybe you can add those... specias too?"
