• I really wanted to keep him as human at first, but well, i love giving non-human traits to my faves and cat really fits him guys I'm sorry my first thought about him when i started watching him is that qCell is a pathetic wet cat it was predestined really. Anyways, i noticed not many artists (the ones who catboy-ifying him. maybe its just a me problem tho) give him whiskers, so i gave him whiskers👍

• Gray hairs were a random detail i decided to add, but then i gave it some thought and honestly, his life was (still tbh) stressful - so i guess it works👍

• Made half of his hair (not even stopping at just head hair) white just because im extra sometimes. Like, i could stop at just one streak, but why would i do that?

• Got some of his shit together after being taken away by Feds and stopped looking like he is about to pass out from everything really. God bles love truly changes people👍 It doesn't change the horrific eye bags tho, they are never going away, saying as a person with eyes bags, those bad boys are the part of me at this point, so are they for him

• Burn marks are mostly on body, they haven't touched face all that much.

Q!Baghera:

• Okay, like i said, she's human-duckling shapeshifter - what that means, is that she can basically take any form ranging from just a normal human to just a normal duckling. Will point out - not a duck. Duckling.

• q!Baghs usually takes the form that is closer to human, but still has some duckling traits - because they are kinda looking cool and also like that water doesn't bother her nearly as much ig. 70% of her body is actually covered with down feathers - fluffye👍

• Now that i think, wouldn't she kinda easily float in the water? At least a bit? Because of all duckling feathers? Sick.

Q!Etoiles:

• Cucumber👍 Quite literally tho, he doesn't even have blood. Literally edible. Can regrow cut off limbs by sitting in a water for a bit. All that stuff.

• Idk who first thought of kintsugi scars for him, but this person is a genius.

• LEAFY HAIR! The flowers and tendrils are also parts of a hair and they glow! I love when glow!

• Idk, i love the idea of scarf going woosh, so i gave q!Et it👍 The yellow parts if it also glow.

• Star-freckles! Because why won't a cucumber man have star-freckles! Their glow mostly seen in the dark and they also blink.

Q!Tazercraft:

• q!Mike is a creeper hybrid with like 45% of creeper in him. The green parts are really patchy all over the body, and also fluffy. He doesn't explode often (nearly never, not enough creeper in him ig).

• q!Pac is a creature indeed👍 He is something alien-esque - fishlike, that's kinda all i can say. More importantly, he glows and can regulate that glow.

• They weren't always like that tho. They were humans for the most of their life, but something happened (I haven't thought of something yet) and now they are like that👍

• Deffo soulmates in a "they are literally bonded by an actual soul" way.

Q!Fit: (i dont have much for him and i watch him a lot lmao. I think with him i just follow canon ahah)

hrng. the bane of my existence is decidijgnbetween drawing n slightly shorter than v OR slightly taller. i tjink J is the shortest so shes out of the question but making n tall is cliche BUT making v tall to me is like making myself short and i cannot be short. i cant be short id aftually rather get hit by a truck. v taller is funnier but n taller is Good for my brain + also works eith how i draw him. v is more stout and square while n is gangly as fuck and uzi is a happy medium being kind of short but SHARP with lots of tendrils/longer bits. also i feel loke as ive drawn doll & realized she looks like a twilight sparkle gijinka ive actually started to fall hard into that which is Undesirable. if shes a gijinka of anyone it better be maud pie on steroids. rules for my doll design; square. well kept enough that you aren't immediately weirded out but not well kept enough that suspicions dont start to arise when you look a little closer. doesn't smile enough for her teeth to poke out, but theyre longer than uzi's; she never had correction like uzi did. wearing a headband to be remniscent of dds. all her outfits are off-shoulder bcos she will overheat if not. two lines down her cheeks to look like "doll cheeks"??? cyn also has these but theyre meant to be more puppetlike. i usually try to dapple in lore elements in designs but thats just cosmetic. um. what else. AH OK. scarcely expressive, but when she is its ALL OUT. this is kinda canon actually. every time we see her express save for two instances that i can think of. shes totally deranged. killing the student @ the start of promening. fucking wit v. running away in dead end. like in every other instance sjes either :| or >:| but then when she ACTUALLY expresses shes like HHRHAHAHRRHWGWEORORWGGER. RABID ANIMALEWOROORIEUWWYGWG. hrng but then againnthis is a lot to think about when im. judt drawing & doodling. i need to find a good middleground between doodling and looking decent. You got any adivce for someone who's considering dropping drawing completely since they don't like what they're making at all?

honestly i've been in the same struggle recently bc it just hasn't been a good year for me. i haven't been drawing a lot bc most of the time i'm either sick or i just.. can't. I've been picking myself up as of late and it's a really difficult grind, but honestly the fact i've been able to actually start this grind is already good for now. I guess that counts as advice; be patient with yourself. Self-esteem doesn't come easy and the little steps are worth so much more than you think.

ok so uh,

-if you just started, don't think about it too much. we all start with the weird scribbles. if you stop now you might never get back to it -if you've been trying to doodle often and always end up hating the result, just take a break. art block is seasoning for burnout and you might just be tired. a lot of times i've felt bad about my art i kinda "gave up" for a while and when i came back to it it was like "wtf this easy what was my issue (it was burnout)". so take a break, play some videogames or hang out with your friends for a week. idk write essays about the media you like? it feels like you're being unproductive but resting IS part of productive because just pushing yourself will just result in nothing being done at the end of the day. -look at your favorite work! im not quite out of my latest artblock yet because its a tough one(it's been teaming up with depression caused by health problems it suuuuucks :/), but when i went long enough without being able to draw I kinda started feeling like I can't do shit and can't call myself an illustrator at all specially bc what i do isnt that big of a deal compared to others(<- comparison also big mistake remember youre the only one who can make YOUR art), going through my folders and seeing the stuff I like the most gave me a LOT of motivation to keep going, even if I was still unable to start drawing right away. not giving up is so important. -so yeah love your art. focus on drawing things you like because it's a gift from you to you, and you should treat it as such. i know it's really hard to be positive about it all the time but it can be really good to go through all your artwork at the end of a day and look at the things you like about it, even if it isn't much. -on that note, find something you really like drawing!!! back in high school i had massive periods of depression that kept me from drawing but i occasionally found sort of a 'life hack' for myself which were things i was always able to work with even during the worst times. one of them was just.. bees. i just doodled random characters as these bees and made og designs too and it was fun. the other one was using colored pencils instead of a regular one bc i just like colors and it made me happy :] it didnt matter that they always had the same overall shape or if i couldnt erase when i messed up, i was just feeling good being able to draw something that i liked. -experiment more!! expand your palettes and download some new brushes. i even change from my newest to my old busted tablet that still sorta works occasionally because using a tool that feels different is.. refreshing somehow? idk -when you need to get yourself back up, do the little steps at your own pace. do a little doodle every day. it's okay if it's always the same thing. the same character. the exact same idea. it's okay if it sucks or if it's unfinished because you struggled. Just give it little pushes. What matters is to try. and it's okay if you can't do it every day. maybe every other day if you need a slower pace. -and remember. engagement doesn't measure your skill. art is subjective anyways!!!!! i spent YEARS doodling and posting only my ocs and getting little to no notes. i think one of my favorite artworks from the time i had ~100 followers had like 0 notes for the longest time. to be honest i don't even know if it has any likes at all nowadays i'd have to look it up bc it's a bit buried

Well since they are all living with them in their home since in my au, bob survived [obviously] and he kinda just hangs around tryna not get caught by police again in the same town but more on the outskirts [man's is a little dumb]

Then Sal [self insert] moves into town

[I made the reason they moved there specifically because usually they have to move around a lot before because they always seem to attract chaos so they have to leave before the people around them find out something is not human bout them, and they heard this place has rumors of weird shit happening so they we're like "that sounds perfect" since it could help them blend in better and keep attention from themselves, they usually like hiding that they are a shapeshifter at any opportunity they can but if u asked they would probably hint towards it] btw the cult is still very much apart of the lore that's also what Sal is tryna stay away from

But after all that when bob and sal met it took awhile before bob stopped trying to kill and eat them all together and instead after that he kept breaking into their house to annoy them so he kinda just lives there now.

But both Bob and Sal try their best to stop each other from doing stupid shit all the time even more now with kids.

They would be so confused but once bob says he just found them, they would obviously keep the kid around

They are mostly iffy with kids in general since they never thought of being a parent and doesn't see themselves as a parental figure or a family man,

But they find the kid not so bad

When they find out that Shape is also a shapeshifter it really didn't change their opinions on them much since truly they can't really be surprised, they just had to think more bout the process of being a shapeshifter Intels and how their gonna handle the bad side of it and how they can keep Bob from freaking out about what horrors he may see

But no matter what they will protect the kids and will like causing destruction with them, their not a trickster type shapeshifter for no reason.

When they find out that bob as a bio kid it would not really shock them that much but it would be more like "wow we've been together for this long and u haven't told me u have a kid yet smh keep ur secrets I guess"

They would mostly be fucking annoying since bob didn't tell them this before hand before Lucy shows up so they could've be prepared

But no matter the place they live at can hold a family

Obviously they would accept her in their not just gonna abandon a kid or leave bob for this, they usually just go with the flow with most things anyway and weird shit always happens to them so their fairly alright with the happenings

They may seem unwelcoming but really they just like to joke around and just has a dead face they can't help

But with Lucy's appearance and obvious powers they would help her out they know a thing or two bout out of control powers like their literally in their adulthood of a shapeshifter and still doesn't got control of somethings like when they goop when or show facial expressions with white markings unintentionally when they get big emotions, they know its hard to hide it

They really couldn't care less who her other "parent" is they don't see family as just blood relations and if she happens to be a cursed demon from the cult or something they still wouldn't back down from their relationship with the kid

[All in all really they just go with the flow and as long as the kids will join them on their regular fuckory sometime they don't mind keeping them around.

Hey everyone!! Sorry that I've been inactive the past few months, buuuut you know how it is (health, summer, artblock… that kinda stuff)

Also, I'm actually spending a few weeks at my sis' at the moment (and so away from my computer and stuff). But worry not! I brought my tablet with me and I might actually be able to start working on art again!! :D I feel rusty as hell tho, so expect some slow going still xD

Yet again, me trying to get out of my artblock using my favorite blogs as inspirations. Today I bring you, yet again, a drawing that is inspired by @krabandkrill ask blog (go check them out). So, you might be wandering - what is on the pictures? Well... not so long ago I was going trough the archives of the blog and found an ask where Krill told us about her “krill family”. And I’ve got a sudden idea - what if their family was also reborn as sky kids (adults)? And so, I decided to draw this. Here I drew Leilei’s big brother, little sister, and the triplets. Now, right now, only the name of Krill’s big brother is known, so I decided to give others replacement names. Of course, it’s not canon, and all the names will be decided by the original creator. Now, I’ve come up with the designs according by what is known from the blog so far, but of course these designs are probably very far away from what @awful-little-goose has in mind.  The next part is basically me rambling about how I came up with the designs, plus a lot of headcanons ---- Azazel: He\Him. Leilei’s big brother. His name was revealed not so long ago. In the blog, he is described as a warrior, so I decided to give him a big and tough body, kind like Tsadi’s - big body, small head (really, did you saw Tsadi’s head? It’s too small for his body! I couldn’t stop laughing because of this for 10 minutes). Because Azazel is located near the crashed ship, I decided to give him some elements of clothing of “Saluting Captain” spirit that is also there.  Abaddon: (note: she is kinda also my oc, so I might get a little bit over my head with her, sorry) She\Her. Leilei’s younger sister. Her name was not revealed yet, so I named her “Abaddon”, after the demon of distraction. Since she is described as a fierce warrior, I thought this name would fit her. Leilei described her as being smaller then others, so I drew her as the shortest one from the bunch. Because of her small body, she developed a very fierce personality, and I believe it would follow her even after reincarnation, so that’s why she wears a helmet and holds a spear, even as a sky kid. The helmet is inspired by the helmet of the “fainting warrior”, because the spirit is in the location before her.  Nanael: Doesn’t have a specific pronouns. You can call them however you like, but is usually called “he\him” due to their more masculine appearance. okay, okay, hold up. I know that the character never appeared in the blog, BUT. This character is the skykidification (?) of the little manta we see each time we enter the location of the first Krill. Even before I discovered the blog, I always wandered why does this manta always comes back, even tough the krill always attack them. And so, the ship has sailed. So when I drew Abaddon, I couldn’t resist and drew Nanael too. Now, they are named “Nanael” after my guardian angel (my mom ones checked the name of my guardian angel by my birthday for fun, and the name stuck with me). Nanael is a young manta - he didn’t evolve into an atla (this is how they’re called, right?), but he is not a child. Let’s say that they are a late teen. A very determined manta, who will not stop until he gets what he wants (in this case - Abaddon). Since he isn’t sent down for a mission like Remiel, he doesn’t have a veil like her. Is an aspiring musician, tough... they don’t really understand that their music abilities are at zero. The only one who can listen to his horrible music is Abaddon.  The triplets: you will never know their pronounces, the king stole them. I decided to call the three like that because the names were pretty similar, so I thought it would be cute for triplets. They are all named after powerful demons. I based their clothing on the clothing of “Lookout Scout”, because he is in the same location as they appear. Forcas’es helmet is based on the helmet of the same spirit. I decided to color their clothes in more colorful colors, because they are described as more cheery and wild (played pranks on everyone)’ but I’ve probably did it too much, so I think I will change it later. Forenus is the feral one of the three - a party animal, the initiator of all the pranks, a very talkative person. Foras is the smart one - the one who comes up wuth the ideas for the pranks. More introverted and less social. Forcas is the logical one - the voice of reason of the group. Is always happy to participate in the pranks, but will be the one to stop it if they get out of hand. More cold and tough then the others, yet still a pleasant person to be around.  --- Anyway, I should stop with my rambling... sorry if it’s too cringy, I just get lost in my headcanons and ideas ><
