The other day I had a weird dream that Perry the platypus was one of the VFD agents assigned to help protect the Baudelaire children and now I’m just thinking about how much faster their problems could’ve been solved if Perry really was there to help. Because everyone in the series seems to have a pretty hands-off approach to trying to stop Count Olaf and he always gets away every time. But Perry would not hesitate to punch him hard enough to bring him down with one swing and just immediately handcuff him and get him sent to OWCA’s prison
