I'm trying a TENS Unit and it's horrendous !! It's painful but once I stop it the pain for my period is gone for a little while. So since I'm in pain I'm eating whatever I don't care, I'm crying every two minutes because having my period reminds me that I am a woman so I don't fucking care about my calories.
