Really wacky how my symptoms have worsened over time but my coping and masking abilities have improved concurrently and so to anyone else it looks like I’ve just been at a stable level of Meh for my whole existence when in reality everything is gradually getting worse but I’m getting better at living with it

#this goes for both mental and physical issues #my mental illnesses have increased exponentially since middle school as has my disability #but I’ve also just gotten better at dealing with it as it comes up #so I function at a similar level with lvl 7 pain as I would have at age eleven under lvl 3 pain #also mental health wise it’s so More now like younger me had hella audhd nd trauma happening #and then woah middle school guess what that’s bipolar disorder and psychosis!! have fun dealing with the trauma disorders!#middle school was such a Time omfg #if I’m ever sad I just remember at least I never have to be a middle schooler again #chaoticbuggybitchboy #text post #mentally ill #actually bipolar #actually ocd #actually mentally ill #disabled #actually disabled #chronic illness #chronic pain
