I did a liquid fast today but with things I don't count calories with. I like to keep these things not counted coz it makes me feel good and keep me sane without fatting me too much. Those things are energy drinks and alcohol. My weight is 56.7kg but I'll wait a little more to make sure it's not a spiral or smth.
