I really dislike how Trish chose a rule that would benefit the men more than it would benefit her. She could've done anything, like no rope breaks, no jumping off the top rope, only using hands (I dunno I'm not awake I'm just making shit up) but instead it wasn't anything that had any impact on her actual match

tk deserves SOME credit, it takes some ability to both devalue the aew women's world championship AND disrespect the woman who made that title in an era without live audiences

I love aew women's division so much, for few opportunities they were given they've done so much, everyone of them deserve way more credit and respect.

1) not separating contenders by title is dumb
2) OC and Trent being on the contender list, where is my beautiful boy Chuckie T

Iono man I feel like we could hold aew to a higher standard with their womens division. Like yeah it’s a corporation but I remember the #givedivasachance era of WWE (arguably a WAY BIGGER corporation) and though now they’ve completely co-opted it, it made somewhat of a difference. We at least got like…four women’s matches at wrestlemania this year. Far from the one match which was strictly bra/panties mud bath bullshit
Maybe it’s because so much people power/collaboration is happening in other areas, I’m like hell can we tweet some shit? Can we get people to bring signs to the shows that say “make the women’s division better”? Can we get in the mentions of these so called “wrestling journalists” and ask them while they are falling over themselves to praise Tony khan could you maybe ask him why he refuses to book more than one women’s match a show? I thought that’s why Madison Rayne was hired.
Im just feeling hella energized and like if we want to support women across the wrestling world like yes absolutely watch stardom and impact and your local feds where folks are wrestling for a hotdog and a handshake and maybe let’s tweet at Tony to do fucking better

Now this? This is what I love to see and want more of from AEW as a company for 2024. If the main women's division can cook the way they did for Collision then I know for certain they can maintain that exact momentum across the other brands.
