Holden Sandman, 1977. The most iconic of all Australian panel vans was the Sandman that was based on multiple "H" generation Holden Utes from the HQ in 1974 through to the HZ ending in 1980 (HX is pictured). They were colloquially referred to as "Shaggin' Wagons" due to their popularity with young heterosexual couples. They came with the GTS sports instrumentation, a sports steering wheel, bucket seats, and the exterior consisting of rally wheels with the "Sandman" Logo painted on B pillars and body side stripes. The name was revived for a concept panel van based on the VU series Commodore in 2000 but it never made it into production

I don't think Mr Musk gets advertising. Twitter had a bluebird (of happiness?) motif and messages were tweets, because birds twitter and tweet. Now it's X (for cross it out?) and messages are what, xits?

so dont get me wrong, “iris and the rogue dragonite” is a really, REALLY good episode. it does wonders for iris’s development and shows that she’s more in tune with her dragon powers, and she gets a new member on her team that’s finally a new dragon type. but i’m sorry, the episode and iris’s overall team would have worked so so much better if it was a hydreigon instead of a dragonite. im willing to die on this hill
#in fact id go as far as saying that they originally planned this arc to have a hydreigon#because dragonite's behavior is more akin to a hydreigon's and fits the ''there are no bad dragon types'' message a lot better#and they only mention ''oh its a scary dragonite'' like once to set it apart. like ik pokemon are individuals#but dragonite up to this point have been shown to be pacifists unless something theycare about is threatened#so the public generally reveres them. and yeah this is just one dragonite and its different#but the novelty wears off in the first episode for me and i cant really take it that seriously bc dragonite is so doofy looking#clairs dragonite in johto was terrifying bc we saw it as a sweet pacifist and THEN it went on a rampage to show its sheer power#when something it loved was threatened#this one just doesnt have that same effect on me. ik it did on other ppl but as a kid i was just like ''this doesnt feel like it should be a#a dragonite''#''rogue dragon thats territorial and fights everything in sight for power and everyone fears it and refuses to believe it could be good''#is something that fits hydreigon WAYYYYYYY way better. and the follow disobedience arc as well#like game iris had a hydreigon at this point and hydreigon is actually native to unova and fitting for her and its own arc#and ghetsis doesnt even have hydreigon in the anime so like what was the hold up??? was it bc cameron had one??#bc he literally just sucks and if thats why then that absolutely blows#like it feels like its only a dragonite bc ''oh thats kanto and genwunners are mad that theres less kanto so throw it in''#and to have advertsing like ''WAAAAAAA we are getting DRAGONITE vs CHARIZARD????#bc i remember that being literally everywhere lol#im sorry i like dragonite as a pokemon its really cute and ive used one before. its a good pokemon#but its so unfitting for this arc and its always bothered me so much#and rewatching it only reinforced those feelings. also i just like hydreigon better lol sorry#echoed voice#pokeani lb

it's wild that virtually all modern digital infrastructure is built to constantly spy on us and harvast our data for advertising yet online advertsing is still basically worthless and nobody seems to actually be benefitting from all this

Essential Tips To Create a Successful Banner
Tumblr media
You must have observed that people generally do not have a broad perspective on advertising. For many of them, ads are just about buying and selling a product, which is why they do not appreciate the creativity and efforts that go into making them.
To make your ad a grand success, you must infuse your creativity with effective marketing strategies. To sell and market various products and brands all the top advertising agencies use various mediums such as newspapers, TV, radio and online platforms, which could be quite expensive. But if you are looking for a cheap yet an effective alternative to promote your products/services, you have the option to advertise through banners.

Cost-effective: Banners are more economical compared to traditional advertising mediums like TV and radio, making them accessible to businesses with varying budgets.
Engaging: Banners capture the attention of a diverse audience quickly and effectively, providing a snapshot of the advertised product or service.
Reusable: Banners can be relocated and reused, offering flexibility and cost savings, especially in changing environments or locations.
Wider reach: Displayed in open spaces, banners attract a larger audience, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure for the advertised message.

The Rise of Influencer Activism
Within the constantly shifting landscape of social media, a novel brand of activism is emerging—one that capitalizes on the sway of influence to enact meaningful transformations. Enter influencer activism, a phenomenon where individuals wielding substantial online followings leverage their platforms to champion a spectrum of social, environmental, and political causes.
The concept of influencer activism is not entirely new, but its prominence and impact have skyrocketed in recent years. With millions of followers hanging on their every word, influencers possess a unique ability to amplify messages and catalyze action. Unlike traditional forms of activism, which often rely on grassroots organizing and institutional support, influencer activism operates at the speed of social media, reaching global audiences in an instant.
One of the driving forces behind the rise of influencer activism is the democratization of information. Social media platforms have empowered individuals to become content creators, allowing anyone with an internet connection to share their thoughts, experiences, and opinions with the world. This democratization has leveled the playing field, giving rise to a diverse array of voices and perspectives that were previously marginalized or ignored by mainstream media.
Influencers, with their large and engaged audiences, have emerged as key players in this new media landscape. Whether they're beauty gurus, fitness enthusiasts, or fashion icons, influencers wield immense influence over consumer behavior and cultural trends. Recognizing the power of their platforms, many influencers have chosen to use their influence for good, leveraging their reach to advocate for causes they believe in passionately.
Take, for example, Greta Thunberg, the teenage climate activist who rose to prominence through her passionate speeches and social media presence. With over 10 million followers on Twitter alone, Thunberg has become a leading voice in the fight against climate change, inspiring millions of people around the world to take action. Through her activism, she has demonstrated the potential of influencer advocacy to drive real-world change.
But influencer activism is not limited to high-profile figures like Thunberg. Ordinary people with modest followings can also make a significant impact by using their platforms to raise awareness about issues that matter to them. Whether it's sharing personal stories, organizing grassroots campaigns, or partnering with like-minded organizations, influencers of all sizes have the power to effect change in their communities and beyond.
Of course, influencer activism is not without its critics. Some argue that it lacks authenticity, accusing influencers of jumping on the bandwagon of popular causes for personal gain. Others question the effectiveness of online activism, suggesting that it's little more than slacktivism—a term used to describe token gestures of support that require minimal effort or sacrifice.
“Amidst the surge of influencer activism, harness the power of education with Study24hr.com —an online portal revolutionizing learning. Empowering learners worldwide, Study24hr.com  offers an array of courses spanning diverse subjects, accessible 24/7. Elevate your knowledge alongside your activism, enriching minds and fostering change with Study24hr.com.”
While these criticisms are valid to some extent, they fail to capture the full potential of influencer activism. Yes, there may be instances of performative activism or virtue signaling, but many influencers are genuinely committed to making a difference in the world. By using their platforms to raise awareness, educate their followers, and mobilize communities, these influencers are driving meaningful change and challenging the status quo.
In the end, influencer activism represents a powerful new frontier in the fight for social justice and equality. By harnessing the power of influence, individuals from all walks of life can become agents of change, using their voices to shine a light on pressing issues and inspire others to take action. As we continue to navigate the complexities of the digital age, influencer activism offers a glimmer of hope—a reminder that even in a world dominated by likes and follows, meaningful change is still possible.
