okay, so... after nuking literally almost half of my followers (46% of them, to be exact), i have drawn some conclusions:

people would put literally ANYTHING in their bios and pinned posts other than an age indicator. we're talking entire birth charts, 23&me-esque descriptions of their ethnicity/nationality, ~aesthetic pinned posts that say absolutely nothing~, heartwrenching quotes, etc.

i got more hispanic/latinamerican followers than i could've ever expected. hola, bebés. les quiero mucho <3

the amount of marvel+anime blogs that follow kpop blogs is very interesting to me for some reason. there's a lot (i am one of those, my main is essentially an anime/shit-post blog lol).

some people don't seem to ever really check a writer's account other than to read their work. i saw a lot of ageless blogs reblogging a lot of nsfw fics and it's like... they're asking you not to, though? can you, perhaps, not?

i'm not letting myself let it get to this point ever again. my eyes are absolutely fried.

#i know that when i post a new piece it'll be almost impossible to go through all the notes to check #but i'll try my best bruh #i blocked bot-looking blogs and soft-blocked legit blogs that simply didn't have an age indicator in their blog #so if you were following me and now you're not and you see this #add your age indicator in your bio pls #also fun fact while i was doing all this three new blogs followed me... neither of them with age indicators lol #so i have created added a BYF to my profile as well as some extra disclaimers in my masterlist #this has been An Experience and it was interesting to absolutely no one else but me #sorry for my rambling i guess lol #🌙

Interaction Guidelines

Blank and ageless blogs that follow me or interact with my posts will be blocked.

Why do I block blank blogs?

A) I have no way of knowing if you're a bot

B) I want my followers to interact with my posts! If you've never titled or decorated your blog, it's unlikely that you'll do anything more than give me a like. I would prefer to have a smaller amount of followers if it means they reblog and reply to my posts rather than having more followers who only like them.

Why do I block ageless blogs?

This is an 18+ nsfw space and I want to keep it that way! It makes me very uncomfortable to think of minors reading my smut and the only way I can attempt to prevent that is by blocking blogs without an age indicator.

Ask Guidelines

Please approach me with kindness! Behind this blog, I’m just a girl, and your words, whether negative or positive, have an impact!

I welcome links but understand that it may take me a bit longer to answer your ask if it has one, just because I need to be in a certain mood to watch/listen to things.

I’m happy to talk about my personal life and give advice, but please refrain from trauma dumping or ranting in my inbox. I’d like it to stay a safe, neutral space for myself and for all of you. If you’re talking about a sensitive subject, please preface it with the appropriate content/trigger warnings.

If you’re dropping in to suggest something, romance me a little first! I stopped taking requests because they made me feel like I was expected to be a writing machine, just pumping out fics based on what other people wanted. I do my best to write for myself first now, and try to make you all happy with my writing second. If it feels like a request just without the specific word, I likely won’t answer.

I try my best to avoid interacting with minors as my blog is an 18+ space, so if you are off anon and do not have an age indicator in your bio or pinned post, I can’t answer your ask until you add one. It’s a rule of mine to block minors/blogs who don’t have an age indicator, and I don’t want to break my own rule.

so, i somehow hit 1k? idk why or how but like, just know i'm very grateful for all of you <3 so to celebrate i decided to host a collab pls be nice it's my first one

the collab is pretty straight forward. it's all about body modification! from piercings, to tattoos, to whatever you can possibly think of. the only requirement is that reader, or the character you write for is a piercer, tattoo artist etc. has this been done before? yes. has it been done by me? nope, so don't come for me :)

rules

you must be 18+ to join, and that should be indicated in your bio/pinned post (i will be checking)

you can write anything. smut, fluff, angst, dark content, it's all permitted. just please make sure you are indicating everything in the warnings

you can write for any fandom, and one character can be repeated up to three times. all characters in this collab will be assumed to be aged up to 18+

you can write anything such as an smau, drabble, full fic, series, it doesn't matter, but please note that any written fic has a 500 word minimum (smaus are a little more flexible)

make sure your warnings are specific. please note use of needles, blood and anything else along those lines

once it's done please make sure to tag me in your work, link this post and hashtag it with #bodymodcollab☆ so i can reblog it and add you to the masterlist :)
