Kinda funny how both Powerpuff Girls and Courage the Cowardly Dog had showbiz-themed revenants as villains.
Imagine a team-up. Best story I can think of is that Benton decides to make a biopic film about Abracadaver when he was Al Lusion with Abracadaver playing himself (when asked why Abracadaver doesn’t wear makeup and still looks like a zombie when playing his living self, Benton only replies, ‘Symbolism.’) The two capture Courage and then tell the Powerpuff Girls they will kill this innocent dog unless Blossom agrees to play the Girl with the Teddy Bear in the film.
(Maybe we even see the real girl with the teddy bear all grown up. Imagine her talking to Professor Utonium about how she accidentally created a villain and the Professor looking forlornly at the volcano observatory in response.)

Here's Brown encountering Abracadaver from The Powerpuff Girls now I want to tell you guys that episode gave me nightmares when I was young, I got a little scared watching it but it all turned out okay in the end since Blossom did all that magic switcheroo on that zombie magician because it was just all magic, now as far as I know he encountered Freaky Fred in Courage the Cowardly Dog in 2020, and Haunted in Teen Titans in 2021, however they are just all made and done by @carmenramcat before I made my own Tumblr blog account that I made a follow up to Brown being saved by Alex, Baco, and Leopold from Slade, so yeah, hope he can survive when Maxwell and his buddies came.

Hello hello! Sorry for the bother, hope you're doing well!
Wanted to reach out and ask if you possibly had some screenshots on hand that show the PPG using more dramatic lighting, particularly from the cel painted seasons of the show. Such as using drastically different color pallets for mood and using black for dramatic shadow effects. Here's a couple examples of what I mean:
(sorry this is the crustiest screenshot to ever exist)
(Last example is from an artbox card but whatever).
Anyway, I absolutely love old cel painted work especially when they dip into more saturated and dramatic lighting and I especially love when PPG does it. I mainly want some resources on hand since I'm working on a (self indulgent lol) project and I want to mess around with the lighting. I'm slowly but surely making my way through season 1 so I don't have tooooo many references yet.

Oh, boy, sorry, nothing on hand at the moment... but S1 is rife with those if you're already searching through those episodes! A couple bits off the top of my head are parts of Something's A Ms., the whole sequence in Mr. Mojo's Rising when he and the Professor build that power-copying machine together, and I think there might be some in my absolute all time faaaaaavorite episode ever (🤣) The Rowdyruff Boys (when Mojo's in prison and beginning his plot to create them).
