I spent so much of my life subduing myself, hiding my emotions, making myself less intense for the people around me. I'm still learning to get past that.

And now I say "I love you" to my friends at the drop of a hat. I say it when we finish hanging out. I say it when I'm feeling down. I say it when I'm happy.

Because showing and telling someone how much you love and care about them? It's amazing. It's wonderful. Selfishly, I want those I care about to do the same to me, but I also want to make sure they always know just how much they mean to me. I want them to smile and know they're not alone. That I'm there for them. That I appreciate them.

So tell people you love them. Say it loud. Say it often. Say it with your whole heart.

I guarantee you'll make someones day.

Glad to know episode 48 has emotionally ruined the entire fandom because HOLY SHIT that's a lot.

Kamihoriuchi and TakaMina have really decided to plan out everything they wanted from this show and making changes along the way according to how the actors play the characters while still making sure the payoff lands. And I do mean land because I wasn't really expecting the finale to be at this grand of a scale.

But it does make sense considering the storytelling for KingOhger is essentially the two of them starting from scratch. They're building an entire planet with it's own history and culture, a team consisting of Kings who are too busy taking care of their own people to consider making friends with each other, but also finding ways to make this team an actual team organically.

I always like seasons and shows where it kinda subverts expectations of what you'd expect from hero shows. Gokaiger being a big example as they never see each other as heroes and would never call themselves such even if they're the ones saving the universe. I want a season where they take it a step further where the team is full of delinquents or outsiders who begin to confide in each other while also learning how to do good but still refuse to call themselves heroes.

And then in comes fucking KingOhger which is extremely close to that and done in a way where everything slowly connects and still gives a satisfactory episode ending despite it throwing theories and predictions off cliffs.

I honestly can't wait for the last 2 episodes!! ヽ(；▽；)ノ

(Also: don't worry about the comparisons to Avengers Endgame. The MCU has nothing compared to KingOhger in terms of character chemistry and payoff. Similar in terms of the great battle in Episode 49 to the Battle of Avengers Compound with armies fighting, but that's about it. Avengers only had various groups banding together to save the universe and go their separate ways like KingOh Episodes 10 and 19. KingOhger will have a better payoff and aftermath after a whole year of building each other as a team and the support from their people.)
