New Headcanons yeet skeet:

Michael is genuinely amazing at singing, and has impressive motor skills to boot (compared to his younger siblings), so to make up for his atrocious reading comprehension caused by dyslexia, he decides to write songs in his pastime- short little melodies that he would occasionally vocalize/hum and stim to (something that he absolutely flips his shit in the most positive way over once he discovers Evan/Gregory does it too).

Michael can dance. That’s it that’s the headcanon /j. And he’s really fucking good at it.

Only thing is that he can’t really rap due to a stutter almost always impeding his speech when he speaks too fast, causing him to either stumble over his words or slur massively. His family and his friends (William because he doesn’t really care about Michael’s disabilities) are the only ones that haven’t borderline bullied him over such a thing.

Whenever Gregory gets extremely overstimulated or upset, he turns either hyperverbal with stuttering and slurring, extremely disorganized speech or he turns nonverbal. Vanessa/Elizabeth brought him a notebook so that whenever he turns nonverbal or has a lapse/episode, he writes/scribbles his raw, unfiltered thoughts down into the notebook. Those around him, especially his siblings, are extremely patient and understanding, and when he’s under extreme stress, they try to help him get better or they wait for him to calm down and for his speech to return to normal.

Gregory/Evan, back when shit was rapidly escalating/going downhill for them, often oscillated between mania-induced complex delusions of grandeur and a large, grandoise sense of purpose on one end, and shit memory, hallucinations, severe burnout, age regression, and delusions of extreme paranoia and nonexistent self-worth on the other end. Emotional dysregulation and poor organizational skills would come into play during burnout, and usually he resorts to the only coping mechanism he always knew when all else fails- making sure no one was around before crying in a fetal position and rocking back and forth, back and forth over and over again to soothe himself.

Freddy finds him like this one day, utterly destroyed, and knew what to do somehow- he just scoops the boy up into his arms, places him on the couch or another soft surface, and sits with him silently, letting him be the tether to reality that his younger brother desperately needs.

7. Gregory genuinely likes the corny jokes and bad puns that Freddy’s programmed to make. It’s sort of like a ‘so bad it’s actually good’ situation, and he even makes a couple of them himself to lighten the mood and take a detour from his usual sarcasm, saying that he can be a bit “over-bear-ing” sometimes. Both of them are laughing, Vanessa suffers and Roxanne simply yells out an “UGH WHY” for the uptienth time (constant pain uwu).
