Valco Melton shows EcoStitch series adhesive melters at Pack Mach Asia Expo

Valco Melton showcased multiple solutions, including its all electric EcoStitch system and piston pump hot melt system with auto feeder, at the Pack Mach Asia Expo held in Mumbai from 7-9 December.

EcoStitch series melters are adhesive melters and include ethernet IP integration, digital pressure control, adhesive usage data available on screen, and full OEM integration with all digital-based data. “The EcoStitch technology saves a lot of adhesive for the customers, almost up to 70%,” said Ravi Kiran of Valco Melton India.

A subsidiary of the US-based Valco Cincinnati Inc, Valco Melton India is a supplier of adhesive application and quality assurance equipment across the packaging, paper converting, graphic arts and non-woven industries.

Talking about the piston pump hot melt system with auto feeder, Kiran said this solution makes a lot of sense for the pharma industry. With this system, the hot melt can be fed directly into a 20-liter bin so that the adhesive will be automatically picked up when required.

“With this solution, a customer does not need to continuously feed the hot melt or over-melt the adhesive,” Kiran said.

Kiran said Pack Mach Asia Expo was a very interesting expo and the footfall had been very good.

“This was an important packaging machinery show. We supply our solutions to a lot of OEMs who integrate them in their products and supply these to end customers. At the Pack Mach Asia Expo, many OEMs with we deal were present. We interacted with them and showed them our products on display. We got a lot of inquiries from potential customers,” Kiran said.

PackMach Asia Expo is an international trade event for processing and packaging jointly organized by The Institute of Packaging Machinery Manufacturers of India (IPMMI) and Messe Muenchen India, and supported by the PHD Chamber of Commerce (PHDCCI) as industry partner.

Aaahhhh guys I'm so sad! I was writing some Headcanons/ideas and when I went to save I fucked up and pressed the wrong button.

Curse my stubby fingers!!!!

Though because I really wanted to get it out there I just paraphrased it for you guys. Sorry it's not great. I had a whole thing I just didn't want to write it again.

Soooo— I had this whole thing written out about Slash/Spike from TMNT(2012) being a yandere because I was rewatching the series. And was watching the episode where Spike mutates himself and becomes Slash. While tryin'na take out Raph's brothers so he and Raph could be a two-man team. Just them.

There was also a thing about Leo tryin'na get the mutagen back from this little girl but, she wouldn't let him go unless he played tea party. Which by the way she was so cute and cool about when Leo left with the 'tea' after Raph and Slash fell through the ceiling.

I had also delved into how in the 2012 verse like Raph had mentioned in the seventh episode of the second season. The mutagen had messed up the ex-pet's noodle. And I feel like that case is the same for other mutated side characters.

Such as Dr. Victor Valco, Fishface, Karai, and more

There had also been this comparison where the 2012 TMNT's splinter was one of the best Splinter's. Like he may not be a 2003 Splinter but, at least he isn't the man-child that is ROTTMNT Splinter. While 2007 and bay verse Splinter had been more Sensei rather than father.

Also went on a little about how Leatherhead's PTSD and how in the show they don't actually call it such. But because you know they're all teenagers they don't really know how to handle it except Mikey which was another thing I liked about the rottmnt how in both verses Mikey is shown to have a better understanding of emotions than his brother's. Though Rottmnt's Mikey does do a more in depth job.

I had also talked about Raph and Leo's relationship in the 2007 verse and the totally mfkin' epic showdown between Raph and Leo that literally everyone had been waiting for. Shits great. You need to watch if you haven't. Seriously recommend.

Sorry for bothering you guys. I'm kinda mad that I didn't save my original draft since it took me about an hour in total to write up. But, I hope you guys still enjoy this little summary of it.

Life is hard.

I have had a very hard time finding my purpose here on earth and with everything going the way it is in the world it’s an understatement to say I’m a little scared. I struggle with anxiety and bipolar disorder and have even been hospitalized due to my mental illness a couple years back. At this point I can’t even watch the news anymore. The one thing to get my mind at ease is always cleaning or reading books. These past couple years have been hard, for everyone I’m sure, but it’s made me start to think what I really want to do in this life.

From a very young age I’ve always known I wanted to help people. Even if it was in the smallest way possible. I remember growing up and my favorite thing to do was buy things for my friends and family just to see the smile on there face. Seeing there happiness made me happy, and I’m still like that. The first job I ever had was a waitress job and I did that for 3 years. I absolutely loved it, talking to everyone and making there day just by being nice and having genuine conversations with them. There were the hard days though, and if you’ve ever been a server you know what I mean. Then covid hit and we pretty much lost our jobs because no one was leaving their house. I didn’t do anything for 7 months and ended up moving in with my mother at the time as I was also going through a bad breakup. When I moved back to my home town I got a job being a mental health tech at the same place I was hospitalized a couple years back. Pretty insane to think the mentally unstable helping the mentally unstable but these days who doesn’t have some sort of problem? I will say that’s probably the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. To really connect with these people and understand where they were coming from and hearing all different types of stories. Some of these patients would become my bestfriends while they were in there and the only reason I stopped that job was for reasons with the company.

But I do believe everything happens for a reason. As crazy as it might seem while I was working there as a mental health tech I ended up finding the love of my life. Yes, one of the patients. I know it sounds bizarre and probably unethical and your probably thinking, “damn she is crazy if she’s gonna get with someone from the crazy bin.” But there is a lot more to that story that I’ll have to get into later. All I know is that I’m in a good spot in life right now and I have changed so much over the years. I’ve been through a lot and seen a lot more and this is what motivated me to make a blog. I don’t know if it will go anywhere but I do know I want to help people as much as I can even if it’s baby steps. So comment, re-blog this, or even message me if you just need someone to talk to. These are hard times and I just want to be a Helping Hand!

At a list price of $50 in 1940-41, this little amp was the least expensive amplifier in the National/Dobro line-up, but still a very high quality unit.
