Wanita OKU dirogol bapa kandung dan rakannya
Polis menahan dua lelaki yang dakwa merogol seorang wanita Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) pembelajaran dalam dua kejadian berasingan di Arau.
Ketua Polis Perlis, Datuk Noor MUshar Mohd berkata, suspek berusia 61 tahun yang juga bapa kepada mangsa, ditahan bersama rakannya berusia 53 tahun untuk direman selama seminggu untuk membantu siasatan.
Difahamkan, kejadian itu diceritakan sendiri oleh mangsa yang berusia 28 tahun kepada jirannya sebelum jirannya itu membuat laporan polis, semalam.
"Menurut keterangan mangsa, bapanya merogol dia di rumah mereka pada jam 8.39 malam, Mei lalu.
"Kemudian pada bulan yang sama, mangsa dibawa rakan bapanya ke sebuah kebun sebelum bertindak merogolnya di dalam kebun berkenaan," katanya memetik laporan dari Harian Metro, Jumaat.
Siasatan polis mendapati, suspek bersubahat dengan rakannya untuk melakukan perbuatan terkutuk itu terhadap mangsa.
"Mangsa tidak tahu untuk melaporkan perkara berkenaan kepada sesiapa selain dia juga tidak mampu bertutur dengan jelas.
"Malah keadaan ibu dan adik mangsa juga berstatus OKU pembelajaran sepertinya, menyukarkan lagi keadaan mangsa yang seolah0olah berada dalam keangkatan tersepit," katanya.
Mangsa turut diarahkan melakukan pemeriksaan di Hospital Tuanku Fauziah dan hasil laprannya mengesahkan terdapat kesan koyakan lama pada kemaluan mangsa dan kes disiasat mengikut seksyen 376 Kanun Keseksaan.

Betis, punggung murid dirotan guru dengan pembaris sampai lebam kerana terlupa bawa buku
Seorang murid lelaki mendakwa dirotan oleh gurunya sehingga mengalami bengkak dan lebam di betis hanya kerana tertinggal buku teks dan latihan subjek Pendidikan Islam.
Dalam kejadian Isnin lalu di sebuah sekolah kebangsaan di Kangar, murid Tahun Lima berkenaan mendakwa dimalukan di hadapan rakan sekelas apabila guru lelaki berusia lewat 30-an itu memerlinya supaya mengikuti kelas Pendidikan Moral berbanding kelas Pendidikan Islam.
Bapa mangsa, Rizal, 42, berkata, dia hanya menyedari kejadian itu selepas anaknya menangis kesakitan ketika solat Zohor pada hari sama.
Rizal sebelum itu dihubungi oleh isteri yang meminta dia pulang ke rumah kerana anaknya mengadu sakit tidak boleh duduk tahiyat. Selepas diperiksa, alangkah terkejutnya apabila dia mendapati kaki anaknya bengkak dan ada kesan rotan.
Menurut mangsa, dia telah dirotan oleh gurunya dengan menggunakan pembaris panjang satu meter sehingga patah hanya kerana tertinggal buku. Selain itu, kakinya turut dipukul dan bahagian punggung dipukul sebanyak lima kali.
Rizal pada awalnya enggan melaporkan kejadian itu kepada pihak polis, tetapi pihak klinik kerajaan menasihatkannya untuk berbuat demikian, mengikut prosedur kes penderaann.
Apa yang mengecewa Rizal, sudah empat hari berlalu tetapi pihak sekolah atau guru terbabit langsung tidak datang bertemu dengannya untuk memohon maaf.
Susulan itu, Rizal membuat laporan polis dan berharap pihak Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN) Perlis akan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya terhadap guru dan pengurusan sekolah berkenaan.
Mangsa telah mendapatkan rawatan di Unit Kecemasan, Hospital Tuanku Fauziah, Kangar. Kecederaan mangsa masih belum pulih dan diberi cuti sakit sehingga esok.
Sementara itu, Pemangku Ketua Polis Daerah Kangar, Asisten Superintendan Abdul Shukor Yusoff mengesahkan menerima laporan dari bapa mangsa dan kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 323 Kanun Keseksaan.

KANGAR: Setiausaha Kerja Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Bahagian Kangar, Muhammad Nabil Kamal Baharin, 27, maut apabila motosikal ditunggangnya dirempuh sebuah kereta di Jalan Kangar-Arau, pada Selasa.
Ketua Polis Daerah Arau Supt Nanda Maarof berkata kejadian berlaku kira-kira 3.30 petang semasa Muhammad Nabil dalam perjalanan ke Kangar.
Katanya siasatan awal mendapati Muhammad Nabil yang berada di lorong kiri tiba-tiba mengubah haluan memasuki lorong kanan menyebabkan sebuah kereta yang berada di lorong berkenaan tidak sempat mengelak lalu merempuh motosikalnya.
“Akibat perlanggaran itu, motosikal mangsa terseret ke kiri jalan dan melanggar bahagian belakang sebuah kereta yang diparkir di tepi jalan,” katanya semasa dihubungi.
Nanda berkata Muhammad Nabil meninggal dunia di tempat kejadian. Jenazah Allahyarham dihantar ke Hospital Tuanku Fauziah di sini untuk bedah siasat.

I had no idea a year ago after I was infected that I would still be stuck in Malaysia and suffering from a dangerous often Fatal infection. The role which Malaysia and Port Dickson and the insanity of Coco Bay condominiums can never be underestimated. The decrepit Jack Goh and the condos Rat infested apartments requires serious investigation.
People will die here due to the Rats and the insanity of its local. My life is at this time over and death awaits unless I get help. I am only planning for March 31 2018 - simply as I have to contact as many people that I can in advance of my physically in person showing up at an Embassy or Consulate or Commission in Kuala Lumpur. FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL REFUGEE STATUS.
Malaysia Medical system or any so called legitimized system is defunct, chaotic, dysfunctional, corrupt a dazzling look into what may be a modern Hell. I was denied Medical Help from anyone - I was dismissed and sent packing to so many Doctors and Medical centers - hospitals - they all denied that any treatment was available. That no drugs were available - No doctors were deemed qualified enough and not a member of their staff. Don't worry there are virtually months of Blogs and Vblogs shot at the crime scenes, if you will.
I had documented this and tried to video these encounters - I did get verbal confirmation by 3 doctors - that it was the Doctors unwritten ethos to treat visitors to Malaysia. They laughed as they told me - That I must understand that due to the many medical crises that the Visitors bring - The paper work - the Medical staff considerable lack of Medical experience and language skills as well as the Malaysians penchant to do has much harm as possible to all.
This was told to me by Malaysians who after I explained my experience - they were delighted to tell me - Welcome to Malaysia. This is well known in local culture and they explained to me details that I had not shared with them. Its de rigeur to behave with this hostility. Plus the targeting of Foreigners by the locals looking to extort $ or harm these visitors. It is a vile country.
I simply am too physically damaged to endure a lengthy interrogation of any kind. People will not understand so much of this Ordeal and as verbose as I am ... my audience will be utterly confused and create Harm. . Why? The Following reasons are the underlying causes of this spectacular situation.
(1) Any Citizen from a cultured society with Progressive Consular Laws, protects the rights of its Citizens and therefore anyone from England, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand Scotland, Ireland, USA etc. These citizens are protected by Laws that Canada has refused to and in fact submits its traveling citizenry to extraordinary situations that often end up incarceration in a foreign country and death.
(2) Justin Trudeau is using a centuries old Law to sentence me to death. The Law is The Maple Crown's The King's Prerogative and the Mercy Prerogative that gives Justin Trudeau the privilege of ? sparing my life or sentencing me to a painful death. . Its an extraordinary piece of ancient Law that places TRUDEAU above the Laws of Canada or even The Commonwealth.
The Only 2 powers that can nullify this abomination of the Law is The Queen of England, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and her also overwhelming Laws of Prerogative, But Her Majesty is also the Queen of Canada and those of the Commonwealth that her faces grace the countries monies. The second is The Vatican - Pope Francis and the Holy See have access to The Rome Laws that support my petition against Justin Trudeau. Seeking my death is against all Humanitarian Laws including those of Canada. In fact it states that Trudeau has placed himself above the Laws of GOD.
The Literature I read in regards to JT interpretation of this law is that he prefers that Canadian Citizens who like me are attacked are imprisoned or in this case die in a Country with worse Human rights laws.
This gives Trudeau the unprecedented ability to choose whose life may be saved or NOT. This 1 Billion $ Consular Fund set aside for any issues that Canadian Citizens. Except he has decided that you may or may not be - Canadian Enough? This style of policy is similar to the One that Adolf Hitler used as his part of his Juden Extinction Manifesto. Hitler is a very hated man for causing the death of so many innocent people.
The wrath of the Despot, the Dictator, the Malfeasance are well recorded. Canada has a certain now tarnished reputation in involving its generosity to welcoming the worlds disenfranchised. But that welcome is erased voided bastardized for any Canadian Citizen NOT Canadian enough.
I had no idea in January 2017, what I was dealing with from the moment of the infection and its wild smorgasbord of infection that will lead to my death. I struggled to stay alive - being Bedridden - and in a haze of infection - The Images are everywhere in my many blogs and videos.
Anyone treated like myself would be the many Indians, Indonesians, Thai or some indentured laborer, whose Life is deemed as worthless. Segue to what Canada did to me. My life was deemed worthless by The CHC-KL - The office of the Prime Minister Justin Trudeau - DR. Hedy Fry a famous Canadian Political and Medical Dr. Who works a few blocks from St.Paul's Hospital - One of my hospitals. A Woman who also knew my maternal family. She too refused me any Medical treatment or assistance.
Canada - The LIBERAL CANADA under Justin Trudeau - sentenced me to death. How can this happen? If I had not tried to understand this Bizarre dastardly situation and contacted you all, then my death or my life would never be known.
I ask you to help- assistance is required and its Urgent - I do not need to die in this manner. ? The heaviness of this thought and almost certainty weakens me further.
I wrote all of Canada that I could. I contacted every Lawyer, Activist, Foundation, Policy Maker. TO NO AVAIL as of Yet. Yet I continue to try and set up all communication to ensure I survive what I perceive will be an intense legalistic ordeal to get me to URGENT MEDICAL ASYLUM.
The Malaysians are a mind boggling reality of an extraordinarily obtuse nature of obscurification and misdirection.
In simple terms - the Lies, deceit, the massive corruption. Do you think they are going to be kind to me? The Police are aware of me as I made sure of that - But again they will not incarcerate me until they are forced to - The Paperwork- The lack of any Medical trained staff to understand in any language - English, Malay, Chinese - to discuss this situation.. They know of the extortion of me by their citizenry but its classed a MISUNDERSTANDING.
So this is a real crises. A certain spiral into death or being crippled for the rest of my life by Canada and Malaysia. Due to Filth, Corruption- Its Beyond belief - Why me, Lord? Why me?
So how do I live? Where do I live? Canada has essentially though not as yet legally banned me due to certain death. How can I ever be safe ? If Trudeau is above the Laws of Canada and the Laws of any Civilized nation - there is nothing to prevent from ? They denied me Medical assistance and there is a 20 year old history of massive Medical abuse that led to me searching the world for treatment. Their Medical abuse cost me 100,000.00 to reconstruct and it led to many other complications that led me to Asia. So do I have to have restraining orders against Justin. As this is pure Villainy and Dr. Fry?
There are 160,000 Canadian Government employees who according to Trudeau can uphold and implement any dastardly act such as I have received. Fear of Canada. Fear of Malaysia. Fear of Death.
I contacted all the Famous Canadians - thinking that they were Canadian enough. No Responsesorial Psalm. Crickets. I Bombarded The Vatican and Italy and England.
So to you- All - I beg, Plead - Beseech . There are so Many Legal Precedents that support and Save me - But The wastrail who sits on the Maple Throne Justin Trudeau knowing the costs and the reluctance of his peers - to support me - with costs that can start at 10,000,000.
But as Canada guarantees that the cases go to The Supreme Court - Winning is more easily achieved.
Trudeau is so confident that He is above the law. That he fears or cares naught of the life of one of his lesser citizens. Or of his Peers.
I could and say - DOWN WITH THE KING! And hope for your noblesse Oblige.

Tergamak ibu tinggalkan anak di rumah tanpa makanan sejak Rabu lalu
Tergamak seorang ibu mengurung anaknya di rumah tanpa meninggalkan makanan untuknya, membuatkan jiran yang terdengar suara tangisannya bertindak menghubungi polis untuk meminta bantuan.
Ketua Polis Perlis, Datuk Noor Mushar Mohd berkata, sebaik saja pihaknya menerima panggilan itu, pihaknya terus datang ke lokasi dan memecahkan pintu rumah terbabit di Taman Hijrah, Kangar, untuk menyelamatkan kanak-kanak perempuan itu.
Kanak-kanak itu dihantar ke Hospital Tuanku Fauziah, Kangar untuk mendapatkan rawatan dan pemeriksaan.
Menurut jiran terbabit, dia terdengar suara tangisan kanak-kanak itu sejak Rabu lalu. Oleh kerana kasihan melihat keadaannya, jiran memberinya makanan setiap hari melalui tingkap rumah berkenaan.
Bimbang perkara yang tidak diingini berlaku mendorong mereka melaporkan perkara itu kepada polis.
Noor Mushar berkata, pihaknya terpaksa memecahkan pintu rumah tersebut berikutan pintu jeriji dikunci dengan mangga.
Kanak-kanak terbabit kini di bawah pengawasan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) dan kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 31(1)(a) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001.
