Fun little art based off a post i saw ages ago and can barely remember. Basically the idea that Tim made a stupid doodle of Sasha pre-Not Them on a post-it and stuck it to his laptop, and he never knew why he kept it until after he found out what happened to her and realized he would never know what she actually looked like beyond that drawing :)

I have seen a lot of people against fannon Tim. Personaly I love fannon Tim. People forget that in cannon he is just a fun guy, that he immidatly assumes Jon is sleeping with cops. He forgets for just a moment that this isn’t his tim that this isn’t his world. He shouts his name tears beginning to well in his eyes. Tim turns to face him a confused look on his face as he sees the man.

“Sorry do I know you?” Tim asks and with a crushing force Jon remembers this isn’t his tim this isn’t his world. But as Jon turns apologizes and he turns to leave he feels a bit of relief that this tim doesn’t recognize him because that means that Jon never hurt this Tim.

The thing that keeps me up at night when I think about Jon, Tim, Sasha and Martin interactions during season 1, it's how real everything was.

In season 4 Jon mentioned how they never stopped and talked about the cases as a group, this is because they didn't understand the gravity of the situation during season 1, they didn't understand that their time with each other was limited. but how would they understand that? no one there can see the future after all, they didn't know. They simply couldn't know.

And I think... That's such a real thing. We keep taking people, time, for granted. We think that it doesn't matter if we decline that birthday party invitation this year, because there's always next year. We think that it doesn't matter if we don't say "hello" and "good bye" and "how was your day?" To the people around us because you're going to see them again tomorrow, and then you can just ask them about it, tomorrow.

The archives assistants and their Archivist shows us that sometimes there is no tomorrow, that you might regret not doing such a simple and, at the time, inconsequential thing.

It could be a very pessimistic message, but I like to take it as encouragement. To be kind, and try forming stronger connections with people you like. That maybe, that person you like, can become someone you love if you just give them enough of your time while you still have it.

I don’t know if anyone else has thought of this but I really like the thought that TMAGP kinda might be like if Sasha was the main character. Like, I don’t know I mean a lot of us have come to the consensus that Gwen is Jon coded and Alice is Tim Coded and Sam is Sasha coded. But in TMA we don’t get a lot of Sasha bc yk ⚠️!!!Spoiler Alert!!!⚠️ She dies. And we know that Gertrude intended for her to be Head Archivist instead of Jon. Sam is relentlessly curious and a little reckless (but hey, what’s caution in the face of knowledge’s pursuit?) just like we see Sasha is when she decides to FOLLOW MICHAEL. INTO A CEMETERY. And I love that Jon is our Archivist, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes I mourn the fact that we don’t get to see Sasha in action, even as a side character, as one of Jon’s companions. I dunno I just like to think that we get to see a little bit of Sasha as a main character in everything Sam does, enjoy just a liiiitle bit of her potential and personality a tad longer, even if it’s through a completely different character. Or yk. I cld be wrong. Idk.

What TMA characters do you think would be as an animal? Here's a few of mine! Only just started S4 BTW so opinions may change. Also some of these I based of what the animal represents or their tendencies.

Jon - Moth vibes, dragon fly, fox, panther

Martin - maybe a fox due to appearances. Possibly Cow. Golden retriever personality S1, ooh or an Ainu maybe an artic wolf? Maybe a bear?

Tim - ferret, racoon, lizard, cool animals

Sasha - Mimic Octopus and blue jay for reasons... But yea maybe something mousey or like an owl especially for s1?

Melanie - Pygmy Goat, ram idk she just kinda guves that vibe. Like look at them and then look at her. Same thing.

Basira - crow/raven aka a corvid bcs she's smart

Daisy - wolf, Black-footed cat, other types of hunters

Elias - snake (obvi), jackal, eagle, owl, agree with the horned owl

Peter Lukas - polar bear agree with that, squid/octopus, Kelpie (not real but oh well)

Mike - birds. Idk which just birds. Preferably blue or white. Maybe the Impundulu or Alpine Chough. A goat/ram bcs thunder. Marten. Snow lepord

Michael - Adax, box jellyfish, sea slug, lilac breasted roller

Helen - butterfly, Livingstone's Cichlids, Orchid mantis
