I already did Weedle over here, but as for the rest of the line:

Kakuna is pretty much just your average cocoon Pokemon. I do like how the body foreshadows Beedrill a little, with something resembling a striped abdomen and two arms clasped together, and the linework and detailing on the body works well. It's good for what it is, just nothing that has a ton of personality compared to all the other cocoon Pokemon out there.

Weirdly, one of its RG sprites shows it with the "arms" in front extended like Beedrill's limbs, which I kind of like just as something different, but that seems to be almost exclusive to this sprite.

Beedrill itself is honestly kind of underwhelming. A wasp (not a bee, despite what the English name wants you to believe) with drills is a decent enough idea, tying back into their stringers, but Beedrill just feels like a first attempt that never got refined. It's literally just a bipedal cartoon wasp with two large drills (or spears, according to the Japanese name) on each of its forelimbs. It's not really bad looking or anything, don't get me wrong—but for such a cool premise as a drill wasp, this just feels so weirdly bland and almost kind of generic somehow. I do really like the overall head shape and the wing patterns, but that's about it.

Mega Beedrill is, in my opinion, one of the best megas out there. It does exactly what it should—it takes a weak 3-stage Pokemon with a fairly mediocre or otherwise bland design and improves upon it across the board, making it stronger in the process.

The design of the mega really fixes all of the issues I had with the base design. The generic body design has been changed, with the abdomen itself now taking on a shape very akin to a drill or some other kind of power tool with the distinct thin abdomen of a wasp. Not only is this great visually, but it also comes with a functionality bonus—those ridges allow it to slot its bottom set of limbs in to form one giant drill! Love that. I also really like that the stinger is now separate from the body to match the drills (I do wish it was white instead of light yellow, but that's my only nitpick).

In addition to this, it takes the lower legs triangular and striped while the upper ones sport extra-large drills. This feels much more natural than the original design, which just had the drills stuck onto the ends of the limbs in an an unnatural and awkward way.

Finally, the head has been changed to have to have the eyes wrap around it (this is more accurate to actual wasps), more black has been added to really make the form pop, and the wings have been given a more unique shape that invokes industrial equipment. All of these changes are fantastic—it makes the design bolder, it expands on the original concept, and it doesn't look overly busy or complicated.

So overall, Kakuna is fine but pretty standard for a cocoon Pokemon, and Beedrill is a bit too underbaked and bland for its cool concept. However, the mega does everything it needs to and expands on the design considerably, improving it across the board. @ gamefreak please put this one in Z-A I'm begging

And I caught a beedrill! :) (He gave me a heart attack) (he landed on my hand at first) (im so glad I didn’t immediately swat him away when I felt smth land on me, he was very polite and nice)

I wonder if the reason why there’s so many slugs in our yard at night is because they like eating the fallen flowers? I see them, on the flowers specifically, all the time.

Can I ask like Glitched Red x Npc reader

Reader was just like a normal npc but they starting releasing that something wrong,like why are saying the same lyric or why they ask some random boy to make they quest.

When reader was trying to do their quest by their self or trying to say something else they feel pain in their body,after some time reader like Red being removed from game.I just wondering how would Red react when he saw someone else that understands that their in game?

“Hi, Mom..if that’s even who you are.”

"RED, if you drive your Pokémon too hard, they’ll dislike you. You should take a rest.”

“I can’t rest. I already told you that. Can you say something else for once?”

"RED, if you drive your Pokémon too hard, they’ll dislike you. You should take a rest.”

"....do you even love me?"

"RED, if you drive your Pokémon too hard, they’ll dislike you. You should take a rest.”

“...screw you.” Red glared at his “mother”, sighing heavily in agitation as he stormed out of the house, wondering why he even bothered coming here to begin with.

Maybe it’s because he hoped that at some point, any of these stupid NPCs would start talking to him and actually perceive him as a real person. But just like them..his “mom” was just made up of codes, programmed to repeat the same damn script every time he interacted with them.

And he slowly began to realize that they were completely unaffected by whatever he said or did to them.

He could be rude and say the cruelest things, scream in their faces, cry about why they get to live in ignorance while he suffered, and even threaten to kill them....yet none of their responses would change a bit.

It was all pointless, much like his existence in this cursed game.

Why did it have to be so goddamn boring?

He thought he’d get used to the loneliness now, but it still hurt like hell.

Instead of venturing to Glitch City like he usually did, he decided to fly into Lavender Town--a place that he found some bit of comfort in. It’s a town built from sorrow and mourning.

And in a way, Red was mourning all the time; mourning for the life he’ll never get back; mourning over how his own fate is predetermined by the players..and how they frequently torture him for the sake of “fun”.

They haven’t come around in a while, which meant he was leaving a real-world impact on them to deter them from playing this game. He wished they would just stop and move onto other things...even though it killed him to know he was essentially abandoned.

He didn’t know which was worse: to be alone in this broken world or in the company of his tormentors.

Shaking his head to clear the thoughts, he entered the Pokémon Tower, seeing the usual NPCs paying their respects to their dead Pokémon. He simply scoffed as he passed by each one and spat on the nearby grave of a Raticate, knowing that nobody would be shocked because they weren’t programmed to react to him in any other way-

“Red? Is that you?”

“...huh?”

Stopping at the staircase leading to the next floor, Red froze to look over his shoulder, wondering if he was hearing things.

But no, out of the shadows of the dimly-lit room, you appeared to him with a Gastly at your side. You looked just like one of the normal resident NPCs, with the exception of glitchy particles being around your body and Gastly’s smog being replaced with purple glitches as well.

You..actually saw what he did? And you responded?

How was that possible?

He couldn’t believe it. His eyes only grew wider as he turned around, watching you step closer. “You..can see me?”

“Yeah, I’m just as shocked. But I-I-I---I-I think Gastlys are misunderstood. I want one, but I’m not good at throwing pokeballs. You seem brave, so could you catch one for me-e-?”

You winced, the glitches suddenly jabbing your body like Beedrill stingers; they hurt for a few moments, but once the pain subsided, you exhaled shakily, eventually calming down. “Ouch..s-sorry about that.” You chuckled, embarrassed that he had to witness that. “Just ignore that stupid side quest, I got this Gastly all on my own-”

“Y-You’re...talking to me..” Red whispered, still in utter disbelief. “How is that possible?”

You blinked as he suddenly glitched in front of you, his hands keeping a tight grip on your shoulders as he stared at you intensely. “How are you...h-how can you understand me?! Are you trapped too? Do you know where you are?!” He could feel his eyes stinging as he questioned you nonstop. “For so long, nobody else in this goddamn game could hear me...so..why you? Why now?”

Then he paused, lowering his head; the shadow over his face grew even darker. You could feel the poor guy’s hands trembling, which proved that he was very real to you, just as you were to him.

As terrified and confused as he was, it felt..liberating to finally have someone to talk to--someone who could respond to him normally and not spit out the same dialogue like a broken record.

“I don’t get it..am I going crazy? Is this some sick prank they’re pulling on me?”

“No. You’re not crazy, and..I don’t think anyone’s pranking us, Red.”

Looking back up at you, his gaze was exhausted, desperate for answers. You could see the whites of his eyes tinted red, along with the bags underneath them, revealing just how upset and lost he truly was.

You smiled sadly. “I don’t know why I can only see you now, but..I’ll tell you what happened to me. Let’s sit down somewhere.”

............

“So you’re saying that...you asked yourself why you’re giving a random kid some stupid quest, and then it all went to shit?”

“Pretty much, yeah..” Nodding, you finished sharing your backstory with Red.

To sum it up, you were a hidden NPC within Pokémon Tower. Your “quest” involved having the protagonist catch a Gastly for you since you’re apparently inexperienced at throwing pokeballs, and you were supposed to reward them with a TM.

Then one day..you suddenly wondered why you couldn’t just go catch it yourself. You don’t even know where such a thought came from--it simply popped up in your mind and made you question a lot of things.

So you tried going off on your own to find a Gastly. But clearly the game didn’t take that too well as you experienced excruciating pain just from taking a single step away from your programmed spot. Though you kept going anyways, forcing yourself to find that damn Gastly and finish your own quest.

And once you did..the world began breaking, allowing you to see the truth in it: that it’s all just predetermined by code.

Next thing you knew...they tried to delete you, keeping you and your side-quest out of future versions of Pokémon Red. But you weren’t completely erased and made your home here within Lavender Town, wondering why you were the only one to gain free will...and whether the other NPCs around you will “awaken” someday. But you had doubts about that.

Never did you think would you cross paths with Red, of all people, who was apparently just as aware as you were. Though it’s a relief knowing you weren’t alone in this situation anymore.

“That sucks..” He muttered, unsure of how to exactly comfort you.

“Yeah, well..it is what it is, I guess.” Smiling, you patted your Gastly on the head, who purred as it nuzzled against your palm. “So the only question is..where do we go from here? How do you kill the time in this game?”

"Dunno.” He shrugged and stuck his hands in his pockets. “Sometimes I train my Pokémon even though it’s pointless...other times I just wander, waiting for a change that’ll never come.”

“Oooh, that’s pretty deep. But I suppose I’m that change now.”

“...yeah.” Nodding, he managed to smile back at you a little bit. “You’ve ever been outside this tower?”

“No, but I’ve mastered glitching between floors so..I got that going for me. I wouldn’t mind seeing the rest of Kanto with you, though.”

For some reason, the way you said that made Red’s heartbeat spike, and he coughed awkwardly as his glitches began pricking his flesh. But they were only mild, albeit noticeable as you frowned in worry. “You okay, Red?”

“..y-yeah...I’m alright now.” Flustered by his coughing fit, he cleared his throat and stood up. “C’mon. Let’s get out of here.”

You grinned and jumped to your feet, returning Gastly to your pokeball and eagerly following him out of the tower.

Even though this doesn’t change the fact that those people will eventually be back to torture him, nor will this give either of you any hopes of escaping or resting...

At least you’re together.

Vespiquen Facts

-The scientific name for Vespiquen is "Reginas Mella" which roughly translates to "Honey queen"

-Vespiquen become more aggressive and commanding after evolution, and they might start rejecting trainer's affection. Most of the time, it isn't out of embarrassment or dislike, but out of respect for both if you

-Vespiquen store baby Combee in their honeycomb abdomen and feed them the honey that combee collect

-While they're diet consists of mostly honey, they're not afraid to eat the other bug types that may intrude onto their hive

-Combee and Vespiquen are close relatives of the Beedrill line

-Vespiquen will choose one female Combee and train them to become queen when they die. To prevent the Combee from evolving too quickly, the queen will release special pheromones that stop evolution

-Vespiquen are not monogamous, and mate with many Combee during breeding season. Them even having partners away from that is rare

-There is a Vespiquen breed that was bred purely for Combee keepers. This breed of Vespiquen were bred to be a lot more docile and have a more friendly appearance

-While they store baby combee in their honeycomb abdomen, they will also store honey in there when times get tough

-Vespiqeun see in ultraviolet light and can't see the color red

-Despite common belief, Vespiquen isn't the mother to all of the Combee in the hive, but she might be related to some (like some being her sibilings, parents, or grandparents). It really depends on the hive

-Some of the hives that Vespiquen rule are tracked on public websites, with each hive having a name. The larger ones tend to be tourist attractions

-Vespiquen are used to having Combee protect them and being surrounded by Combee. It's important to surround your Vespiquen with other bug types less they become irritated (headcanon from @adobe-outdesign )

Oh you like off shoulder. How are you going to take care of "Elite 4"? Is there anything you want to do for "Elite 4?" It seems that they didn't just expose their shoulders lol (They expose a lot of things!)

The Elite 4

Idol(s): Soeun [weeekly], Seoyeon [fromis_9], Yena, Mina [TWICE] Word Count: 800+ words A/N: The dumbest smut you'll read today. You've been warned.

"To be the very best that no one ever was."

This was the mantra you repeated to yourself when you first left your hometown in your pursuit to sleep with the finest woman in each of the surrounding towns in your region. Along the way, you've collected badges of honor (8 in all)—metaphorical notches in your bedpost, if you will—after each successful sexual conquest. Not a lot of people can say they've done what you have, but now you face a different monster entirely with the "Elite 4", the group of women shouldering the weight of being the finest four in the region.

"Once you start, you have to finish all four of us. Think you can handle that?" Soeun isn't as well known as the other three, but she is still an absolute freak in the bed, worthy of her place in the Elite 4.

"I think you're the ones who won't be able to handle me," you reply.

She can't help but Pikachu, staring at that blooming Bulbasaur in your pants. She is known for the best Lickitung in the land, so while she doesn't let you have her, she puts that perfectly tight Meowth around your Soodowoodo, masterfully Lickilicky it until you can't hold it in anymore.

"Swellow it," you command Soeun, "all of it." She complies and takes a huge gulp as you move on to the next room, just a little drained, but with enough stamina to carry on with the endurance challenge.

Seoyeon is waiting for you, slightly annoyed and unamused that it takes you this long to get to her.

"Lie down," she says as she pulls down her pants and plants her Cloyster directly onto your face, giving your Geodude a little break. It opens up gently to your sweet Togekiss you plant on it. The taste has a bit of Metang to it, but you enjoy it regardless. Eventually it leads to harsh Lickitung action, until finally, Seoyeon Spewpas all over your face.

Yena is up next. Unlike Soeun and Seoyeon before her, she is a Miltank. She gets on her knees, and you pull Yena's top down to reveal her pink Jigglypuffs. She goads your Rhyhorn with one hand while the other hand fondles your Rotom. It's too much to last even a couple minutes staring at Yena's Jigglypuffs gently swaying in time to the metronome of her jerking hands. When you can't take anymore, you Exploud sweet relief onto her Jigglypuffs.

With only one woman left, you excitedly make your way to the final room where the most beautiful woman is lying on a bed, bored. She looks up excitedly, introducing herself as Mina.

"No one's ever made it this far," she says. "I'm gonna let you have something that none of the other three girls let you have. Mostly because I'm dying for some action but also as a reward for finally making it to the final girl."

Mina slips the spaghetti straps off her shoulders, her dress floating down her slender frame and revealing her perfectly smooth, pink Blissey that's waiting for your Pokéballs to be used on it.

"Ho-oh, that body looks like trouble," you let out in admiration of Mina's body.

She curls a beckoning finger toward you and you waste no time in pinning Mina down to the bed. But you want to savor the moment, so at first, it's just a little Slowpoke. Mina lets out a Gastly moan, taking in the pleasure that she's waited for since she first took the throne as leader of the Elite 4.

Two bodies Tangela up in one another as you finally get that sweet reward. You Cubone her hard, and Mina blows hot breath against your ear in Loudred moans of satisfaction. She is almost Weezing from just how good it all feels.

"Fuck, I think I'm gonna cum!"

At first, Mina's orgasm is just a little Squirtle, but you Beedrill faster into her and it quickly evolves into a huge Blastoise, sullying the pristine sheets beneath her. Her Blissey tightens around your Luvdisc until you are spraying her with all your Seedot. There's Swalot of it. So much in fact that it Dwebbles out of her Blissey.

Your vision blurs in a Drowzee haze until you eventually pass out, unable to go any further. When you wake up, Nurse Joy is there to greet you in an unfamiliar, Unown place.

"What happened?"

"This may sound Farfetch'd, but you passed out, dear. A couple more seconds and you would've conquered the Elite 4. You're gonna have to do them all over again."

"Fuck."

"Yes, exactly. But for now, sit back, relax, and let me take care of you," she Mews, Gulpin on your Luvdisk.

Some would find it Tentacruel and unusual punishment to have to face the Elite 4 again, but you find the situation Tentacool.

have been putting together Iliaster Pokemon Teams off and on fooooor the last couple months or so... I always like to put way too much thought into teams so under the cut I have all my reasonings for these choices. I like Pokemon and I like these characters a Perfectly Normal Amount <3

BRUNO/ANTINOMY:

Lucario: feels just very much like a good partner Pokemon for him...same shade of blue, very noble and loyal, EXTREME SPEED!! something something Lucario's innate aura reading and ability to sense emotions and thoughts vs. Bruno's complicated quest to figure out who he is. I think they would be friends!!! It gets amnesia too in whatever funny Pokemon AU Bruno's situation happens in

Skitty: obligatory Bruno kitty cat pokemon <3

Armarouge: T.G. Halberd Cannon/Blade Blaster type vibes, its pauldrons literally turn into a cannon, fire type echoing the sun in the Antinomy/Yusei duel, also a very loyal Pokemon. Plus bonus counterpart to Primo's Ceruledge >:3c

Rotom: silly little guy who likes motors and electronics and machinery!! Also Bruno having a ghost type and being. yknow. a robotic copy of a dead man. I think it suits him.

Yanmega: T.G. Recipro Dragonfly, it literally has eyes covered with a red visor, it's super fast and its design echoes a vehicle (aircraft rather than motorcycle, but still.)

Registeel/Regieleki: in Tag Force 6 Bruno uses and seems to really like Machina Fortress, so I wanted to give him a big 'ol bulky Steel Type. Antinomy gets Regieleki as a counterpart because it's literally The Fastest Pokemon, probably great for Delta Accel Synchro <3 Also Modern Age/electricity/android type invocations...

Porygon/Porygon2: Bruno needs a boxy little computer friend!! Antinomy gettin the evolved form since a big part of Porygon2's lore is that it was made for space travel...thinkin bout that duel again. The Porygon line, Porygon2 especially, also has a really similar color palette to Bruno's various forms!

Miraidon: ok ive seen people give Jack Miraidon and i get it, it's his color palette, BUT LIKE. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST BRUNO POKEMON EVER. literal robot motorcycle from the future who washes up on the beach with limited memories!!! it has a silly goofy friendly form and a badass powered up fighter form!!! it can be the perfect counterpart to Yusei having a Koraidon!!! LISTEN.

LESTER:

Skarmory: Meklord Emperor Skiel of course!!! Violent metal bird moment!!

Wingull: in the Tag Force games Lester really likes the Stuffed Seagull Plush item and I think that's just so cute

Zorua: Little red-haired mischief-maker that can create illusions and false appearances?? IT'S PERFECT FOR HIM.

Klang: From the episode when he infiltrated the twins' school, he used Gear Golem the Moving Fortress....gotta give him some gears.

Durant: Skiel Guard! Little weird metal bugaboo :]

Iron Bundle: challenging myself to give all the Iliaster members (aside from Z-one) Future Paradox Pokemon...Lester of course gets the Bird one. It even shoots a laser like Skiel does!!

PRIMO:

Bisharp: god his whole team is just Mean Blade Guys but like. Look at Him. That's Primo. the way Bisharp commands an army of Pawniard the way Primo commands the Diablo also relevant.

Ceruledge: This is kind of the Primo Pokemon of All Time For Me--haunted grudge-powered knight that "cuts its enemies to pieces without mercy" with sword arms infused with "the lingering resentment of a sword wielder who fell before accomplishing their goal"--like... COME ON. DUDE.

Mega Beedrill: gotta shout out the iconic bee commentary of course, and also it's Another Violent Pokemon With Sharp Dangerous Blade-like Arms.

Melmetal: MEKLORD EMPEROR WISEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scizor: Metal-clad evolution of a blade-armed beast, also violent and merciless. And it does the thing where it uses its pincers to look like it has three heads--funny for one of Aporia's components~

Iron Valiant: ANOTHER PRIMO POKEMON OF ALL TIME FROM GEN 9. LIKE!!! White robot with a big dangerous sword, created by a mad science supposedly, "said to be cruel enough to take its brilliantly shining blade and cut down anyone confronting it without hesitation"... THEY CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT

JAKOB:

Mega Aggron: Granel <3 Big fuckoff metal monster. I also thought it would be fun to try and give the Three Nobles each a pure Steel type Pokemon for the Robot Funsies.

Barraskewda: For Granel's bizarrely fish-like canons and components--Barraskewda also being based on a projectile weapon a bonus, too.

Skeledirge: GOTTA give one of the Nobles something that ties into their sub opera singer namesakes, plus Skeledirge's Spanish influence is perfect for Jakob/Jose. And its an aquatic-based animal like all of Granel's components, too :^)

Alolan Golem: For Jakob's big old beard and eyebrow, PLUS it's a grumpy stubborn beast that launches electric rock blasts. Just suits him imo.

Ursaring: gave myself the added challenge of giving The Three Nobles each an unevolved Pokemon that Aporia has the fully evolved form of.... Jakob gets Ursaring for their matching surly expression and eye(s) plus the Guts ability boosting Attack when inflicted with a status effect is perfect for the Gaining Power Through Suffering motif of these guys <3

Iron Hands: Freakishly powerful big bulky electric robot monster!!! Yellow color motif like Granel!!! probably one of the most Meklord-y Paradox Pokemon, to me.

PARADOX sidenote it's so fucked up he just doesnt have a tag force sprite. sad!

Origin Dialga: Since his whole deal in BBT is having a deck of stolen Legendary Iconic Dragon Cards, i GOTTA indulge and give Paradox a bunch of Legendary Dragon Pokemon!!! Origin Dialga is for the time travel and also it's just a bizarre creature that feels on par with Malefic Paradox and Truth Dragon tbh. Plus it was created by Arceus, and Pdox was created by Z-one <3

Zekrom: GEE PARADOX WHY DOES YOUR MOM LET YOU HAVE TWO UNOVA DRAGONS... he's got that whole black and white color motif with his mask/the Malefic dragon armor. And Zekrom's got an engine...like a motorcycle...

Reshiram: Beautiful long haired bishie of a dragon plus the aforementioned black and white motifs. Also the concept of wanting to make a true AND ideal new future is really fun and kind of Very at play with Paradox~

Espathra: A.) im a Psychic Duelist Paradox truther, I rly wanted to give him a Psychic type, B.) Espathra is a violent weirdo that literally has his hair color palette/style. In my mind's eye this was his partner Pokemon originally ....Paradox with a Flittle is so funny to me.

Roaring Moon: if anyone deserves an Ancient AND Future Paradox Pokemon it's... WELL. THIS GUY. Malefics are almost all Dark Dragons so give him the freakish vicious Dragon/Dark that's like a twisted version of an existing monster (much like how Malefics are twisted versions of existing cards ;])

Iron Treads: Successfully continuing to give all the Iliaster guys Future pdox 'mons...Iron Treads is a big robot tire effectively which works great for a guy who motorcycles through time!!!

SHERRY:

Lunala: For that freaky Soul Binding Gate skeleton door, also a Pokemon that is brought under Necrozma's (Z-one's) power. Sherry having Lunala and Aporia having Solgaleo also just makes me a little insane.

Florges: FRENCH. FLOWER LADY. EASY PICK.

Rapidash: For Horse of the Floral Knights/Sherry's horse shaped duel runner...i love that she's a horse girl 🥴

Teddiursa: For that TEDDY BEAR!!! And also, again, her having a Pokemon from the same line as Pokemon Aporia has is just a fun detail for me.

Tsareena: 100% female. Floral Knights/Chevalier le Fleur. Kicks and fights triumphantly.

Iron Leaves: in general Virizion is already a perfect Sherry 'mon (grass horse, based on French literature, etc.) and I imagine she originally had one before it somehow Became an Iron Leaves when she joined Iliaster :^)

APORIA:

Solgaleo: i mean. He Just Looks Exactly Like One!!!! Also Steel/Psychic is a really good type for this big miserable monster lion angel robot. Plus it can be controlled by Necrozma.

Kingambit: Evolved form of Primo's Bisharp, a powerful and intense leader that fights primarily with brute strength. It's also got an ability that boosts its power the more of its allies fall (die <3) Power through suffering!!!

Silvally: Synthetic chimera of mishmashed fused parts created in a lab :) Can only evolve and reach its true potential through friendship :))) also giving him Silvally and Z-one Arceus just to make myself a little sick in the head.

Klingklang: Evolved form of Lester's Klang, mechanical 'mon that echoes the Ark Cradle's Sun Gear(s) that Aporia protects

Ursaluna: Evolve form of Jakob's Ursaring, hulking powerful bear with big claws and a back sail that looks exactly like Aporia's big metal halo.

Iron Jugulis: MEKLORD ASTRO DRAGON TRISKELION!!!! also a hydra like Aporia's duel runner >:D

Z-ONE:

Necrozma: first of all it kind of looks like Z-one's freaky life support+huge claws contraption second of all something something Infinite Light vs. Necrozma being a light consuming monster third of all the way it can dominate and lord over Solgaleo and Lunala. pounds my fists on the pavement.

Celebi: HE'S THE BIG BAD HE GETS AS MANY LEGENDARIES AS HE WANTS and he needs Celebi of course. Time Angel :)

Omastar: Freaky ancient Pokemon that resembles the nautilus shape of Z-one's contraption...also there's something about fossils being kept alive in there somewhere I'm sure.

Mimikyu: this is like. perfect for him tbh HDHGSDFG Wears the guise of another Pokemon and pretends to be it (and I would definitely give Yusei a Pikachu,) reacts with violence and panic when pushed into a corner, Fairy type (like all the Timelords are), competitively can fill the niche of being Difficult and full of underhanded status effects and tactics and I think that's just lovely for Z-one <3 In my mind's eye I like to think this was his partner Pokemon from even before The Yusei Factkinning Event.

Bloodmoon Ursaluna: Well it's literally got the odd 'device' clamped over one of its (weird glowing) eyes and also. For Aporia <3 That's Aporia <33 Z-one's giant time-displaced apex predator with a big weird circle on its forehead <3333

Arceus: THAT'S GOD BABEYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Felix had to think for a moment about what Reshi had said. Destino was one to take things a little too far sometimes. However, the sight of her made it difficult to even consider them a priority. Felix just wanted to look into her eyes all day. Those gorgeous, watercolour eyes. She truly was a delightful sight to look at. He had to respond. He couldn’t let a beautiful woman like this wait for him. He could feel his cheeks blushing harder.*

Felix: Sorry, ya beauty is truly distracting. Ya really are just so gorgeous. I really mean that. But… I can see where ya comin’ from. Perhaps I should have a word with ‘em. Maybe. But, I don’t really wanna be responsible for them all the time, ya know? Maybe I can get ya a drink or somethin’ ta help ya forget all about ‘em?

*From the corner of Felix’s eye, he noticed a figure emerging through the crowd, sauntering towards him. Those sunglasses and white hair instantly gave away who it was. It was odd but Felix felt incredibly protective all of a sudden. He shouldn’t feel like that around his friend but something was telling him to not let his guard down. Destino casually approached, resting their arm on Felix.*

Destino: Of course you do. And I’m saying that she isn’t good enough for you. Come on buddy. I know you. Known you for years at this point. I know what you like. And she isn’t on that list. She wouldn’t even be top 50. Just look at her. Disgusting.

*Felix’s feelings were strong for this beautiful woman. He used to not believe in love at first sight but he couldn’t deny what his heart was telling him. He loved this woman and wanted to protect her from Destino.*

Felix: Well, ya clearly don’t know me. She’s one of the most gorgeous woman I’ve ever seen and, for once, I don’t like the fact that ya ain’t being nice to someone I like. No, I’m gonna say love. Someone I love.

*That end part stung like a swarm of beedrill. Love? No, whatever had infected Felix was strong. He wasn’t usually like this. Then again, the Pokémon had never shown any signs of infatuation towards anyone else before. How was Destino supposed to know when he loved someone? They had to snap Felix out of this, somehow. Time to bring out the old Destino special.*

Destino: So, you mean to tell me that this woman who wears curtains for an outfit has captured your heart? This woman who has some of the most disgusting hair I have ever seen and shouldn’t even consider herself a legendary Pokémon because she seems rather basic to me. My friend, you have a shit taste in women. At least choose someone who has a semblance of a sense of style. Come on buddy. You’re lying to yourself.

*Felix's tolerance for Destino's verbal insults had dropped. He could feel an anger flare up inside of him. His face turned hotter, teeth clenched together and his hand curled up into a fist.*

*Destino stumbled back from the impact, sunglasses flying off their face. That was unexpected from Felix. How dare he touch their face like that?! Destino had to stop for a moment. They touched the spot where the hit had landed and pain flared up. Destino’s hand flinched away. That was going to leave a mark. Destino wanted to get angry at Felix. Show their friend that he had no right to touch the Prime of the Underdark's face. They did it with Snow. So what was holding them back from lunging at Felix?

Felix breathed heavily. The gorgeous woman wanted Destino to learn their lesson. Felix figured this would be the best way for it to happen. He'd never punched Destino before. He could see Destino tentatively touch their face. How would Destino react? Felix had to make things clear for his friend.*

Felix: I ain’t gonna have this from you. Ya constant insults. I find someone I like and, as my friend, ya don’t show any support for me? I don't need ya approval about who I can love and who I can't. I don't care about ya shitty opinions. Why do ya even care so much in the first place?

*That was a very good question. Why did Destino care so much? They supposed it was because they just wanted the best for their friend. But something deeper told them that it was more than that. But they still couldn't pinpoint what that was. It seemed Felix wasn't going to back down from his defensive nature. Looking away, Destino felt frustrated. They felt uncharacteristically sad. Sad. Why were they sad? Destino didn’t understand. They were so confused as to how they were supposed to be feeling. They weren't going to respond with their usual demonstration of proving they were the Prime and should be listen to.*

*Destino picked up the sunglasses that had fallen to the ground, placed them back on and brushed themselves off. Destino began to slowly walk away, hand holding their cheek. The pain of their cheek stung, but not as much as what Felix had said. They had to get away. Destino walked towards the outside area. Perhaps the cool night air could cool off these emotions.

No anger? No dominance displays? Not even a slight mention of being the Prime? That was different. Felix watched as his friend quietly walked away from the situation. He hoped what he had done did not draw to much attention to the both of them. He sighed.*

Felix: I'm sorry ya had ta see that. Things got a little heated there. I just couldn't let Destino insult ya like that. I'm hopin' they're off thinking about what I'd said. I'm sorry ya had ta get caught up in all of this. Please, let me get ya a drink or somethin’.

Can you do a little story about rocket fled au ash steling some pokemon. I really like that au.

Mmmmm sure!

The pokecenter was always quiet at night. The thrum of technology being the only loud noise that echoed in the walls.

Ash crept by, keeping his body low as he crept along the floors.

His suit was purely black, and while he didnt need a mask, he knew it was still possibly for those Mew-damned cameras to catch a glimpse of him.

And then it would be over.

He tapped the floor once, watching Meowth turn around.

Pikachu followed a second after, confusion littered across his tiny bright colored face.

Meowth nudged Pikachu over to the edge, closest to edge before he darted off, falling onto all fours as he sprinted across the center in a familiar pattern.

His partner was so smart.

Ash tapped again, Pikachu glanced over and at Ash's waving hand, hesitantly crept back to him.

He didn't blame the mouse, he was still fairly new and didnt know Ash's full process yet.

He smiled, gave the Mouse a little nod and waited.

*crackle*

Pikachu perked up, surprise coloring his face as the lights flickered.

Ash clicked his tongue and Pikachu followed beautifully, bith of them racing around the main service desk quietly and into an unfamiliar room.

Pokeballs all lined across the area, and Ash focused slightly.

He glanced over as the door creaked open, a proud feelig bubbling in his chest as Pikachu immediately turned, fur sparking gently only to fall when Meowth grinned at him.

Ash vaguely swiped over the pokeballs.

Meowth sauntered over, poking Pikachu's nose and then his own, moving over to sniff each and every pokeball.

Pikachu hesitantly followed, eyes closing as he too inspected each one.

Meowth grabbed one, then another, then anothee, handing them ovee to Ash as Pikachu passed over one.

Ash nodded, motioning outwards, and the three of them crept back to their roims.

Meowth broke off midway, and As Ash slipped back into the room with Pikachu in tow, the lights outside the room flickered heavily once more before steadying in strength.

A minute later, Meowth pounced into the room, grooming his paw proudly as the door locked behind him.

"Dis gets easiah and easiah every time." Meowth grinned, nidging Pikachu. "Your first heist went well, once we get more in the zone. You'll be a pro."

"Pi?"

"We only takes a handful of Pokemons. The ones that smell less like humans are the ones that are forgotton or left behinds. The Nurse's wont realize dere gone for a loooong time."

"Pi pichu."

"Nah din't worry's about it. You'd be surprised by how many trainahs dont realize dere pokemon is missing till its too late."

"Let's see our haul." Ash stopped them, even as Pikachu looked increasingly nervous. "Meowth."

Meowth saluted him, digging into the bag at the floor before handing Ash a familiar looking device.

He slapped it onto he pokeball, taking out his Pokedex and tapping the device.

The pokemon underneath registered under his name.

4 pokemon, a strange haul but not an unfamiliar one.

"Dad's gym being here gives us the opportunity to get really strong pokemon." Ash explained to Pikach, removing the device from the Pokeball and passing it to the next. "And it looks like we got an interesting one."

Pikachu peaked over, as did Meowth when he pounced onto the bed.

"Magikarp- Of course," Meowth scowled. "Why do trainers insists on getting these things just to leave dem behind."

"Theyre assholes." Ash grinned, "Probably aiming for a Gyarados against my dad."

"A Fearow?" Meowth swiped at the screen. "Its probably weak."

"We need a flying type."

"Dat's useless against your dad."

"I know."

"Pi pikachu."

Ash glanced down, face scrunching up."

"A Beedrill... Really? Of all the things-,"

"Dey could be strong," Meowth sighed, shaking his head. "Give it a shot kid."

"Shuttup," Ash scowled. "Let's see what Pikachu brought."

He swiped left again, only for his face to color in surprise.

"Is dat a Flareon?"

"Looks like we got a decent one." Ash hummed, ignorig Meowth's twisted face.

"Flareons are da weakest of da Eevee trio. Dey learn next to nothing!"

"So are Meowths," Ash shot back, rolling his eyes. "I taught you to be strong without looking at your moves. But with all 4 of these, we can at least get a decent start. All of these except Flareon aren't gonna look too weird. But we can always futz this for a traded pokemon."

"FIIIIINE,"

"Pi pikachu?"

"Yeah, you did good." Ash smiled, rubbing his new partnee's head and watching the mouse melt under his touch.

It was a good start after all

"Dear Vivianne and Andrea,

Hello my girls. I’m sorry I had to leave so suddenly, especially after Queenie had her pups! I hope they’re all doing well, you’ll have to tell me their names when I get back.

I’m splitting this letter into two parts, Drea darling your part is first, and then Dewdrop.

Drea: Hello sweet girl, how are Blue and Whisky doing? Before I left, I bought some more bathing sand for Blue. I was thinking we could get sort of a sand-box situation out back, so that Blue and Whisky could bathe without making as much of a sandy mess in the bathroom haha.

I’ve attached a few pictures of rock types I’ve spotted in Sinnoh that I thought may bring you some joy. Mostly it’s Bonsly and Sudowoodo. If you think you’re ready for a third, Bonsly are very simply pokemon to take care of, and very loving little chaps. I could always adopt one for you while I’m here.

Also, I’m bringing you home just an absolute load of Poffins. I never quite mastered making them myself, but if you like these ones, I will make a new effort in learning how to make them properly. I know you love your pokeblocks, but they aren’t…particularly made for human consumption. However!! Poffins are the Sinnohian equivalent of pokeblocks, and due to the way they are made they are also edible for humans. I begrudgingly ate a pokeblock so that I could compare the texture and flavor to a poffin, and the flavors are quite similar, although the texture of a poffin is much more fluffy than crunchy, although I would suppose it would depend on how long you baked them…

I’ve gotten off track! I hope you’re still having a good time with your schooling, you’re almost done! Just a few more weeks and we can take our break for summer, yeah? I believe in you, and I think that you’re doing great!

Vivianne: Hello love. Once again, so so sorry I left on such short notice, I was really hoping the Walrein thing would resolve itself, but we know life is never that simple. In the middle of wedding preparations as well, ugh.

Returning to our conversation before we left, how many ring bearers and flower children are we realistically allowed to have? Because I agree on Sprite being the ring bearer, I think it would really appreciate that, and Andrea as the flower girl. But also there’s Bird, and possibly Kittsu, and maybe Beedrill, but I feel as if he would not care as much. My vote is on Sprite and Kittsu as ringbearers, and Andrea and Bird as flower girls. But of course, your input is important to me, and I’m sure Vio would love to be part of the ring/flower children as well.

I do think it would be nice to have a more traditional Crowen wedding :) I was never particularly attached to the Hisuian/Sinnohian wedding traditions anyway. I was doing some research and I thought that the Crowen Handfasting wedding tradition was particularly sweet, and I would like to have that as part of the wedding.

I hope everything is well while I am gone, and that everyone stays in good health. I am amassing sweets and trinkets for everyone when I come back haha.

So I am being more nice! :D one of my teachers is like you too! They decorated their wheelchair with loads of stickers and have a very pretty Reuniclus that helps push her around when her arms are tired! Like you and the mons!!

I made a few friends along with friends outside the special program! they sit with me during lunch and they are really really nice! One of them has a huuuuge dragonite and the other one has loads of Omastar! They all make sure nobody picks on me :D

I might try the poffins but I still really like the pokeblocks, Nana started making safer ones for me and they are like little hard chalk-y candies instead! so im no longer eating the bad ones even if I reallllly want to eat them!

Hello Starlight, Don't feel so bad for leaving, Emergencies can pop up out of nowhere. All that matters is that everyone is safe :) I have been putting some money on the side still for Sprite and Andrea's futures (i'm writing this while they are out!) I know they wont need the money for a *very* long time but I want to make sure that they can still have money there if they need it.

The babies are quite chunky but uh, they mainly get that from their dad. still cannot believe that someone offered to breed their Crowen Gyarados with Queenie to try and get more genetics into the bloodline! they are finally developing their first bristles and I am so happy.

Also I would love to do the handfasting tradition! My mother still have photos of her grandparents doing the tradition! I still can't believe that you went all the way to get those books for the wedding, Starlight. I truly am a lucky woman.

on a serious note I have been having nightmares, its hard to remember how they go but im sure it's just because I got so used to knowing you were in the home too. I can't wait till you get home! Liam has missed pestering you and your team for sure :)

Since y'all are sleeping on my Tetovage masterpost, I'm going to post them all individually with extra tidbits of info and there's nothing you can do about it!!

Twelfth is Bug!

For the Pokemon, when I only had one choice, I picked Beedrill because... Drill. I wasn't very excited to do it though. When I decided to do two Tetos, I removed Beedrill and just tried picking what I thought would be fun, and then I thought of the past/future theme, so I went with Slither Wing and Volcarona.

They were the choices for the longest time, until I wanted to cull back some Gen 9 choices to make things... a little more fair. Some Gens still got less rep but whatever. I had Shedinja on my list for a long time so that ended up being the replacement for Slither Wing. The replacement for Volcarona I kept hesitating on. Eventually, I picked Vespiquen, because I otherwise had NO Gen 4 representation.

I really wanted to pick Masquerain, it's one of my favourite Bug Pokemon, but I like Vespiquen, too! You can see a lil Masquerain in the book SV's reading as a lil easter egg, I guess. :)

For the character designs... oh boy I struggled, man. I initially just threw down... whatever I thought of. I was doing something completely unrelated when I suddenly had a thought out of nowhere about a Teto with a hood on her head and giant orb eyes staring at you while she plays video games. Giving some more thought to it, I based her a little big more off of Penny from Scarlet/Violet and gave her a Pokemon bag. Venonat was the best choice cuz it's just a fluffy lil guy!

For SV, I struggled a lot with it. I wanted to give her a silhouette that made it look like she had a lot of arms, hence why I wanted 4 drills of hair. I toned it down a little bit and tried to just make it more of a... casual dress. In the end, the shawl/sweater/I don't know what it'd be called was to emulate a shell/wings. That was the best I could think of tbh.

Piers thinks it interesting that you're from a different region, one that's so sunny and hot, compared to Galar's cooler climate. He teases you about getting cold easily, but on the flip side thinks you're nuts for wearing a sweater on the greatest heatwave in a century (buddy, it's like 70 degrees F / 21 degrees C??).

Piers likes hearing all the phrases that you brought from Alola. You say "Alola" as hello, along with your wave, you say "yeah" a lot and call everyone "cousin" and Piers thinks it's the cutest thing. He's this close to writing a song about it, but wants to keep your cuteness to himself at the same time. He'll write one just for your ears only, he thinks, listening to you ramble away about some funny story from childhood

If you have an Alolan specific Pokémon, he's very interested in them. He's especially curious of the Alolan variations of Pokémon he already knows about. Show him a Alolan Dugtrio and you will witness the first and only time that Piers has laughed himself to tears. Don't worry about the Pokémon, though. They know they're fabulous. It's Piers you should worry about; he's about to bust a gut

Hau:

Hau is too excited that you're from a different region, especially one so different to his. He begs you to tell him everything you know about Unova. It's all so foreign to him, so he thinks anything you tell him is the coolest thing every. It's cute, how starry-eyed he gets hearing about things as simple as the pizza ratata on the subway. You want to take him one day, just to see his reaction, but you'll save that for when you both are older and more experienced with Pokémon

Hau wants to battle you all the time. You being from a different region means you must have different ideas for strategies! And Hau wants to become stronger, so please teach him what you know! You spend a lot of time training together, then taking time off to get malasadas as you relax on the beach. Hau enjoys this time with you, more than he enjoys the taste of malasadas, which is a lot

If you have Unovan Pokémon with you, Hau is on his knees, eager to bond with them. Their novelty enthralls him, and they mean a lot to you, so he wants to befriend them as well. He's especially interested in your Beedrill, but warns you to keep it out of Guzma's sight. Don't need the big bad boss harassing you over seeing your cool bug

Emmet:

Emmet thinks you're the funniest thing since slapstick. He loves how properly you speak, and the little phrases you say. They're nothing like anything he hears in Unova, especially Nimbasa (where everyone speaks like they're from Brooklyn), so you're a refreshing and amusing change of pace. Emmet could listen to you talk for hours, and he wants to as well! You talk him right to sleep most nights

He wants to know everything about the train systems in Galar, he knows you have them. If you're not that knowledgable about them, he's sitting you down for you both to do a deep dive into the subject. He wants to open a battle subway there too, or maybe just a battle train? Will you help him if he does? You could be one of the trainers that other trainers have to beat to get to him. Make him sleep on the couch for not including you as one of the final bosses

If you have an Galarian Pokémon, he wants to battle with them. It doesn't matter if they're on your or his team, he wants to see them in action. In fact, should you bring him an Applin, explaining the significance of the little Pokémon, you'll get to see Emmet smile so wide while crying at the same time while also trying to kiss you and it to death. He loves you so much!!

this was fun! the different pokémon that populate the different regions would intrigue the boys to no end in different ways, yet the same ways as well. it was fun to think about!!

Ritchie and Laura

So I vaguely implied it in the very first post, but I'm heavily leaning into the whole "Ritchie is a Discount Ash" Thing in the Papa Meowth AU by making him a Zorua whose parents are a Zoroark and Sandslash from the future, as a parallel to Ash and Delia's whole Mystery Dungeon thing. Why they time traveled is spoilers for Sinnoh. He also has a human sister named Laura who has a mysterious connection to Celebi (mysterious because I haven't figured out what it is or what it means and this buys me some time), as Maria's counterpart.

They've got their own, mostly off-screen journey that strongly parallels Ash and Maria's, including stumbling into their own World Saving Adventures at roughly the same time, though the two journeys overlap occasionally, usually at either the few Canon times Ash and Ritchie have run into each other or during Adventures that are too big to have a reasonable counterpart. This means the two of them and their problems are going to end up plot relevant, especially in Sinnoh.

Anyway, here's their teams up through Orange Islands (they don't show up in the Orange Islands for the record, that's just where Ash and Maria's team list stopped so far). And yes, they both nickname their Pokemon.

Ritchie

Sparky (Pikachu)

Happy (Butterfree) (he probably caught it as a Caterpie but I'm basing the initial stage shown in the list on whatever they first get introduced as)

Naginata (Spearow)

Rooter (Venusaur)

Zippo (Charmander>Charmeleon) (evolves during his battle with Ash's Charizard, which is an actual battle this time)

Torpedo (Tentacool>Tentacruel) (evolves off-screen, not sure when that'll be revealed)

Alec (Morgrem>Grimmsnarl) (A perfect gentleman, in contrast to most of his species. Makes liberal use of Charm and Flatter.)

Sir Daniel (Cubone>Marowak) (the one I mentioned as evolving in the same match as Ash's Cubone. Rock (Squirtle) (basically Mega Man as a turtle since I made the Squirtle Squad Leader basically Sonic. Has Mega Launcher, Protean and Trace, and somehow knows Sketch, Mimic and Copycat) (yes I rotated which starter ends on what stage. because why not)

...alright, so what's going on with Lilac?

Well, I needed to give them an equivalent to Mewtwo Strikes Back since Maria got a Pokemon out of it, but by that point in the timeline there's only one Mewtwo, and something Celebi-related made the most sense since Laura's connected to it somehow and Ritchie has his whole "my parents are from the future and my egg was laid there" thing, but there's no Pokemon that has a similar relationship to Celebi as the one Mewtwo has to Mew...

...so I made one up.

Celeborg is what happens when you try to take shortcuts when making a Time Machine. Some idiot Mad Scientist in the distant future decided that instead of actually working out how to travel through time, or bothering to program a proper AI, they'd instead install a Celebi DNA sample into a robot and call it a day. The resulting Reverse Cyborg went through a massive existential meltdown blowing up the lab and stumbling backwards in time in the process, and in its unstable mindset decided to make more cyborgs so it wouldn't be alone as the only Thing like itself (and also the scientist may have been working for an Evil Team so the programming that the Celebi DNA wasn't able to sub in for possibly included world domination-type stuff). Somehow Ritchie and Laura got involved and managed to calm it down and it decided to find a place in the present to live peacefully with any of the Cyborg Pokemon who were interested in staying with it.

Celeborg is Grass/Steel Type (because I continue to insist that Celebi's time powers come from its Grass typing and not its Psychic typing. though Celeborg does still learn plenty of Psychic moves) with Levitate as its usual ability and Download as a Hidden Ability. The version in the AU has both thanks to how Abilities work there. Might draw it at some point.
