Even though I shouldn't be, I'm plotting out a Pacific Rim fanfic and something about Gottlieb's math on the frequency of the attacks bugged the fuck out of me. I just spent way too much time creating a more accurate timeline of every single kaiju attack. Also, nothing in the math indicates a double event, so I'm gonna have to figure out a valid reason for it to occur or it's gonna bug the ever loving fuck out of me.
Is my math perfect? No. Is it better than the movie's math? Yes. Sorry, Hermann.
All of this because I wanted werewolves and a Werewolf Jaeger in PR wtffff

So I downloaded a new dating app. In one afternoon I swiped through every single person on the app within 50miles of me. A lot of them were bc the profiles were either incomplete or gave catfish vibes and then the rest were either not my type or were my type but smoke and my poor asthmatic lungs can’t

Wish me luck y’all! I’ve gotta do seven discussion replies today, one discussion post, and read 170pages and takes notes on that reading. Then for catch up homework from the appendicitis fiasco I have 80pages for one week, one discussion post, and five discussion replies. Not that I’ll get to it but for the next week that I missed I’ve got about 400pages of reading, a discussion post, and five replies.
Will the end ever be in sight? Probably not.

Upside the being thrown out of the house this morning. I woke up and went straight to get bubble tea bc I deserve to treat myself

The basement is almost finished! @zombiichan and I got my two big bookshelves and my desk along with a few small things over from my mom’s. Hurricane Ian has made its way to NoVA so sadly I couldn’t get anything yesterday or today. Unfortunately I won’t be able to make more progress with the basement until the weather settles down. If I’m lucky, after my first day of work tomorrow I’ll be able to spin by my mom’s and grab at least something. Hell, I’ll be happy with just a pair of shoes.
Anyway, I won’t be moving my mattress or school stuff down until the people who handle the AC/Heating system come to change the routing so downstairs actually gets heat and AC again - since my dad was using it as storage he directed AC/heat away to save money. Once I’ve fully moved down I’ll try and maybe host a zoom thing for my followers and friends. Have a chill evening (or afternoon or morning whatever your time zone lol)

great. pretty sure she's awake. haven't finished nearly as much homework as I'd hoped and I haven't done as much packing as i would like and Yavanna's litter box still needs changing. It's a great thing my job is all about prioritizing or else rn I'd be panicking. Not that I'm not but I'm functional while I do it. I also haven't packed my backpack.
