The Ridorana Lighthouse!

(I did rabanastre but I forgot to take screenshots :( I’m still learning how this blog stuff works so it may happen from time to time but I shall update as soon as I go into them!)

This was possibly my favourite thing I’ve done in FFXIV. The Pharos at Ridorana was my favourite area and story arc in FFXII and I was so excited to delve into it in XIV.

In having my two favourite espers as fights in the raid was absolutely a huge treat for me! (Even if I am still somehow pouring out water from my charred boots.... don’t ask!)

The third boss was the calculator boss and honestly I think I need to go back to school...but otherwise it was a lot of fun to fight The Iron Giant.

Finally we get to the end of Ba’Gamnans sad story. A huge change to who he was in FFXII but a beautiful storytelling and everytime I hear the entry quote to his fight (“The Empire is a cancer! And I am the barbers blade!”) still sends chills down my spine!

Next in our tour of Ivalice.. the ordonne monastery!
