I always thought if Team Rocket hacked into the Storage System, they could cause a lot of mayhem. Yet no one ever uses the age-old trope of kidnapping scientists to work for you. Maybe because even bad guys rely on the PC and they need Bill to run maintenance XD But imagine if the tech that turned him into a Pokemon was used by Giovanni? Instead of trying to control Mewtwo, he could BECOME Mewtwo, but a more perfect fusion that can't be broken like in the Detective Pikachu movie?

Team Rocket managed to hack the transfer system in GSC, but instead of stealing peoples pokemon they just made it nonfunctional??? :/

Bill may be a damsel in distress 99% of the time but he also wouldn't take that from Team Rocket. 100% would try to fight back. He's been through this too many times already.

Even Team Rocket uses the PC... Bill's just that powerful. <3

Imagine Bill telepathically crying to a very confused Red and Yellow to help him out. Meanwhile, Daisy is very confused by a giant psychic cat controlling Bill's body... Alternatively you could have Mewtwo fightinng Bill for controll of its body and funny back and fourth between the two. Yellow gets caught in the psychic link crossfire but neither realize.
