This conference is part of the BODYkind project and will offer a variety of workshops exploring relationships between bodies - minds - and communities. The conference is hosted by Piepildīto sapņu istaba, and there are no restrictions on where you can come from. The conference is organized with the support of the Erasmus + Programme. Accommodation, meals, program is covered. The participants need to cover their travel tickets to/from Riga.

This beautiful family of humans came together for four months to study, learn, and grow—together we created a way to be together, to support each other, and to hold space for all that arises. In leaning into the lunar practices of yoga—those that are more reflective than directive—we make time to unwind, to allow things to fall apart, only to find they can then come together again in a new way. It was an honor to hold space for and with each of these full spectrum humans open and express more of themselves, and I am excited to see what they will bring into the world—how they will hold space for others to embrace yoga in all its possibilities. This jump is what I’ve been preparing myself for over a number of weeks. Yesterday I attended a hypnotherapy session. The hypnotherapy session was not about me jumping from a branch that I was scared to jump from. It was all about building confidence, being confident and focused and not fearing failure. I could’ve quite easily have injured myself upon landing as the lighting was quite hard on my feet and ankles. However I was already warmed up and it wasn’t as though I was making the attempt that I succeeded without stretching first.
