I really shouldn鈥檛 have made my current (and general second) run of BG3 as a tempest cleric/storm sorcerer combo, because it's so damn fun that now I won鈥檛 want to play as anything else 馃槀馃檲
#personal#Raksh's gaming adventures#baldur's gate 3#I wanted to do a lightning focused build for my Sasuke-inspired mc#and now Im having so much fun I dont really wanna play as anything else xD#I have an idea for a durge character when I will maybe be able to get to it#an Eris inspired one for a chaotic playthrough and maybe even evil endings ^^#and she's a goddess of chaos so -- perfect ^^#a drow sorcerer would prob be *chefs kiss* on her#and it'll prob be a Very similar build to my current one but maybe I'll manage to do some small changes#like maybe just a multiclass into a wizard instead of cleric#or a different type of cleric hmm#I mean I saw in universe Talos is the god of chaos so that'd fit!#(Nd I can whisper to myself *by Talos not again* while I make the exact same character)#my current drow is lolth sworn and Im kinda regreting I couldnt go with Talos so I might do that small change#we'll see#I might as well get tired around act 3 again and leave the game for some time before coming back to it#I wouldn鈥檛 be surprised if that happened again xD#anyway it's a bit too hot today to game#but then again Im obsessed and in a couple weeks will need to focus on studying so#might as well use the time now xD

#personal#Raksh's gaming adventures#baldur's gate 3#watching the credits as we speak#and gotta say#the song slaps too#but damn did I cry tonight#I don鈥檛 think I was this emotionally touched by a game since AC2#and that was like over a decade ago#but freaking hell#btw funnily enough these last few hours might've made me want to Actually try and romance Karlach#her story hit me the hardest out of everyone's#I wasnt sure - still aint tbh - that I could go for anyone but Astarion yet#Karlach really is best girl#and I kinda wanna do an ending with her#maybe my restarted second run will do xD#and if not then maybe there will be others too ^^#I dont really feel any other romances much so its between these two for sure#anyway pheeeew#this was a journey and a half#gonna be in my feels for days now I can just tell

Alright, I have plenty of time today and like, three missions left before the endgame, so -- between Astarion's quest, getting Gortash's stone and Raphael's House of Hope, I guess it's time to get emotionally destroyed tonight? Since the last two feel very endgame-y and it feels like it'd be kinda weird to just not go straight to the finale after doing them, so. Yeah. I suppose Im gonna be crying over my vampire boyfriend tonight ;_;
#personal#Raksh's gaming adventures#baldur's gate 3#spoilers#baldur's gate 3 spoilers#tagging spoilers just in case#wonder who should I bring with me here#since both my ranger and Astarion are the (mostly long rage) damage dealers#and Id like to have Karlach with me to tank and also do crazy dmg#I thought shadowheart with the light focused spells and heal#and bcs Astarion and her have been the staple in my party throughout most of the game#but I wonder if I should maybe bring Gale with me#bcs his aoe spells are crazy powerful#and I have no idea what's awaiting me#I mean I know what the final choices are#couldn鈥檛 awoid those spoilers#but I managed to stay away from mostly everything else#so this is gonna be a lot of fun with a good dose of heartbreak I suspect#let's do it!

Me, playing Baldur's Gate 3: I need to finish my current playthrough. I only have a few missions left to do. It's gonna be, like, 50h tops. We have holiday coming up, I can do it and then focus on writing my thesis.
Also me: *already planning my second run, breaking my brain over how Im gonna make one of my fave characters in game, and what class or mutliclass to make him, trying to convince myself I Will roleplay so I make at least Some different choices* anyway, When can I start?
#personal#baldur's gate 3#Raksh's gaming adventures#I wanna try and make Sasuke in game#which feels Impossible to get right but I guess making a storm sorcerer is the closest?#and it sounds like a fun class#sucks it doesn鈥檛 make sens to mutliclass into a fighter so I can give him the One ingame Katana#just for the roleplay purposes xD#(yeah I know his sword is a chokuto not a katana but hush it'd fit xD)#and Then there's the lightning charges build one can make too sooooo#yeah lots to think about!#and it all came about bcs I was trying to figure out How to make my second playthrough different xD#bcs Im incapable of doing an evil run lmao#and if I just went with the druid Id Love to play I would just end up doing another good playthrough like my current ranger one#plus I wanna do a dark urge and it feels like it'd fit very nice with the roleplay#in place of the cursed mark and all#Im getting so unironically hyped for that second playthrough#I guess I just really want to roleplay Sasuke in BG3 lmaoo#anyway I have One online class in the afternoon#so plenty of time to go and play for a bit now before that ^^

Im currently reinstalling BG3 to get all the new patches and whatnot so of course instead of focusing on my previous save where I already reached Act 3 Im thinking of starting a new run instead like... it wont even be that different when Im probably just gonna switch from ranger to druid but I wanna.
Plus, I thought of getting some new hair styles and clothes with mods since I saw so many lovely ones all over yt and tumblr, but Im not sure if it won鈥檛 disable my achievements? And I kinda like seeing them so rip new lovely hair styles I guess ;C

Im wondering if should maybe start my (actual) second BG3 playthrough on tactician. It's gonna be tough as fuck, but then again, I feel like I did alright on balanced and learned a lot about how the game works, And there's an achievement sooo... hm
