Redesign of Roundetta, daughter of Betrayus and his ex-second in command Radia Cumference (another OC of mine).
Overall I like this design much better.
The reason behind her having white hair is due to my headcanon about Bet being an albino that happened to dye his hair black.

PMATGA Sir C Headcanons List
Bit of a trigger warning for a few of these, said triggers being PTSD.
His name is Diamitri Cumference (like diameter and Dmitri)
He is bisexual.
He is the ex of Dr Buttocks. They had a loving, passionate relationship for a long time, but conflicting ideals and the war tore them apart, most likely for good. But they're probably not completely over each other yet hehe.
The war left him with severe PTSD and anxiety for years. Getting his hand cleaved off by his ex during said war didn't help either.
He and Buttocks used to smoke TONS of Pot together while they were in college. Lol sorry you had read that one.
He has a sister named Radia, who fought on Betrayus' side as his second in command. She eventually defected to the side of the Resistance after Betrayus physically lashed out at her, which finally caused her to stop being blinded by love for her childhood friend. While in prison she found out she was pregnant with Betrayus' baby, and after her daughter was born she arranged for the child to be sent far away from Pacopolis for two reasons: so she could have a normal life, and so she could be safe when her father inevitably returned.
His memory issues are not due to age; after the war ended he was in so much mental anguish he wanted to forget he ever even knew Buttocks. So he invented a memory wiping device. It didn't work (because of how strong his feelings and memories of his ex still were), but overexposure to the device eventually caused his forgetfulness.
He maintains a jolly, huggable image so others aren't burdened with his problems.
The only other people who have seen the sad, hurt side of him are Spheria and Stratos.

Note
Can we please have more Radia Cumference head cannons? 💓
She was never the tech savvy type unlike her brother. She prefers hand to hand combat.
Also, she and Sir C are currently working on repairing their relationship.
Sir C did not know he had a niece for 19 years, until Stratos told him after she moved to Pacopolis.
He lost it, both out of anger from not knowing, and being mad at Betrayus for having knocked up his sister all those years ago. He starts raving about how he's going to give Betrayus his body back so he can kill Betrayus himself.
...also he punches Stratos in the face too.

An Interesting Arrangement Chapter 6
Cyli approached the safe house, the HQ of the Neo Resistance. It wasn’t anything remarkable, but that was probably for the best. It was simply an abandoned warehouse, well perhaps not abandoned in the sense that they were using it.
She went up to the huge metal door, and rapped on it. “Password”, came a voice she would know anywhere.
“It’s me, Cyli.”
“No password, no entry.”
”Spiral!”
“No password, no entry.”
“Please don’t make me say it…” “No password no entry!”
“Ugh fine… Betrayus is a ****.”
"Correcta-mundo!"
The door slid open, and there was the tall red Pac Worlder who had a priceless shit eating grin on his face. “You know I hate that kind of language, man.”
“Yep!”
Cyli entered the building, the door being shut and locked behind her. Everyone else was already there, gathered around a round table. The Neo Resistance only had 10 members, but that wasn’t likely to change anytime soon. Recruitment was difficult to put it lightly- people were too afraid to rebel which was understandable yet frustrating.
She took her seat at the table, and it was time for the meeting to begin now that everyone was gathered. The leader stood. They had founded the group, and it was easy to see why. They were a large and tough Pac Worlder, and her name was Radia. Radia Cumference. Yes, Cumference.
From what everyone knew, she had originally served as Betrayus’ second in command during the war, but defected after she stopped being in denial about the monster Betrayus had become (she had been blinded by love for her childhood friend, apparently). It was also known that she had managed to avoid being executed, due to being impossible for Betrayus’ forces to catch and had been in hiding ever since. She had become somewhat of an urban legend, with Pacopolis youth spreading stories about how she might be still alive or how they had seen her and such.
Radia cleared her throat, and went over to the white board that was stationed a few feet away from the table. “So as we all know”, she began, “getting new members is tough, especially since we’re sworn to secrecy and people are too scared. BUT! That ends tonight. Our numbers may be few, but so was the case with the original Resistance.”
“But they lost”, said one of the members.
“QUIET! Be that as it may, they never gave up and kept fighting to the bitter end. It was a close fight too, so who says we can’t put up a good fight as well?!”
“But-”
“I SAID QUIET! Do you want freedom or not?!”
“I do.”
“Then shut yer yap and listen. I have an idea, but it won't take just some average Pac Worlder to do it. No- I need someone tough and tenacious, someone who’s good at keeping a secret. What’s this plan you may ask? Hehe, here goes. I need one of you to enlist in that bastard’s army and act as a spy.”
Everyone around the table gasped, one of them nearly fainting. “Oh don’t give me that. This little operation just might be the key to taking him down! Now can I have a volunteer?!”
One person raised their hand- just one. Radia sighed, her expression softening. “Look kid, I know your heart’s in the right place but-”
“Please”, said Cyli, “I can do it!”
“You’re a tough cookie, but also so young. It’d be a shame to put a kid through this. I probably shouldn’t have even let you join…”
“But-”
“No buts except yours back in your place! My word is final. Now, would anyone else like to volunteer?”
No one raised their hand, they all just looked at each other awkwardly. Radia groaned. “Look at you all. I’ve gone across Pacopolis looking for the finest fellas with fighting spirit, and I got a buncha weenies! Meeting’s over. If anyone changes their mind, I’m all ears.”
Well, that was that. Cyli was angry, but knew better than to argue with someone like Radia. She simply decided to head back to the Maze High dorms, feeling foolish for having so boldly offered her services when she already knew deep down she’d be rejected.
She made it back, and climbed back up the rope and shut the window behind her. Good, it didn’t seem like anyone had noticed she was gone. She plopped down on her bed, groaning.
Before she knew it, in spite of her rushing thoughts, she had managed to fall asleep with no idea of just exactly what was to come the next day…

Look! A surprise appearance from another one of my OCs!
I don't like this chapter as much as the others but I can't think of any way to improve upon it. But still, at least it's done. As for what the final word in the password is, I'll leave it up to interpretation.

PMATGA OC- Roundetta Circulara (updated bio)
I know my art isn't too great, but I tried. Yeah you can probably guess who her dad is lol. But don't worry, I worked really hard on the bio and did my best to not make her a complete mary sue. (BIO IS BELOW IMAGE)
Tumblr media
Let’s start with her mother…
Her name is Radia (like the word Radius), Radia Cumference (yes, she is Sir C’s sister). However, during the first and second Pac World wars, she was on Betrayus’ side as his second in command for several reasons of her own, the biggest one being her deep feelings for him, and the fact that she was in denial about how far gone Betrayus truly was. She eventually defected to the Resistance’s side after finally bringing herself to accept that having Betrayus in power would be a very, VERY bad thing and that her feelings meant nothing to him. In fact, it was her defecting that caused Betrayus and his forces to be defeated (she provided vital information about the enemy side).
While she was spared from the en masse execution of Betrayus and his army, she was still considered a war criminal due to her crimes against Pacmanity and was sentenced to 30 years in prison. But wait! Surprise! She’s pregnant, and with Bets’ baby to boot (also apparently Betrayus somehow did not know about the baby, and it was likely best to keep it that way). Now as for WHY she and Bets would have gotten freaky, I have no idea lol.
As per her request, after the baby was born they were taken far away from Pacopolis in order to keep them safe lest Betrayus return let alone find out he has a child which of course would not be so good. This was by far the most bittersweet moment of Radia's life- getting to hold and love her newborn child, but at the same time being forced to give them up. Tears were shed.
As for what Radia is like, she is tough as nails and stern. Unlike her brother Diamitri (it’s a play on the name Dmitri and the word Diameter; it is Sir C’s first name in my headcanon universe), she does not have a penchant for science and inventing, preferring fisticuffs combat. She was Bets' second in command because of her masterful strategic planning and commanding presence. As for her history with Betrayus, for many years she was his only friend all the way from childhood. It had all started when she had boldly defended him from some bullies who were kicking dirt in his face and calling him hateful slurs such as ‘egg’ or ‘snowball’. Since then she had been one of the few to truly stick with him, even during his descent into madness. In the present day she still loves and pities him deep down, but at the same time feels disgusted with herself for ever feeling that way towards someone like that. She also feels deep remorse for her past actions.
As for what her relationship with her brother is like, for a long time it was strained, but it outright broke when she sided with Betrayus during the Pac World wars. In spite of that, they are currently working on forgiving one another and mending their relationship, to the point where Sir C has offered to let her stay with him after she gets out of prison. The exchange letters during her incarceration, and he even visits her from time to time.
Now, about the kid…
They are a she, and are around nineteen years old. Her name is Roundetta Circulara, and as for what she looks like, insert mary sue design here (basically, she inherited her father’s condition known as “Blanche”, aka a rare condition that causes lack of skin pigmentation and red eyes in Pacworlders). The reason she does not have black hair like her father is because Blanche only affects the skin and eyes. The brown hair she inherited from her mother.
Now for her personality. She's loud and outspoken and a prankster, but without a doubt possesses a very kind heart. Despite her very much apparent sweetness, she is more than capable of defending herself. She is deeply compassionate and accepting of others regardless of where they come from, what they identify as, etc. If there is one personality trait she gets from her dad, it's the short temper. Other than that they are pretty much nothing alike.
For many years she was completely unaware of who her parents were, her adoptive parents doing their best to keep it a secret in order to protect her (which of course wasn't a good idea, but they did have good intentions). Not that she didn't know she was adopted, she was just told that her father was dead and that her mom did some very bad things and was in prison. Not lies, but not the whole truth either. It wasn't until she turned 19 and moved out did she learn the truth. She decided to head to Pacopolis in spite of her adoptive parents' protests, but alas they could not stop her. They even had a huge fight about it:
"Why?! It's just Pacopolis!"
"Because…"
"Why?"
"If you go there, he will find you."
"Um who?"
"I shouldn't have said that…"
"What?! Who?!"
Her adoptive father refused to elaborate further, which made Roundetta angry and she stormed away, putting her plan into motion to move to Pacopolis. Yep, another thing she shares with her dad is being very stubborn.
As we all know this eventually brings the events her mother was trying to prevent into reality- Betrayus has already returned, he inevitably discovers Roundetta and she is put in danger because of it. I'm still trying to figure out how he finds her let alone realizes that's his daughter (although I guess her appearance will probably have something to do with it). As for how Bets reacts upon discovering that he has a daughter, he would at first be surprised then not so much after he remembers what happened between him and Radia (whom he now despises due to her turning against him). He would then be angry that he didn't know about her, and would try and genuinely reach out to her only to be coldly rejected which would leave him devastated, then angry all over again.
Then there's this thing where she meets her uncle Stratos and Diamitri, and eventually her cousin Elli along with the main trio and stuff. It's mostly heartwarming, but at the same time tense.
Here is some trivia about her:
If she were a ghost, she would of the ice variety (this is meant to symbolize just how far she contrasts with her dad).
She is pansexual.
Upon learning who her father is, she was horrified but at the same time felt dumb for not figuring it out sooner. Aaaand she also naturally wants nothing to do with him.
Adding onto that, she now has feelings of insecurity about it.
When it comes to her thoughts on ghosts, she's less afraid and has more of the 'why can't we all get along' opinion.
Her favorite music genres are punk rock and metal.
She has a black cat named Sprinkles, said cat being her best friend that she loves dearly.
Her favorite food is... anything with sugar or carbs.
In the present day she wishes she had heeded her adoptive parents' warnings and feels bad about getting into that fight with them and being stubborn.

Bittersweet, a PMATGA Oneshot
“Keep pushing! Keep going!”
“You’re doing great!”
There I was, laying on a hospital bed in the prison’s medical unit, having a baby. HIS baby.
I was surrounded by doctors and nurses, who kept doing their job and urging me to keep pushing. They had smiles on their faces, but I could see in their eyes that their praises and encouragement meant nothing- they were hollow. Not that I could blame them- I WAS a war criminal after all, guilty of crimes against Pacmanity and sentenced to 30 years in a top security prison.
It was truly a wonder I wasn’t executed along with the rest of the enemy side, but I supposed me defecting in the nick of time might have had something to do with it. In fact, it was me switching sides that caused them to lose- you see, I was quite an important member of his army, his second in command as a matter of fact. It was me providing vital information about the enemy that allowed the Resistance to emerge victorious.
Now, as for WHY I had defected… I was in denial about how far gone he was for so long, blinded by love for my childhood friend. But alas, I had to accept the truth eventually. And when I did, I knew I couldn’t stand idly by and allow him to rule Pac World his own way. I just couldn’t.
These were thoughts that went through my mind as I continued pushing, groaning in pain. Then, it happened- the air was now full of the sounds of crying- the cries of a baby. I had finally done it. My vision was blurry due to the tears in my eyes, but I could see something in the arms of one of the doctors… something white. Was that… my baby?
“Radia Cumference”, the doctor said going over to me after the umbilical cord had been cut and tied, “congrats. It’s a girl.”
He handed my baby to me, and my suspicions were proven correct. She was a milky white color, just like him. The newborn opened her eyes, and they were a striking shade of red, again just like her father. In fact, if it wasn’t for the brown hair and the fact that it was a girl, you would have thought you were looking at a baby version of the father. But I didn’t care about that. What mattered was that she was my baby, and I loved her.
More tears came as I held the child close. “Roundetta”, I croaked out. “Pardon”, said the doctor. “The baby’s name is Roundetta”, I said louder. I had always wanted a daughter with that name.
But like all good things, it had to come to an end. I knew I couldn’t keep Roundetta here… not in this prison, not in Pacopolis. He was going to return, I just knew it. That was why I couldn’t let Roundetta stay here. I had to do my part to keep her safe.
To be honest, I couldn’t have been holding my baby for more than ten minutes, but to me it felt like an eternity- a sweet, blissful eternity. It was with a heavy heart that I requested for Roundetta to be taken far away from here, somewhere where her father would not find her lest he return. Surprisingly, they obliged.
I began to yell and sob as the child was taken from my arms, no doubt to have a home be found for her. I was inconsolable, crying out for my baby desperately.
Who could have known that the best night of my life would inevitably lead to by far the worst night of my life nine months later… and in spite of it all, I still loved that man. That bastard who was responsible for both wars and countless deaths. I loved him, but I loved my baby more. I knew it was for the best to have her sent away, but it was still by far the most pain I would ever feel.
“Roundetta”, I mumbled, my voice hoarse, “be safe.”
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roundetta is one of my PMATGA OCs, and her bio is here:
Her mother is Radia Cumference, who is Sir C's sister. For many years she was Betrayus' only friend all the way from childhood, at the same time being deeply in love with him and in denial about how far gone he was which was why she initially sided with him during the Pac World Wars. Also Betrayus had no idea that he had a daughter for 19 years, which was likely for the best.
