So I just wanted to ask and say some things.

First of all:

Ur Ink u did for Inktober was really pretty. Look forward to any more Inktober pictures u can do. Only if u can though.

2nd of all: That Halloween Special AU art of Paps and Sans was so cute! Small baby-ish (demon; I think) Paps and teethwear (demon; I think) and/or braces Sans are so cute. I like their aesthetic too.

3rd of all: I was wondering how u been doing on any of ur projects

(like, Dead Ringer, which, I am very excited for the next episode of, and to see some of Sans, Paps, and Frisk's story of Dead Ringer. Will hopefully say something about Ep3 like I have done about the other previous episodes in some form. Or also like Bonnytale; which I read ur update(s) about on it's blog. And I am also very excited about. Or Inkuabtor. Ok, I probably spelled that wrong. Which, I am curious about. And the TikToks of it have been fun. I do hope u share it's story besides TikTok though. I will use TikTok sometimes. Like to see stuff and/or creators' stuff I like; like you. But I do admit; I don't use TikTok that much).

I know u have been jumping around them (and/or maybe even others), and/or probably are just busy and stuff. And I can wait for stuff. I know things can take awhile, and people have lives.

I am just curious.

4th of all: It looks like Hazbin Hotel is coming out in January, and if u are still doing Underhell, that means u will be getting more for that AU/series soon. Which is super cool. I love that AU, and the art and character stuff and stuff have done with it so far.

Also, since Hazbin Hotel is premiering soon, Cartoon Universe did a cool video called: "EVERYTHING You Need To Know Before Hazbin Hotel's Premiere!" , that has some cool info about Hazbin Hotel; that could be useful for ur AU/Underhell

Will say more about Underhell in another Ask, I feel like I have too much to say about it to have it in this ask, and I feel like it's better as it's own other Ask. Plus, this Ask is getting there in length. I don't know when I will send in that other Ask for Underhell though. Also, should I send that Underhell Ask on the Underhell Blog, or this blog?

1. I have been doing some inktober works however I’m currently in a headspace where im overally critical with my work so i haven’t been posting them (here’s one i did but i redid it i will post the new one later today)

2. i love my little vamp au even tho i have not build on it and aren’t planning to its still fun to me and im glad u enjoyed it ^-^

3.deadringer process is still slow as i’m focused on college but i have been getting a lot of progress done in which i honestly didn’t think i would, turns out hang drawing/animating as a stress reliever helps me grandly lmao. Also i’m proud of the improvements from the first episode to this one.

As for inkubator I do plan on posting it on Tumblr. So it will only be available on Tumblr and Tiktok! I might have to make another blog for it ooo

4. I have been doing redesigns and story updates on underhell but i haven’t been able to work on it as much as im hyperfixiated on my purple babies (deadringer) and inkubator :’D I will take a look at that though!

5. Any blog is fine! ^-^ im sorry for the slow updates on underhell i promise ill get there 😭

Well, we have to talk. First of all, thank you for always reading this comic, really it makes me happy! Honestly, I never thought it would go this far. After, as you do not know, basically, this comic was supposed to be a "test" to help me get my hands on it, to then embark on my real comic book projects. My point is that it was supposed to be about twenty pages, but the more time passed, the more ideas I had for the future (which is cool in real life!), but you can imagine that, suddenly, the first pages are a little obsolete now, and that there are ideas that I should have introduced before. I thought a lot, and one day my friend the laziness told me "break your ass, a text takes 2 minutes to write, rather than having to do everything again". So there you have it, this page is used to give the information you are missing for the rest which are: - That Hell and Frisk are currently living in the underground - That the underground is not the place where monsters lived before - That Hell doesn't give a damn that everyone is dead, but that what annoys him the most is being alone - That Hell seems to feel a blue fear of the "monster" - And that Hell seems not to want to return to his hometown with Frisk From now on, I assume that you have this information. Well, while we're at it, we can talk about the rest of the story (what are you still standing? sit down, pour yourself a drink, I have syrup, no alcohol at home) Yes, suddenly, bah the chapter is soon finished (it dragged that one), I have the impression that it's been 6 years that I've been on it (9 months to the day), there remains only the "final scene", if I can say like that, which starts on the next page (so next Saturday), the rest will have to be quite fast after, We will get to the heart of the matter, making less and less innuendo. If you are reading this, it is because you are still here, I can applaud you (clap, clap), even I would not have the courage to read again. I will take this opportunity to ask you a question then: What do you think of Hell (Sans)? Answer honestly, rather nice, his maybe your friend, or on the contrary, you hate him. I really want to know, for the future, its could be ... ... Very ... Very ... Interesting

Something i think we all want to know is what is the change in Under"Hell", like in projects like Alterhell, TK!Hell and just Underhell in general what makes underhell different?

The thing that makes UnderHell diffrent form other Aus is the hell that the characters are going though. Mentally not physically, i’v never been foun of the demonic idea (Leave that to someone else) but i’v never seen the suffering troup used before or at least not that often. Even in some of the best Aus the idea of someone consistent suffering seems to get shined over by emotions such as Hatred, kindness or even sadness. But suffering is such a feeling aswell.

The “Hell” part of the Au is to define what the characters essential feel like, they are suffering and are uable to remove such a feeling until some driving force or someone dear to them can give them the will to move on from that said feeling.

for example:

the scene where Asgore hints at the ide he may love toriel is not a sign of suffering for him, but for sans. Sans now needs to find a way to win over tori and not possibley get hurt or maybe even die from Asgore’s new interference in their affairs.

I enjoy using things most people wouldn’t think about to show different possible levels of pain,grief and overall suffering. Overprotective bro such being in the comic is one huge form i wasn’t thinking of going on with, but being a artist and storyteller my mind just wondered into a new realm of possibilities aswell.

You want to see Sans and Tori get together just like in the original AlterTale, but the slight difference between the two is that where there was a vocal obstacle holding sans and tori back in the original story there is now a physical and a vocal obstacle keeping them apart.

But overall The term “Hell” in a Au context is a word or meaning of Suffering, it is to change the level of threat and or pain and grief the characters are going through in a Au. So if you ever wish to make a UnderHell Au spinoff like Swapfell or fellswap, remember that this.

As I promised, with this post I start sharing my favourite video game music of all times!

@em-n-underhell sent me an ask recently about how they set one of my songs as their phone alarm. This theme from Final Fantasy IX (that it’s also the first one that you can hear as you start the game) has been my phone alarm for more than 10 years. I can’t get enough of its simplicity, yet marvelous setting; I predict I’ll keep using this song as an alarm as long as I live!

(Bonus fact: my final career project was about FFIX’s music. I rocked it!)

But we’re going to put aside those success stories for now, and look at the best total conversion mods that are still completely free. After years of work and hundreds of hours of development, these mods are so well crafted that if you squint just a little, you may just mistake them for full standalone games.

The ability to completely transform your existing game into an entirely new one using total conversion mods is yet another reason why gaming on PC is so good. So, as part of our PC Gaming Week 2018, here’s our pick of the best total conversion mods you can install and play right now for free.

1. A Game of Thrones – Crusader Kings II

Released not long after Crusader Kings 2 itself, A Game of Thrones is not only a perfect fit for the mechanics of Paradox’s feudal grand strategy game, but hands down the best video-game set in George R.R. Martin’s blockbuster fantasy world.

A Game of Thrones may sometimes appear to be all battles and dragons and bad language, but really it’s a saga of political intrigue, scheming and Machiavellian plotting; who should be married off to whom, and for what gain? What would assassinating a certain lord do to your claim on their land? How do you clamber your way up the feudal ladder to get to the Iron Throne?

Its themes meld perfectly with Crusader Kings II, and this mod realises George R.R. Martin’s world right down to the writing and the topographical lay of the land.

And yes, of course there are dragons…

2. Enderal – The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

One of the most polished total conversion mods ever made, Enderal could just about pass off as its own triple-A game.

German developer SureAI (who also made stunning Oblivion mod Nehrim) pulled out all stops, writing and voicing tens of hours of dialogue (that arguably outdoes Skyrim’s oft-risible script), and painstakingly building a beautiful new world that offers around 100 hours of content.

Within Skyrim’s rather action-orientated engine, Enderal manages to find its own identity, and in many ways harks back to old-school RPGs; it’s tough, with a traditional levelling system, no fast travel, and slow pacing, while offering a powerful story that often ventures into darker, more mature territory than Skyrim’s mass-market take on high fantasy.

3. Gekokujo – Mount & Blade: Warband

Mount & Blade: Warband is the quintessential feudal sandbox, letting you create a character in a central-European kingdom and build them up into a roving mercenary, a heroic commander or, ultimately, a lord who answers to no one. You go about this through a messy, delightful mix of direct combat, RTS-like strategising, and RPG-like decision-making.

Gekokujo takes all that, and whisks it off to Sengoku-era Japan. The world map spans the entire Land of the Rising Sun, complete with major kingdoms, villages, cities, holdings, and lords for you to saddle up with (before, inevitably, betraying them).

Weapons, armour, clothing and architecture are faithful to the setting, and a whole world of dialogue and events has been written to convincingly migrate the inimitable Warband formula to the Far East.

4. X-COM/UFO: Enemy Unknown – X-Piratez

The original 1994 turn-based squaddie alien shooter X-COM UFO: Enemy Unknown has been kept alive thanks to the OpenXcom Extended open-source project. Based on this, X-Piratez is a fascinating piece of punky fan-fiction set in the same universe, borrowing ideas and mechanics from the whole gamut of X-COM games.

Set in a future where the X-COM resistance was crushed by the alien invaders, X-Piratez casts you as a buccaneering crew of space-pirates, robbing settlers and plundering ships until the intriguing plot inevitably brings you into contact with greater threats.

With its unique arsenal of makeshift weaponry, fresh tech tree and lowlife factions, it all feels refreshingly scrappy compared to the high-tech shenanigans of the mainline series.

5. Underhell – Half-life 2

From Black Mesa to Garry’s Mod, by way of Natural Selection, Half-life 2 has been the launchpad for several successful mods that went on to become fully fledged games. One of the ones that never made the jump, however, was Underhell.

Following a psychologically-spiraling S.W.A.T. operative who’s struggling to deal with his wife’s death, Underhell is part puzzler, part horror, part bullet-time shooter that’s thick in atmosphere and experimental storytelling.

The action flows like a fever dream between a dreamworld, spooky home and vicious action, making Underhell stand alongside The Stanley Parable as one of the more artful Half-life 2 mods.

Sadly, only one of the intended six episodes of Underhell was ever made, with developer We Create Stuff’s priorities shifting to other projects in recent years.

6. The Dark Mod (Thief) – Doom 3

The Thief IP, once revered for its revolutionary stealth mechanics and level design, was run into the ground with the facile 2014 reboot. Luckily, The Dark Mod, a total conversion mod for Doom 3, is as fine a spiritual successor to the original games as you could ask for.

The Dark Mod eschews combat and action in favour of good old-fashioned stealth.

Stick to the rafters, extinguish candles with water arrows, and loot the rich and wealthy of a brooding steampunk city that’s somewhere between the worlds of Thief and Dishonored. The base mod (now standalone) is just the tip of the arrow, as it’s bolstered by hundreds of excellent community-made levels.

7. The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age – Medieval II: Total War

There’s no shortage of Middle-Earth-themed mods out there, but, like Gandalf at a Hobbiton pipeweed convention, this one stands tall among them.

So complete and detailed is The Third Age – from Rohirrim shield crests to the city layout of Osgiliath – that seven years on, it remains the most popular LoTR mod for Total War.

It’s spawned a slew of sub-mods too, including the relatively-recent The Third Age: Reforged, which adds new factions, animations and units.

As a sidenote, if you’re on the Total War: Warhammer battlewagon, check out the recently-released The Lord of the Rings: Rise of Mordor. It’s far from complete yet, but looks promising and could yet become the true successor to The Third Age.

8. Fall from Heaven 2 – Civilization IV

Staying on the theme of historical strategy games with a fantasy makeover, Fall from Heaven 2 is a superbly imagined swords-and-sorcery overhaul of Civilization IV.

It transports the history-spanning formula to a lore-rich fantasy world brimming with magic spells, Hero units (complete with properly designed models), demonic religions and its own arcane tech tree.

It’s not always easy for a total conversion mod to evoke a powerful atmosphere that really sets it apart from its base game, but Fall from Heaven 2 pulls it off with aplomb, thanks to an encyclopaedic amount of lore, and a soundtrack that immerses you in its faraway world of werewolves and wizards.

9. Fallout 1.5: Resurrection – Fallout 2

This one’s for the retro PC gamers for whom Fallout is a game of taking turns and isometric cameras – none of this pseudo-FPS nonsense.

Released in 2016, Fallout 1.5 is a total conversion mod for Fallout 2 which crams a 25-or-so-hour chapter between the events of the first and second games, taking you to the post-apocalyptic wastes of Albuquerque, New Mexico (no signs of a drug-lab camper van out in the scrublands, sadly).

Fallout 1.5 is well-written and old-school relentless, which you’ll learn from the off as you’re beset by sizeable mobs of ghouls and rats. True to the spirit of the original game, Fallout 1.5 also throws some dark questlines and morally murky quandaries at you, so be prepared to have your Karma sternly tested.

10. The Nameless Mod – Deus Ex

Another option for gamers of a certain vintage, the Nameless Mod takes Deus Ex’s cyber-noir tone of gravelly voices and shady conspiracies, and amplifies it.

Set in a city that’s a manifestation of tribal internet forum culture, it’s a strangely apt game given the make-up of society today.

Forum City is a place of lonely neon lights and zeal-maddened characters, weighed down by an air of constant paranoia that you must stop from spilling over into self-destruction.

What’s impressive about The Nameless Mod is how it manages to build on certain areas of the original Deus Ex; the AI is more responsive to your actions, and the story can pretty much split into two depending on your decisions, coming good on that bold promise that ‘Every Choice Matters’.

And I am excited for it.

No rush though!

I just really love Bonnytale! I love everyone's designs and ur descriptions of them and how magic, flowers (I love the flowers stuff), GB's, and/or stuff works in Bonnytale.

I think my favorite designs so far/right now in Bonnytale are Undyne, Sans and Paps and their GB's, Frisk and Chara, and Gaster! But the designs look great for everyone.

Been loving all the Bonnyale stuff u have released. A lot of them is very funny, pretty, cute, interesting, etc.

Bonnytale is just such a cool AU!

Loved the art u did for Distorttale I think, of Priest!Sans and Demon/Demon-Possessed Paps?; either way, that art looked creepy, dark, and cool.

That was some nice Killer art u did too. I love Dust more, but I do also love Killer a lot too!

Last but not least, I love ur "Undertale/DustTale: Dead Ringer" series so much! I have a lot to say about it, but I will probably save that for the YouTube comments of those videos for that series on YouTube.

I will say though; that that series is probably one of my favorite takes on DustTale so far, and I really love the idea of a Dust (and Phantom) winding up in a more pacifist timeline. Everyone's designs also look really cute, creepy, and nice (and stuff). I esp. love Frisk and Chara (I love how Frisk looks like a demon/horror movie child, while Chara just so looks so happy and sweet), Sans from the more pacifist timeline, Dust and Phantom (they are so, SO good), Paps, and Alphys (she is just so cute. And it seems like Dust might have a history with her in his timeline? Maybe. Might be reading too much into that. But I do really like Sans and Alphys stuff).

Excited for more of "Dead Ringer"! No rush though. I am excited for more, but like, I can wait.

I got more to say, but I save the "Dead Ringer" stuff for probably their YT videos, and any other stuff for reblogs and stuff.

As for bonnytale, the animation trailer is 100% comeplete! But after some thought I think I should released the trailer at the same time I released the first beginning episode and that should come around…I’m not sure, hopefully this year though! Meanwhile I will upload short comics and junk about that au. I will have to change that date from March to something else as working on 2 projects has caused me a burn out, which brings to just working on one project a step at a time.

As for DeadRinger I am currently working on that and i should say the third episode should be out somewhere in early June, it is a longer episode and is catching up nicely. There should be 7 total episodes of that. Also Sans and Alphys relationship is a kind of relationship like Undyne and Papyrus, so Alphys tends to tell Sans a lot of this and Sans does the same with her as well.

Since I’ve graduated high school recently I now can focus my time on these projects more :D, along with other side aus like underhell (that I’m redoing designs and story lore bit) and distorttale (which I would get into later).

Comic ideas and Release dates(Hopefully)

Hello guys I know i’v been away a lot of time, but not without things to asure you guys the wait was worth it. I’v had some comic ideas and also been working on the manga I said I was gonna do aswell, but that one is going to take a while so I’m going to be releasing them in the amount of time it should take to finish them.

1. GrimmTale(I’v already started on the first chapter and must say...I’m pretty happy with how I think this thing might turn out. Now obviously i’m not goin to put a lot of effort into a whole nother Au but I hope you guys can fall in love wit this story as much as I think you will ^^) Release date for the first Chapter should be tomorrow.

2.Tk vs Uh (W have’t forgotten about you guys XD we just a bit buys) well come hopefully soon ^^

3. UnderHell Offical story( Now I’v been getting a lot of ask and people messaging me about “when is the UnderHell story gonna be relased” and well i’m givng myself a mental note about it now XD, so hopefully once i’m done with all things Hell, then I can finally focus on him) Relase date will be once all collabs and anything else that Hell!Sans is involved in are finshed

4.BoxHead ( This is a project that I can’t begin to describe how much means to me.how much it means to me, but i’ll try XD. BoxHead is something that i’v been thinking off and on about making, I don’t want to stop posting stuff for you guys ^^ and I know you guys love UnderHell and want to see how much more popular it can get or overall just love the story. And I don't want to stop doing UnderHell, but the undertale field can get very tiresome and sometimes a bit overwhelming, but don't get me wrong your guys ‘s support through making UnderHell and now finally making a place for it in the community above most others with the same name is more than I could have ever asked for. So I hope you guys continue to love it and overall remember to reblog all the things you enjoy about it ^^. But making BoxHead somethin that I can say I kinda own is kinda bittersweet in away because it means i’m not competing against other people with the same idea, but instead making my own. There is no doubt the undertale community has left a mark on my life ither it be good or bad, but it will be an experience I will remember and use for further projects. Another major thing for Boxhead is that I want to take it even further than my original thoughts for underhell, so not only will I be in control of the world my chareacters are in, but overall I will be able to make my own decicions based on my own world. And a little note out to all the creators out there who are having a hard time getting their work up or even getting noticed at all. Try doing something your committed to, a lot of good artist that I see in this community end up giving up on their art skills because they don't feel like they got the courage or sheer luck others do. And all I got to say to that is “BULLSHIT!” you have the power to make GREAT THINGS! People like Tobyfox or the creators of Error,Cross or any other sans shouldn’t scare you, but they should INSPIRE YOU!. Try getting out the Undertale box a little and let your creativity flow! Hell maybe you’ll make the next great meme.)
