I’ve always wanted them to expand on the Underworld, so meet my Ninjago OC’s!

Backstory:

After Garmadon left, a new hierarchy dedicated to making the Underworld a bit more peaceful was established. The King Hemlock and Queen Desert-Rose had a daughter (Princess Nightshade). According to LEGO, the Underworld is where “fallen warriors who have never fully realized or accepted their passing” go. In life, Illisha was the known Elemental Master of Illusion. Her remote village, which had never seen Elemental Masters, thought she was a witch. They killed Illisha’s parents in front of her eyes, then her. She somehow kept her Elemental Powers, and now uses them to disguise herself as human (she is now a Skeleton). Nightshade found Illisha when she arrived in the Underworld, calming her after Illisha had a panic attack about dying. Those who go to the Underworld forget their name, so Nightshade named the girl Illisha. Illisha feels indebted to Nightshade, which led her to become her personal guard. Illisha is EXTREMELY protective of Nightshade, and will literally put herself in immense danger if it means Nightshade will be safe. Nightshade sees Illisha as her best friend, and treats her more as so than her personal guard. The two are inseparable.
