And Nuke!Gaster uses an invention of his to talk. Its hidden under his scarf/turtleneck collar. He uses it because not too many people understand wingdings during this time line, and since he loves to talk, he resorted to making something like a translator. His body is also basically putty because yes.

wait, i didn’t mean it - a drawing based on my au, nucleartale, where everything is the same except all monsters are radioactive and thrive off of radiation. read below for a little ficlet to go along with the picture above (tw child death, radiation)

"Can you keep up?'

Mettaton's voice was barely strained as his legs flew across the stage.

"Dance darling, for your life!" Swinging a kick or two in the direction of the child, who had previously been able to dodge every move, he felt their face connect, and in a short moment of triumph, laughed aloud.

"Hah-! You'll have to pick up the pace, precious-" suddenly, he paused. The disco, blaring in the background, continued to echo against the walls, even as Mettaton fell silent and still, eyes trained on the child. Frisk wasn't getting up. Prodding them with his foot, Mettaton coughed out an unsure chuckle.

"Giving up then, darling? I certainly don't blame you; I'm the king of the dancefloor, and..." His words faded away. Frisk wasn't moving.

"F...Frisk? This isn't cute. Don't play with me like this." Still nothing. Mettaton could see the ground beneath their face was pooling with blood. "Cut the music- CUT THE DAMN MUSIC!!" He suddenly screeched, falling to his knees.

"I know I was t-trying to kill you, but you must understand I wasn't- I mean I- I'd stopped trying!" He shook their shoulders, and more blood gushed from their nose. "NO- SHIT! YOU CAN'T--" Mettaton finally turned them over, and his heart cracked, jaw trembling at their pallid skin and bloody nose. "F-frisk... Wake up..." His demanding voice had become a desperate plea, as he pushed at their cheeks, trying to open their mouth, only for more blood to spill out onto his gloves. "No, no- n-no, I- You can't be dead, you can't- ALPHYS-" As soon as he called her name, Mettaton heard a shriek from behind him. Alphys had been standing there since the music had cut. He turned, Frisk's body limp in his arms. "F-FIX THEM! YOU H-HAVE TO HELP ME, I--"

Hollow, Mettaton's soul was shaking in pieces in his stomach. "I killed them. Y-you have to help me. I don't know what to do."

A couple concepts for an old AU idea I had for Undertale years ago. I’ll be posting some more concepts for it, this is only the first couple. They’re just concepts, so no big details or shading at the moment. I’ll put more details of this Fallout/Undertale AU under the cut. I’m calling it NuclearTale.

I modified a lot of the AU. Originally, it was hugely detailed in a world of its own, but I decided to simplify it. Instead of making an apocalypse AU in a separate world, now when Undertale ends and the gang leaves the Underground, they emerge in the world of Fallout around 2280 AD. I haven’t decided where exactly, somewhere with mountains like Colorado maybe. They build a settlement in the ruins of the city at the foot of Ebott, and Frisk grows up there as they slowly explore. Until, of course, something happens to make the story move forward and Frisk has to leave on a journey.

Here we have Toriel, the leader of the settlement, known as Home Base. She took over when Asgore, horrified by the war-torn world and stricken by what he would have caused if he’d gone to war with the humans, left the base to wander on his own. She’s very busy most days, but still tries to be a good mom to Frisk. She also tries to reach out to nearby humans, with varying degrees of success, as the humans tend to think the monsters are mutants and can be wary at the best of times and murderous at the worst. Toriel manages to make a trade route via sending Frisk on their first trip out of Home Base to make contact with the closest settlement, with companions as protection of course, but Frisk is still considered their diplomat.

Undyne here is the base’s head of security; she has no qualms about killing beasts or raiders, unlike the other monsters in the base. It’s what you have to do to survive, and she understands that, although she still lets them go when she can. She eventually becomes one of Frisk’s companions, because she wants to find Asgore and bring him home. She’s the first to suggest defensive measures when encountering strange humans or mutants.

Después de lanzar Randals Monday en 2014, dos de sus desarrolladores decidieron crear su propio estudio, Nuclear Tales. Inspirados por los videojuegos modernos de administración del tiempo y las películas de gángsters de los 90, diseñaron un juego con un alto contraste entre su diseño visual (animado, animado) y narrativo (oscuro, serio), creando Out of The Box.

Out of The Box es un juego de suspenso caricaturesco y de gestión del tiempo que cuenta la historia de Warren Baker, un exconvicto que solo quiere vivir una vida honesta después de pasar tiempo en prisión.
