i was extremely sleep deprived yesterday when i discovered the dragon survival mod which was LIFE CHANGING when you're on three hours of sleep so of course i made a whole custom forest dragon texture in one day about it.
and. just for fun, some concept art i made for it:

Experience the Magic of Walt Disney World and Magic Kingdom In Minecraft!
I'm running it on the Bedrock version of Minecraft in VR using an Oculus Quest 2 in Rift S mode. It's truly amazing, and I'm not even going to lie. It's amazing how closely this reflects the design of the real park at a true one to one scale. The designers employed a fair amount of discretion in choosing which rides to include and which ones would not translate effectively into a minecraft-style simulation. "It's a Small World", while it seems like an extremely realistic recreation, will still leave you amazed. If you don't feel the thrill in real life, you can scale down some of the rides like "Country Bear Jamboree" to just a few seconds. With the way it's presented, that's a good decision.
I'm definitely looking forward to seeing other parks depicted this way and will be first in line when they are released. Kudos to your design team!

I'm looking forward to further updates and other theme parks such as Epcot and the animal kingdom. My bois and I enjoyed playing this map, and a few of my friends are eager to play it. Minecraft XBLA Passes 8M Sales 360 Edition Tops UK Charts Once More
Mojang's Minecraft has now reached 8 million combined sales on Xbox 360, the game's retail arrival clearly building on the XBLA version's success. Take a look at the UK charts this week. The Xbox 360 Edition is the fourth game to reach Numero Uno in three weeks. The other three are The Last of Us and Dead Island: Riptide.
This feat is happening as the Xbox 360 version prepares to launch Title Update 12. Minecraft packs The complete changelog can be found on PlayXBLA. The PC version features Ocelots that frighten creepers into running and also the jungle biomes where they are born.
Silly season is almost over, but there's still time to clear the air and watch the chaos unfold. It's another week of slowness in the UK Charts office. To understand why, you only have to watch FIFA 13 and The Smurfs 2 in second or third respectively.
In spite of the silence and quiet, there's a promising debut for Tales of Xillia. Namco's JRPG is a fourth-placed contender, which is a bit unexpected considering the series' history in the UK. For comparison, Tales of Graces F launched in fourteenth place last year.

'Minecraft' no Longer Risks Exploring a Security Hole on Your PC
As is the case, Minecraft has required that you install Java's run anywhere code base. This is a huge problem when that tends to introduce security flaws and annoying ads. Minecraft packs However, the construction game will be much safer thanks to a low-key update that was released in the last few weeks. The Windows version of Minecraft (OS X ) will be released later in the year) now comes with a standalone Java version which can only be used while playing. You can also uninstall the entire Java version without losing access to your blocky masterpieces. The best part? If you've not been staying up with your software updates, your game could run more smoothly in the same time. Although it is not necessary to upgrade Java but it's worth considering in the event that Java is all you're concerned about.

Yesterday was the 9th birthday celebration of my son! NINE!! !
A Minecraft Party was requested. It is easy to find other people's ideas and then create one. So I came here and created this board. Minecraft Texture Packs The Sunny By Design had some great things. Here's my tribute to Minecraft Party..
Creeper juice. The little Chubby drinks. You can tear off the paper and then put on your faces.
Torches= twisted pretzel sticks. I could have dipped them in chocolate melted in red, but time was running out. The slime balls were supposed to be jello-like green squares. But they were hidden in my fridge. The zombie boogies were wasabi peas!
Sorry for the blurry image below. I made tiny TNT bundles and then decided not to make them. Instead, I placed them in glasses. My favourite part of the party was when I said," there are still lots of fruits and veggies left. If you don't want to eat them now I'm going to put them in your bags of loot!" There was a huge shush to the table and things were being eaten. :
The cake was a brownie, not a cake. I wanted to leave the edges un-iced , and figured the brownie would be less spongy. Fluffy Boiled Frosting was the frosting. It was not sweet in any way. We had made too much cake so I made meringue puffs. They went home with them too.
Here's a tip I learned to make meringue: beat your egg whites, bake at 350 degrees, add them to the oven, turn off the oven, and let cool. Simple to make.
Signs and grass leaves were sourced from Sizzix dies. The old ones, the big, honkin', thick ones. It can be done in the cuttlebug with a B plate on the bottom and the top. Don't use the A plate t all. To let loose some party energy, we booked the local arena.
We go to the general skate at least once per week. The boy has made significant progress in the last few weeks. He even looks like a skater now!

Loot bag time!
And the loot inside. I don't like bags for loot which contain lots of little things. So I made hand-made creeper cookies, which took two days to make and a trip the local bakery to freeze (Thanks Flying Fox) as well as a CD of Minecraft Parodies. I found the song on YouTube and gave it to my husband to use to create his magic. Then, some snacks.
It's over with the birthday celebration! (paper characters)

Edited May 8: WOW y'all are probably on a reading frenzy for minecraft party ideas.What we would not do for our kids. This blog has had more than 10,000 hits as of today. In my world, that's quite a lot. People have been pinning my creeper juice bottles like mad. Awesome. But look at my sidebar. Only 13 followers. This makes me feel a bit lonely. Minecraft Update 1.8 Is (Officially) Live
We are aware that Minecraft version 1.8 (also known as the "Adventure Update") is available via semi-official methods since last week following a Mojang developer released the update with the approval of the studio. If you're not feeling like searching for the file, however you can download the update via the Minecraft launcher, where it was recently made available to all users.
We realize this doesn't affect our more tech-savvy file-hunting readers however, if you're in our fear of downloading a game update which is actually a illegal bestiality porno virus, you are now able to download the update for free of the particular apprehension.

'Minecraft' Adds an Add-on Shop for Mobiles
For many, the main limitation of Minecraft's Pocket and Windows 10 Editions has been the lack of community material. What's the point of playing on your phone if you can't use the new texture pack that you noticed on your PC? You're about to have that option. Mojang and Microsoft have launched the Marketplace that allows Pocket and Windows 10 gamers to download content from community creators. This includes textures, skins, and entire worlds. Minecraft Resources Instead of purchasing paid content, you can buy "Minecraft Coins", which allow you to buy the extras you want. It's ostensibly to help producers determine "flexible prices," although it also helps mask the value of the items you're purchasing. It's possible that you don't want your children have unlimited access to the internet.
The Marketplace only permits creators with registered businesses, which means it's not going to take your fun-filled project. However, those who join receive a 70 percent share of the revenue as do the typical mobile app stores. Although they may not be able to make as much sales directly, a seller who is successful will still earn an impressive amount of money.
The Marketplace will initially be restricted to access. A public Android beta will be launched in mid-April, and there won't even be any creator content -- that will be waiting until a formal launch later in the spring. It's still a good way to bridge the gap between your Minecraft experience on mobile devices and on PCs.

Teardown Release Date - Anti-Minecraft Indie Game Is Out Soon
The "physics destruction simulator" Teardown's release date is confirmed and the indie title will be leaving Steam Early Access later this month. The voxel-based simulation is the anti-Minecraft, where the goal is destruction, not creation, and Teardown 1.0 is coming very soon and will not be accompanied by a price increase, as it appears.
Developer Tuxedo Labs confirms that Teardown - the puzzle-based game the all-destruction sim is leaving Early Access but keeping its price of $19.99 or PS18.49. It's not unexpected that the final Teardown single-player campaign launched in December.
Teardown is an actual heist game with the intention of achieving a nefarious objective through creative destruction. There's also a full-sandbox mode that lets players smash up entire levels in a variety satisfying ways. Minecraft resources includes "extensive mod support and Steam Workshop integration", that already has over 2,000 items created by users - comprising everything from Minecraft pickaxes to black hole launchers as well as maps inspired by Five Night's at Freddy's.
Teardown release date
Teardown will leave Steam Early Access on April 21st, 2022. It will be available for purchase at $19.99 / PS18.49, the same price it's been for the past several years. You can check out the 1.0 trailer below to give you an idea of what it's about.
