"...You know I normally don't complain about my job details. I mean, as long as you pay me, I couldn't care less what you want me to do. ...But what the hell was the Prime Minister thinking by having me guard this bitch?! I've stared down fuckin' King Cobras that have more feeling or personality than this cold-hearted snake. She kept asking me if I'd like to 'assist' her in in her experiments.

"Eventually, I got fed up enough to tell her to stay the hell away from me unless she wants to suffer 3rd-degree burns. She just smiled at me, and walked off. She hasn't bothered me since then, thank the Goddess. Seriously, I know its none of my business, but how the hell does Kaori stand dealing with that bitch every damn day?! If it were me, I'd have fuckin' knifed her by now!"

Miho Kobayashi

"Ugh, and here we have Bitch #2. Truthfully, I don't mind this woman so much. Hell, I respect her for her determination and for being where she is on the corporate ladder. But when we first met, I could tell right off that she disliked me. If you're wondering how I know her, it was cause I ordered to accompany Kaori to her 'music festival thing' that this wench's company was sponsoring. I met her, and she just scowled at me and walked right past me, which was odd since I can't recall doing anything they may have offended her.

"Later on, I found out she was pissed at me cause apparently I cost her company billions of dollars of stock when I killed Mafuyu... yeah, the guy whom I used to work for before I jumped ship to Chuohku. Anyway, Mafuyu Enterprises and E.L. Medical Co. apparently had a partnership and when the CEO died, all of the stock went with it, which cost her company millions of dollars. ...Not the most valid reason for being pissed at someone, but I guess its better than nothing.

"Still though, she's a fuckin' CEO of a company. I'm sure she makes twice what was in those stocks on a weekly basis. So get the fuck over it! ...Or don't. I really don't give a fuck."

Sumire Shinomiya

"If you'd told me before I met this girl's wench of an aunt that the two of them were related, I'd have looked at you sideways and knocked you out for lying and wasting my time. When I found out that they were actually related, well, needless to say, I was shocked. This girl is ten times more fun to be around than her aunt. She's not afraid to cause some chaos in any shape, way or form. Lillian doesn't seem to care for her, but oh well. I do.

"I told her once if she needed some advice on how to commit arson to look me up. The look on her face told me she'd definitely do that."

"Ugh, Chuohku sure hires some weird-ass characters. I mean, I know I'm part of them now, but I'd like to think I'm a cut above the rest. I mean, seriously, why the hell is Otome putting a deranged sociopath in charge of a division team? I don't much care for Miho, but I hope her niece knows what she's doing teaming up with her. She's one of the few people in this country that I actually. Last thing I want to hear is that she ended up on the operating table somewhere cause she was the apprentice to a crazy-ass scientist."

By the time this post gets uploaded, Magicami/ I am Magicami would already have terminated its EN and Traditional CH servers. So I ended up drawing EVERY single character from that game, because shockingly: Magicami was one of the best games I’ve played despite it being for mature audiences.

Its visuals, the character designs, the CG arts, the soundtrack and the story made my experience memorable. Although unfortunately, parts 4 and 5 are only on the JP version (and that server too was shut down last year), so there’s no translation at the moment. Still, it makes me happy that I gave this game a shot. I feel like Magicami became my favorite hidden gem for both mobile and PC users. Yes, it is a magical girl themed game, but like other dark magical girl media, it does have its dark elements and themes, which of course got me hooked. Not the same shock value as Magical Girl Site, but more of a Madoka Magica. (Guess that explains why I love this game so much.)

But my insane rambling aside, I’m going to miss playing this game. I’ve been playing it for 2.5 years and it still feels like a short time to me seeing so sudden the server termination announcement was. Believing in limitless possibilities just for one possible outcome did live up to its title, because if I haven’t give this game a shot, I wouldn’t have known about it and it would be just another fleeting conversation in the wind.

I do believe in limitless possibility; that ended up creating a memorable experience for me.
