Rain Code Ship Week 2024
Date: August 8th - August 14th
Welcome to the Rain Code Ship Week account! This account is dedicated to all the ships within Rain Code, from the wholesome, to the toxic, to the crackships, to whatever fits your fancy!
Since this is a general ship week, everyone will have a chance to vote on the prompts! You can vote for what the prompts will be below:

This is a general Rain Code ship week, which means that anyone can participate! Wholesome ships? Sure! Toxic ships? Go wild! Selfshipping? Of course! OC x Canon? Absolutely! All ships will be tagged first with the most popular ship name, if applicable (i.e. ship art of Yuma and Desuhiko will be tagged as kokobolt), and then by the character names divided by an "x" (i.e. Yuma x Desuhiko).

Finally got over the overwhelming fear of posting and made this
Based of this post
Ramble down below!!
Ngl idk what I was thinking during this (in a good way). This is my first time genuinely drawing Yakou and I think I did it decently, not the best not the worst (i struggledso badly, had to draw him and redraw him like 3 times, even so with minimal detail). My favorite part of it all is Yuma, first time experimenting with this type of posing and I think I did it well enough!! What is Yuma doing on the floor? All up to the imagination to see the why's and how's, only thing I know would happen is shinigami absolutely laughing her ass off.
This is definitely a sketch, or a doodle, whatever is between a fully finished drawing and a sketch, it's rendered and colored but not to the extent of other finished stuff.
The only reason I am posting this is because looking at it a few hours after I finished helped get rid of the feeling that it looks bad.
Last little note mostly to myself, I need to get working on Yuma month, I have had to redraw some of the days multiple times soo yeah, need to get going.

Viviakou Shipping Week Day 2 Rainy Day
When I first saw Vivias DLC I absolutely loved the umbrella scene. UGHH it’s so good !! I like to imagine that corner is Vivias corner and he remembers whatever Yakou says to him. Plus he finally uses an umbrella! It’s kinda a continuation of Day 1 in a way haha XD

like honestly just give your non binary characters traditionally "gendered" features. just do it. it's not like being androgynous ever stopped non binary characters from being misgendered.
frisk undertale and kris deltarune were androgynous and are only ever referred to by "they/them" and ppl are still arguing over how the "main character is not the player but their own person" message didn't apply to their genders bc they refuse to wrap their head around different pronouns. raine owlhouse was paraded around as "disney's first ever nb representation" by everyone and their mother but bc they have short hair other countries dub them as male. this also happens to most anime nb characters bc of how japanese pronouns work. halara raincode literally has the color scheme of the non binary flag AND their in-game profile says that they, and i quote "have no specified gender" AND several characters remark on it in the actual game but bc theyre voiced by a female voice actor ppl still call them a woman.
like literally at this point just give your nb characters huge tits and a massive beard. if ppl refuse to accept the existence of non binary characters in media, then there is no way to make a character non binary "enough" to convince them otherwise. no matter how much you hammer in their androgyny in an attempt to detach them from "male" and "female," there will be people determined to assign gender roles to any trait you give your character.
creators being hesitant to give their non binary characters traits that could be associated with a binary gender is why every goddamn genderqueer character that the creator wants you to take seriously in popular media has shoulder length hair and a board-flat figure and a perfectly neutrally pitched voice. like. just do what you want at this point. the character is non binary because your story said so and people who misgender them would have done that no matter how androgynous they look.
