Just a post after a good day's work. Been interning/working with Loob Holding Sdn Bhd for the past month. Specifically at Chef Malcolm Goh's Define: Food. The chefs here are awesome and knowledgeable. If you need/want to know anything you need but ask. Food and SOP's are good to boot.
