You and Levi are a one car family. On nice days he walks to work, or if you're available you drive him. Later, he likes to walk home because on the way he passes a flower shop where he stops in for a bouquet of your favorite flowers or those that are in season. It never fails to make your heart skip a beat when your husband walks in from his day with a smile saved just for you and gives you barely enough time to gush over the flowers before cuddling you close and kissing you, asking what that delicious smell is. You stroke his cheek as he holds you and the oven timer goes off, his favorite meal ready. You set the table with the flowers in the center and his eyes light up when he realizes you've made dessert as well. Later he'll help you clean up, making sure you don't do all of it by yourself. It's quiet evenings together like this that you both cherish most of all.

He hangs every single drawing and letter his kids make. Levi keeps them all on the wall in the kitchen, anytime he is feeling down or sad, he looks at that wall to remember how far he has come, how much he is loved, how you gave him his children, and a reason to move on. Eventually when his hair is gray and he is older. He would look at that same wall again, this time hanging up a drawing his grandchildren did for him.

LOOK, I see it. I get it. Levi definitely has that “rough, naughty, ‘you like that, don’t you?’” kind of sex aura to him. And no complaints here, I’m a complete sucker for that trope. I liveee for it. Like keep it coming!

But I’ve always felt Levi’s character to be more…vanilla, for a lack of better term, than hardcore when it comes to sexual intimacy. Not in the bland way though. Perhaps vanilla with some sprinkles or syrup on the top.

In my opinion, underneath his tough, stern demeanor is someone much softer, much more passionate and gentle in the way he makes love. That he’s the kind to really focus on foreplay, because he really wants you to be aroused and fully pleasured. The kind to never break eye contact only unless his face is to your neck as he moves in you. The kind to whisper “I love you” in your ear when you both are close, and it’s the sound of his voice when he says it that brings you to your climax. I'll always have this special attachment with attack on titan because I used to watch it at night with my husband when he had a few days off from work, after we both got free from all the chores, got done with our busy day. We’d order food late night and watch it together. I miss those days and I miss attack on titan and I miss Levi I started liking him because he actually reminds me of my husband, personality and looks wise both. The Attack on Titan anime did better job than the manga:

As a devoted fan of Attack on Titan, both the series and its manga, I must emphatically assert that the anime transcended the source material in certain key aspects. It's not about drastic alterations, but rather the subtle nuances that granted the anime a heightened level of clarity.

In the manga, there were lines that managed to infuriate the readers. Take, for instance, that moment when Armin expressed gratitude to Eren "for being a mass murderer for our sakes." It was a glaring misfit with Armin's genuine sentiments about the Rumbling. However, the anime rectified this by replacing it with the poignant dialogue about their reunion in the afterlife. Notably, the manga seemed less explicit about the fact that Eren "had no choice," leaving room for substantial criticism regarding his actions, his tears for Mikasa, the tragic demise of his mother, and the grim reality of only eliminating 80% of humanity. The anime, on the other hand, masterfully conveyed the inescapable nature of Eren's path, illuminating that no matter how hard he struggled, the outcome remained unchanged. Those like me who harbored disdain for the manga's conclusion primarily had their qualms rooted in the dialogue of that pivotal chapter. It's baffling that the "10 years at least" line persisted, but I digress, for the anime handled this with remarkable finesse.

I won't claim to adore the ending, but neither do I hate it. The anime, through its presentation, managed to mitigate some of the cringe factor, and the music, as always, elevated the emotional depth. It faithfully adhered to the source material, whether we found solace in its culmination or not. It's a testament to the anime's prowess that it took the source material and, for better or worse, enriched the experience.

My personal reason to believe that Levi remembers Hange during the last scene--

Although I really liked the revised last part of Levi helping out in the camp to rebuild a new world, it was a bit sad that they removed the airplane panel from the manga.

The new one is indeed a great scene and it doesnt necessarily mean that the removed part in the manga meant it is no longer recognized.

This final episode has been such a rollercoaster of emotions and has been beautifully executed, and i think it's impossible for anyone not to be moved especially with the many heartbreaking scenes and conclusion. I couldnt ask for more really, they nailed it.

Back to Levi's last scene - as expected, Levi's expression while he saw the lollipop got mixed responses from the shippers and non-shippers of levihan.

And of course, it is as much open for interpretation, some will see it being associated with the official arts of Levi and Hange, or it is a general memory during that clown scene.

For me, all such associations are valid. And initially, i really didnt want to think too much deeply about it, knowing that we wont get a full confirmation what it really meant.

Watching it again though, an additional reason for me to believe that it might indeed imply Levi was remembering Hange then, is because it is similar with the additional scene of Yelena--

Yelena is introduced to be with them, helping out. We see her as Onyankopon calls her.

She paused for a while, a bit startled seeing the goods in front of her, got teary eyed and closed her eyes for a sec as if remembering.

The next thing, she lifts the box and we also got a glimpse of the items - the baseball gears. And we all know now, she was reminded of Zeke.

And with that we see a similar response earlier with Levi-

Of course it could be him remembering the clown, or his time in Marley or of course it could not mean anything else.

But we all know AOT and Isayama are master of subtleties, foreshadowing and throwing parallels.

So it's not an over exaggeration (like some others shoot it down) , that like Yelena, Levi is remembering someone close and dear to him -- like Hange.

Thinking of Levi trying to teach his child animals and every time he says 'dog' they say 'ruff!' and every time he says 'cat' they say 'meow!' and if he says 'cow' it's 'moomoo!'

It's the cutest thing watching him try to teach them the name of the animal but falling to pieces with adoration for his baby.

"Can you shut up and just let me patch you up?"

You scowled at Levi as he patted your hand away. You were holding a bloody bandage in one hand and a bottle of antiseptic in another.

"It's nothing, just a scratch," he said as he tried to get up and towards the rest of the squad.

You groaned and put the first aid supplies down and grabbed Levi's shoulders to sit him back down onto the crate. Truthfully, you wouldn't be able to provide much resistance had he actually wanted to get up, which resulted in you using more force than was necessary to get him back down.

He grunted as you roughly pushed him back down.

"For fuck's sake, _____," he grumbled, "are you trying to patch me up or further injure me?"

"Both if you don't stop moving."

He sighed in defeat, slightly hissing in pain as you pressed the gauze that was damp with the antiseptic onto his forehead again.

"Oh? Is Humanity's Strongest Soldier's weakness disinfectant? I'll have to keep that in mind next time you decide to have a sparring match."

"Oh fuck off," he muttered, scowling at you as you threw a small smirk down at him.

It had been a stressful day. You had lost Historia and Eren and Levi had been chased throughout the entire district of Trost by Kenny and the Interior Police. You were absent for most of it, so you felt like the least you could do was patch up the scratch on Levi's forehead that he had sustained while running.

It had looked significantly worse—with blood actively running down his face—when you first saw it, but now that it had stopped bleeding, you were able to deduce that he wouldn't need stitches or anything drastic.

You reached for another piece of gauze and some medical tape and placed it over his scratch, which earned a small groan of protest from it.

"Is the bandage necessary?"

"Probably not, but you look cute with it, so I'm putting it on anyway," you teased.

You glanced at him as he fell silent and averted his gaze. The corner of your lips upturned into a smirk as you saw a slight hint of color arise on his cheeks.

"Embarrassed, Captain?"

He had noticed you looking and turned away further.

"...shut up before I kick you out, you brat."
