1. What made you ship it?

You know, going into the two of them I definitely wasn’t expecting to ship it. But I think just the way they’re absolutely so antagonistic with each other that it borderlines such playful but serious teasing is just what sold me. Like they’re so ridiculous, they could literally be threatening each other and the other would just find amusement in the threats

2. What are your favorite things about the ship?

^ the way they antagonize each other to no end. But also the way they just use that as a show of affection and the sheer whiplash between them antagonizing each other and then just switching over to being soft and genuinely caring. They’re fucking cute AND annoying

3. Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

I don’t think I can count anything as an unpopular opinion since I’ve literally never seen any other ship material for these characters together XD But I mean if we wanna go with something not just talking about how much I love them - I think Moriarty is a horrible influence on Morpheus

Forgive me, I have to manifest this idea out into the universe it's eating me alive. Demon!Manuel fic of a nebulous time-period where supernatural happenings trigger a literal witch hunt. When accusations are made our poor innocent reader is singled out and the townspeople are baying for blood. She is taken to Father Manuel for a judgment, the actual source of the disturbances, intentionally or inadvertently.

Manual could please the town with a sham trial and make the reader look exactly like the witch the mob thinks, but he has “mercy” on her and decides to save her soul via exorcism. Reader is just shaking in her boots, feels like she’s losing her mind as crazy shit happens “proving” she’s being puppeted by the devil. Maybe she feels actual guilt because she's had impure thoughts and “rung the devils doorbell” and maybe it’s all actually her fault somehow.  

Exorcisms commence. Manual enjoying  himself and  decides this possession will need several exorcisms, as it’s is a very powerful demon possessing her. Possible? ending where Manuel parades her out and says she’s been purified, and is now “choosing” to tie herself to the church. And what better way than through a ceremony, to marry “Christ” and take her vows to become a nun under Manual’s watchful eye. :')
