Max Tiffany and Lupus see each other as siblings because the Inquisitor they were Acolytes under (my oc Ive never talked about here, Cassandra Magdalene) thought them seeing each other as siblings and her as their mother would help them all work together, so she kind of got them all into the idea in this manipulative sort of insidious way instead of it kinda happening naturally because, you know, shes a Inquisitor, so it was very much “you need to listen to me because Im basically your mother and you’re all pretty much impressionable children who cant make good decisions without me”. The Fallout Of This is kind of most obvious in Lupus who ends up perpetuating the same cycle with Anya and Trying To Perpetuate It with the Pacem (but luckily their leader is like 10 years older then him and wise to this shit)

Lupus also ended up where he is by kind of riding Tiffanys coattails and being a guy who survived horrible torture at the hands of chaos space marines but unlike Tiffany he’s a scholarly ordo malleus inquisitor and is very often the one dissenting voice in a room of people who think anyone with dyed hair is a possible Chaos Insurgent so he very quickly lost the clout that gave him this and now everyone just kind of thinks hes a weirdo. When it gets revealed that he was working with the Pacem like every inquisitor maintains that they KNEW IT ALL ALONG and he gets alot of “WELL HE WASNT VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB ANYWAY.” kind of shit

I just realized I dont think I ever posted the references I made for my 40k oc Lupus on here a while back, and I really like how the second one turned out so. Here.

His information is summarized here but basically heres Lupus, Inquisitor of the Ordos Malleus who’s secretly a informant for rebel organization The Hominibus Pacem (my fan faction) and also is secretly secretly infected with a new strain of Nurgles Rot that takes a very long time to actually become contagious so it can be spread covertly.

He eventually ends up Dying For The Cause/Of Nurgles Rot, but then Nurgle is so proud of his boy he chucks him into Daemon Princehood. Thank you.

When the Revolutions' come and gone, what will they do if they survived?

Solla: Ooh, I've thought about this alot! I think for starters we're gonna pretty much be doing what we have been doing- running around trying to help as many people as we can! I know the dissolution of the Imperium is going to lead to alot of disruption, and alot of people who dont know how to self-govern, so we'd all go around giving out supplies! Theres going to be other problems though too, like the maintenance/production of technology and encouraging the redemption of any remaining loyalists and food distribution and the defense of planets from any outside threats and-

Franz: The question of my hypothetical survival and what I would do after is entirely irrelevant, and emperor willing a question that will remain unanswered. I will likely die in battle, and will not waste my time presuming otherwise.

Rebecca: Oh yeah, if I survive the fighting they'd definitely try to shoot me right after, since by then I'll have outlived my usefulness and will (mechadendrites crossed!) still be a threat to the Pacem's whole little operation. What can you do, right?

Brick: Uh...you know, I havent actually thought about it that much? Kinda weird to realize that after all this time...I'd just want to stick with my friends and be happy, you know?

Dae: Yeah. Beyond "hunting down loyalists and any other counter-revolutionary threats", its not something I've thought about in years. We'll see what needs doing if we get there.

Lupus: I would- Im going to return to my homeworld with Anya. It's a hiveplanet, so a pretty terrible place, but after the dissolution of the Imperium there will no longer be anything preventing educating the masses on the true nature of things. I would set up a school and teach people the dangers of chaos, demons, etc, without lying to them. That way we can finally have some proper defense against the forces of the warp: a educated populace that knows what they're dealing with. It's...certainly a nice idea, isnt it?
