Currently feeling:

Buzzing head, clenched jaws, fatigue, tense, isolated, grief, amused

Well Done:

In amidst depressing thoughts I managed to think how I would react to a person in an autocratic environment in a film. I would be compassionate, I would pity not judge.

After work I strolled a bit to change a picture and see some daylight.

To better:

There is a lot of unresolved anger and frustration about being politically helpless. I’m sick and tired of feeling vulnerable in this unstable country. Hate it and have to work on it constantly. Otherwise I get furious and depressed at the same time. How to live happily in the autocratic state if you’re interested in politics?

Delights:

Arctic Monkeys’ “AM” album.

Making a bookmark with a Westeros map on it.

Walk in the evening when all working people are at home.
