Vikings ask ragnarsson reaction to sigurd killing ivar instead of the other way around

Ooh, good question. I have actually considered this for a fic before, but I never went anywhere with it.

I think the reaction would’ve been much, much harsher than the reaction to Ivar killing Sigurd was, because as probably mean it is to say, Sigurd was no one’s favourite, and Ivar definitely was. Even though it would’ve been happening in the exact same circumstances, the outcomes would’ve been vastly different.

Especially if it had been after Sigurd still provoked Ivar to anger, because then it would’ve been seen as done on purpose so Sigurd could react that way, instead of Ivar’s (entirely too extreme) reaction to being provoked by what Sigurd said.

From Floki, especially, Ivar was absolutely his favourite out of all the boys and no one can convince me otherwise.

I think Hvitserk would’ve stopped associating with him completely unless he had to, which would’ve made Ubbe be the mediator between them. Bjorn’s reaction could go either way, but I think he would’ve silently been like “Finally, someone did it.”

But let’s be honest, Ivar should’ve been punished more for that, even though to me Sigurd is pretty much a useless character, like they had the potential to make him so much more and then instead we just got what we saw onscreen. Disappointing.

💖 What is your primary writing goal for this year?

I’ve set a goal to write at least 10 pages a month, doesn’t matter what im writing, just 10 pages each month. Im trying to work past my idea to just write when I get an idea, but at least force myself to from time to time.

Ok so. This is embarrassing but I can’t see the second one? My phone doesn’t have it so. Uhh. Moving on

the way critical role are taking so many different storytelling approaches in campaign three and making it SO unique from the other campaigns is just so awesome. the breakneck pace that bells hells are going at, the party split that brought in new allies, going to the freakin’ moon, and bringing in the crown keepers and aabria as GM for an interlude?? it keeps the game so fresh and exciting!!! as a viewer i really never know where they’re going next and it really solidifies the campaign as its own instead of just a sequel to the past ones. i love it !!!!!!!!
