Red meeting other versions of his brothers would be like those videos of babies meeting their parent's twin
They just kinda bluescreen for a few seconds trying to figure out if they're just seeing things and how there are two of their brothers now. They don't really get magic, nevermind dimensional travel.
Lilac, on the other hand, would do a doubletake before going "oh cool!" before continuing on as normal. He's seen magic. He's used to the wacky mumbo jumbo.
Both of them would probably initially treat any alternate versions of Sun, Moon, Eclipse, and Lunar like they would their own versions. Which, in the case for Red, would probably be terrifying because they're 8 feet tall. Lilac is at least the average Daycare Attendant height (which seems to be 7 feet tall), so that would be a little less freaky to have approach you.
